Definitions
- the invention relates to a shaft rod for a heald of a loom.
- Weaving machines used in the weaving generally have so-called shafts, which are each designed in the manner of a frame.
- Such as from the US-A-4,643,232 are known to such a frame include an upper and a lower, usually horizontally extending shaft rod, wherein the two mutually parallel shaft rods are connected at their ends by so-called side supports with each other.
- the shaft rods for example, from a Extruded aluminum profile or otherwise constructed.
- the shaft carries a plurality of strands, which have approximately one eyelet for each one warp thread in the middle.
- the strands are attached to so-called Litzentragschienen, which are part of the upper and lower shaft rod.
- the Litzentragschienen are formed for example by flat steel profiles on which sit the strands with their end eyelets. Connected by fasteners which are riveted to the Litzentragschienen and engage with their widened head in an undercut groove of the shaft rod. In the groove an inflatable tube is arranged, which serves to clamp the heads of the fasteners in the groove.
- the warp threads are to be moved up or down out of the warp thread plane.
- the shafts are moved up or down accordingly. This movement is extremely fast at production speed.
- the Litzentragschienen must therefore be made of a particularly resistant material, such as the mentioned steel.
- the heald should be as light as possible, so that the shaft rods are made of the lightest possible material and then connected to the Litzentragschienen.
- the shaft rod according to the invention consists of a profile element with at least one elongate recess and a Litzentragschiene having a fastening rib.
- the fixing rib is intended to enter the recess to be clamped in the recess.
- To the shaft rod further includes an elongated spring element which is to be inserted into the recess to clamp the fastening rib there.
- a spring element is preferably an elongated elastomeric element, for example used in the form of a rubber cord. In the relaxed state, it has a cross section whose width is greater than the width of the free space left free by the fixing rib in the recess. It is ductile, with its cross-section decreasing as it is stretched longitudinally.
- the extensibility is so great that in the stretched state it has a cross section whose width is smaller than the width of the free space left free from the fastening rib in the recess.
- a designed as a rubber cord spring element thus acts as a simple, generally releasable fastener. It is inserted in the longitudinally biased state into the recess and then released. It relaxes and sets the heald bar to the profile element. It thus causes a tight fit of the heddle support rail on the profile element.
- the fastener may act in the form of a rubber cord vibration damping. The voltage applied by the rubber cord is preferably so great that it holds the heald support rail immovably on the profile element. This applies to all occurring during proper operation acting on the heald bar rail forces.
- the rubber cord can, as mentioned vibration-absorbing and thus dampening effect.
- high-frequency vibrations are damped in the region of the transition from the heddle support rail to the profile element of the shaft rod.
- the profile element is preferred and, for example, an extruded profile, for example made of a light metal, such as aluminum.
- the recess formed in the profile element preferably has a longitudinal slit-like opening through which the fastening rib can enter the interior of the recess.
- the fixing rib extends over the entire length of the heddle support rail.
- the length of the heddle support rail and the profile element can be several meters.
- the recess is preferably undercut. This means that the width of the slot-like mouth is smaller than the width in the interior of the recess. At both edges of the slot-like mouth, the heddle support rail can rest on the profile element. In this case, there are corresponding strip-shaped contact surfaces, for example in the form of flat surfaces, which are arranged in a common plane or mutually offset planes.
- At least one contact surface for the fastening rib is preferably formed.
- This contact surface may be a plane surface or a profiled surface. The latter allows a positive connection between the heddle support rail or the fixing rib and the profile element.
- the contact surface and the fixing rib can be in direct contact with each other.
- a further functional element between these, for example in the form of a damping element for the heddle support rail or a damping element for strands carried by the heddle support rail.
- the spring element can exercise a multiple function by it not only clamps the heald bar itself but also other elements.
- the spring element which is preferably designed as a rubber cord, may in the simplest case have a circular cross-section. This facilitates assembly, because it does not need to be paid attention to the angular orientation of the rubber cord or a slight twisting of the same.
- profiled rubber cords which, for example, have a square cross section, a rectangular cross section, a triangular cross section or the like.
- the damping effect can be significantly increased.
- two rubber cords may be provided, one on one side and the other on the other side of the fixing rib.
- a lubricant such as Talc to provide a silicone grease or the like.
- Talc a lubricant
- the strength of the seat of the Litzentragschiene on the profile element is not affected. It is also possible to coat or provide only the fastening rib and / or corresponding surfaces of the profile element present in the recess with a friction-reducing substance. These too can facilitate the relaxation of the rubber cord.
- a lubricant that dissolves the rubber cord superficially.
- a lubricant may be, for example, a mineral oil. This first facilitates the insertion of the rubber cord into the recess and its relaxation, whereby it leads in the long run to a bonding of the rubber cord with the corresponding surfaces in the recess.
- the heddle support rail is then held substantially inseparably on the profile element.
- the length of the rubber cord or the other spring element is substantially consistent with the length of the heddle support rail and the profile element. If the relaxation of the rubber cord after insertion into the recess initially not completely take place, remain parts of the rubber cord outside the recess, i. they protrude from this at least at one end of it. The vibrations of the heald support rail occurring during work can cause the ends of the rubber cord to still migrate into the recess.
- the rubber cord with only local compression in the recess. This can be done, for example, in embodiments in which the heddle support rail, the slot-like mouth of the recess not completely hidden.
- the rubber cord can first be placed from the outside and then pressed with a finger-like squeegee or a roller along the rubber belt along driving into the recess.
- the heddle support rail remains removable.
- the rubber cord can be taken at one end and pulled out of the recess longitudinally. Each stretched part shrinks in its cross section and thus dissolves out of the recess. It can also be inserted into the recess again in a stretched state and then restores the heddle support rail when it relaxes.
