Claims (6)

  1. Unité de coulée, notamment pour la coulée sous pression de bain de fusion, laquelle unité de coulée comporte un four de coulée (1), un moule de coulée (2) et un dispositif de fermeture à glissières (3), le four de coulée (1) étant doté d'une colonne montante (4) qui est montée de façon flottante et qui peut être sollicitée par des forces transversales générées par le dispositif de fermeture à glissières (3),
    caractérisée en ce que
    elle comporte un dispositif de serrage (7, 7', 7") qui permet de verrouiller la colonne montante (4), montée de façon flottante, afin de l'empêcher de basculer pendant le remplissage du moule de coulée (2) jusqu'à la fermeture du dispositif de fermeture à glissières (3),
    le dispositif de serrage (7) étant constitué
    - soit de deux cales (8a, 8b), coopérant l'une avec l'autre, et d'un vérin d'actionnement (9), l'une des cales (8a) étant montée de façon mobile sur le four de coulée (1) au milieu par rapport à la colonne montante (4) et pouvant être poussée contre l'autre cale (8b), fixée à la colonne montante (4), par le vérin d'actionnement (9) dans le sens de déplacement (10) du dispositif de fermeture à glissières (3),
    - soit d'un étrier (15), enserrant partiellement la pièce de tête (5) de la colonne montante (4), et d'un vérin d'actionnement (16) destiné à l'étrier (15), ledit étrier pouvant être contraint par le vérin d'actionnement (16) dans le sens de déplacement (10) du dispositif de fermeture à glissières (3),
    - soit de deux dispositifs qui sont placés sur la colonne montante (4) diamétralement à l'opposé l'un de l'autre par rapport à celle-ci et transversalement au sens de déplacement (10) du dispositif de fermeture à glissières (3) et qui sont constitués chacun d'un boulon (21 a, 21 b) fixé à la pièce de tête (5) de la colonne montante (4) et d'une butée (22a, 22b) qui coopère avec ledit boulon et qui est fixée à un support (23) siégeant sur le four de coulée (1).
  2. Unité de coulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la cale (8b), fixée à la colonne montante (4), est vissée sur une pièce de tête (5) de la colonne montante (4).
  3. Unité de coulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la cale (8a), déplaçable par le vérin d'actionnement (9), est fixée à des bielles (11a, 11 b) qui sont guidées, dans le sens de déplacement (10) du dispositif de fermeture à glissières (3), dans un support (13) siégeant sur le four de coulée (1).
  4. Unité de coulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'étrier (15) est fixé à des bielles (17a, 17b) qui sont guidées, dans le sens de déplacement (10) du dispositif de fermeture à glissières (3), dans un support (19) siégeant sur le four de coulée (1).
  5. Unité de coulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la force d'actionnement du vérin d'actionnement (9 respectivement 16) peut être réglée avec précision afin de ne pas pousser trop fortement la colonne montante (4).
  6. Unité de coulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface de butée des butées (22a, 22b) est légèrement biseautée de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur dans une direction axiale de la colonne montante (4).
