Abstract
The invention relates to the field of spraying equipment, and discloses an automatic coating device for building decoration engineering, which comprises a coating box, an air compressor, a heater, a heat-resistant tank, a spray gun, a coating processing assembly and an infrared distance meter, wherein the spray gun is internally provided with a coating pipe and an air pipe; the discharge port of the coating box is communicated with the feed port of the heat-resistant tank through a conveying pipe, and a first liquid pump is arranged on the conveying pipe; the discharge port of the heat-resistant tank is communicated with the coating pipe through a conveying pipe, and a second liquid pump and an electromagnetic valve are arranged on the conveying pipe; simultaneously, the application method of the automatic coating device is disclosed, and the method comprises the following steps: preparing for debugging, detecting the viscosity of the coating and spraying. The automatic coating device has the advantages of simple structure, low production cost, convenient control, high automation degree, wide application range and excellent spraying effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of spraying equipment, in particular to an automatic coating device for building decoration engineering and a using method thereof.
Background
The building decoration project needs to carry out spraying decoration on objects such as wall surfaces and furniture, the different decorations adopt different coatings with different viscosities, and the viscosity of the coating needs to be kept within a certain range in actual spraying, so that good spraying effect is generated by atomization of the coating. However, when the spraying device in the prior art sprays different coatings, the viscosity of each coating can not be guaranteed to meet the spraying requirement, and therefore, a good spraying effect can not be guaranteed; on the other hand, during the spraying, in order to guarantee good spraying effect, need to make shower nozzle and embellishment keep certain distance, apart from the overlength short enough all can influence the spraying effect, and prior art's coating device passes through manual control coating, and spray distance is not controlled well, produces the uneven effect of decorative coating easily. the heat-resistant tank is arranged in a hollow cavity of the heater, the lower end of the air heating cavity is communicated with the air compressor, and the upper end of the air heating cavity is communicated with the air pipe; the discharge port of the coating box is communicated with the feed port of the heat-resistant tank through a conveying pipe, and a first liquid pump is arranged on the conveying pipe; and the discharge port of the heat-resistant tank is communicated with the coating pipe through a conveying pipe, and a second liquid pump and an electromagnetic valve are arranged on the conveying pipe.

The invention also provides a using method of the automatic coating device, which comprises the following steps:
(1) debugging preparation: adding the coating into the coating box, controlling a first liquid pump to work through a touch controller, injecting a proper amount of the coating into a heat-resistant tank, and then starting an air compressor;
(2) and (3) detecting the viscosity of the coating: the touch controller controls the electric push rod to extend downwards into the heat-resisting tank, the coating viscosity detector detects the viscosity condition of the coating in real time and transmits viscosity information to the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer analyzes and judges viscosity data, and if the viscosity of the coating is higher than a set value, the single chip microcomputer controls the motor to rotate to stir and controls the heating sheet to heat;
(3) spraying: the spraying is opened through the touch control ware, aims at the embellishment with the spray gun, and infrared distance meter real-time detection spray gun is from the distance between the embellishment to give the singlechip with distance information transmission, the singlechip carries out analysis processes to distance information, if real-time distance is not when the setting value scope, the singlechip then controls first liquid pump, second liquid pump, solenoid valve and closes, if real-time distance is in the setting value scope, then carries out the spraying.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(2) Intelligent automation: according to the coating device, the infrared distance meter is arranged at the front end of the spray gun, the spraying work is intelligently controlled by measuring the real-time distance between the spray gun and the spraying ornament, when the spraying distance does not meet the spraying requirement, the spraying is immediately stopped, and when an operator adjusts the spray gun to a proper position, the spraying is immediately and automatically started, so that the spraying work is always carried out within a proper spraying distance, and a good spraying effect is ensured.

(3) spraying: the spraying mode is started through the touch controller 14 (during the spraying mode, the first liquid pump 11, the second liquid pump 12 and the electromagnetic valve 13 work synchronously), the spray gun 5 is aligned to the ornament, the infrared distance meter 6 detects the distance between the spray gun 5 and the ornament in real time, and transmits the distance information to the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer analyzes and processes the distance information, if the real-time distance (assumed to be 45 cm) is not within the range of the set value, the single chip microcomputer controls the first liquid pump 11, the second liquid pump 12 and the electromagnetic valve 13 to be closed simultaneously, and if the real-time distance (assumed to be 55 cm) is within the range of the set value, the first liquid pump 11, the second liquid pump 12 and the electromagnetic valve 13 are controlled.
