Claims (6)
- Sensorsystem zur Überwachung zumindest des Verschleißes von Belagmaterial von Scheibenbremsen, umfassend einen mittels eines Bremszylinders oder anderen Aktuators betätigten Hebelarm (1), wobei das Sensorsystem die tatsächliche Postition eines Einstellmechanismus, einer Schubplatte oder dergleichen als ein Anzeichen des Verschleißes des Belagmaterials überwacht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sensorsystem hauptsächlich auf eine Weise montiert ist, einen Bremssattel der Scheibenbremse als eine Messreferenz zu verwenden, dass interne und/oder externe Einrichtungen (4, 6, 7) eingerichtet sind, zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Zustände der Bremse anzuzeigen, dass einer der Zustände der Bremse das Auftreten einer Bremsenbewegung ist, dass es eine erste Sensoreinrichtung (4) umfasst, welche das Auftreten einer Bremsenbewegung überwacht und ein dies anzeigendes Signal gibt, dass es eine zweite Sensoreinrichtung (6, 7) umfasst, welche die tatsächliche Position des den Verschleiß des Bremsbelagmaterials anzeigenden Teils überwacht und ein dies anzeigendes Signal gilt und dass die erste Sensoreinrichtung (4) ein Teil des Steuerungs- und Überwachungssystems des Fahrzeugs ist.
- Sensorsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Sensoreinrichtung linear ist.
- Sensorsystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Sensoreinrichtung ein Kraftsensor (6), ein auf einer gedruckten Leiterplatte (8) aufgenommener Hall-Effekt-Sensor (7), ein Lichtsensor, ein Schallsensor, ein mechanischer Sensor, ein elektrischer Wandler oder ein GMR-Sensor ist und/oder dass die zweite Sensoreinrichtung (7) mit einer im Innern des Einstellmechanismus angeordneten magnetisehen Röhre (9) zusammenwirkt.
- Sensorsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und zweite Sensoreinrichtung (4, 6, 7) mit einem Speicher verbunden sind, und dass der Großteil des Sensorsystems auf einer an dem Bremssattel befestigten Kappe (11) aufgenommen ist,
- Verfahren zur überwachung einer Scheibenbremse, welches die Position eines Einstellmechanismus, einer Schubplatte oder dergleichen erfasst und ein Sensorsystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche verwendet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschleiß des Bremsbelagmaterials nur gemessen wird, wenn bestätigt wird, dass die Bremse in einer vordefinierten festen Position ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das den Verschleiß des Bremsbelagmaterials anzeigende Signal verwendet wird, um einen Speicher zu aktualisierten.