- FIG. 1 a shaft rod 1 is illustrated, to which a profiled element 2 and a shaft support rail 3 supported by this belong.
- the profile element 2 is for example an extruded aluminum profile with an upper box-shaped support section 4, which is designed as a hollow profile. From this, a wall-like portion 5 may extend away, which carries the heddle support rail 3.
- the latter consists for example of steel and serves to accommodate strands.
- FIG. 2 illustrates an end 6 of an otherwise cut strand 7, as it sits with play on the heddle support rail 3.
- the heddle support rail 3 is made of steel. It is detachably held on the profile element 2. For this purpose it has one of its back, e.g. formed as a flat surface flat side 8 projecting fixing rib 9, which protrudes approximately at right angles from the flat side 8 away.
- the fixing rib 9 may be formed in various suitable manner. In the present embodiment, it has a flat flank 11 oriented at right angles to the flat side 8 and, on the opposite side, a flank 12 which is e.g. is provided with a step-shaped, serving for the positive securing of the mounting rib 9 paragraph 13. In this case, the shoulder 13 of the flat side 8 faces, i. the fixing rib 9 is slightly thinner in the vicinity of its flat side 8 than in a more distant portion.
- the fixing rib 9 extends into a over the entire length of the profile element 2 extending recess 14 into which is bounded by two walls 15, 16. These extend, for example, at right angles from the wall 5 off and end each end in planar strip-shaped contact surfaces 17, 18 for the flat side 8 of the heddle support rail 3. These contact surfaces can be machined plan to position the heald support rail accurately.
- a spring element 19 in the form of a rubber cord 21, the separately in FIG. 6 is illustrated.
- the rubber cord 21 has, for example, a circular cross-section and thus forms an elongated cylinder. It is highly elastic. In an unstretched condition ( FIG. 6 right) their length is approximately equal to the length of the Litzentragschiene 3.
- the rubber cord 21 is dimensioned so that the diameter is the distance between the flank 11 and the wall 16. The rubber cord has a high return capacity. When released, it contracts to a length substantially equal to its original length, with the diameter also returning to its original diameter.
- the assembly of the shaft rod 1 is carried out as follows:
- the heddle support rail 3 is inserted with its fastening rib 9 into the recess 14.
- the shoulder 13 engages behind a corresponding step formed on the flank 12.
- the level is one right-angled step.
- it may also have a ramp shape in order to achieve a certain wedge effect on the step surface.
- the wedge effect can be used to press the flat side 8 against the contact surfaces 17, 18.
- the stage can be provided in the extruded profile and unprocessed or finely reworked.
- the rubber cord 21 is stretched in the longitudinal direction, as for example in FIG. 6 is illustrated. In this stretched state, it is inserted into the recess 14. This can be done, for example, by being connected with its front end with a wire or other suitable traction means and held at its rear end in a stretched state. In this way, it can be retracted longitudinally into the recess 14. Is it fed so far that both ends protrude approximately equally far out of the frontal openings of the recess 14, the in FIG. 5 achieved state achieved.
- the rubber cord 21 sits with play in the recess 14. If it is now released, it contracts in the longitudinal direction and expands radially to the in FIG. 2 illustrated state is reached. It now clamps the fixing rib 9 against the wall 15 firmly.
- the step 13 secures the heddle support rail 3 in a form-fitting manner on the profiled element 2.
- the heddle support rail 3 is held firmly.
- the contact between the wall 15 and the flank 12 of the fixing rib 9 is permanently maintained by the rubber cord 21.
- the forces exerted by the strands 7 on the Litzentragschiene 3 forces the heald bar 3 thus do not move against the profile element 2. Vibrations that originate, for example, by the back and forth of the end eyelets 7 on the heddle support rail 3, are damped by the rubber cord 21.
- the rubber cord 21 can be applied longitudinally train.
- the section already acted upon by tension expands and shrinks radially. It thus comes out of engagement with the corresponding contact surfaces of the mounting rib 9 and the wall 16.
- the stretched area is gradually over the entire length of the rubber cord 21 continues until it is fully stretched and thus can be led out of the recess 14 axially. In this way, the heddle support rail 3 is released again. It can be replaced, serviced and reassembled.
- FIG. 3 illustrates a modified embodiment of the shaft rod 1.
- a first variation consists in the shape of the shaft support rail 3 itself. While the heddle support rail 3 FIG. 2 was set up for C-shaped end eyelets, the Litzentragschiene 3 serves after FIG. 3 the inclusion of J-shaped end eyelets 6.
- the heddle support rail 3 on its rear side a wide groove-like recess 22.
- the attachment can on the in FIG. 2 illustrated principle. However, it can also do that in FIG. 3 illustrated principle are used, in which the fixing rib 9 is held by two rubber cords 21, 23 in the recess 14.
- the walls 15, 16 are in turn provided with a slightly more generously sized step 24, 25.
- the bottom is divided into two strip-shaped areas enclosing an obtuse angle.
- the fastening rib 9 has a widened end which, facing away from the fastening rib 9 and facing the bottom 26, likewise has two strip-shaped planar regions 27, 28 enclosing an obtuse angle. These areas 27, 28 form a surface complementary to the floor 26.
- the rubber cords 21, 23 press the fastening rib 9 against the bottom 26 and thus fix the heddle support rail 3 to the profile element 2.
- FIG. 4 illustrates a further embodiment of a shaft rod 1.
- the profile element 2 has a here Recess 14, which is open parallel to the wall 5.
- the wall 5 itself forms a wall bounding the recess 14. It is profiled inside, by having a longitudinally continuous groove 29.
- the wall 5 is opposed by a wall 31 which is profiled to define a step 32. This is the bottom 33 of the recess 14 thus formed adjacent. In the vicinity of the downwardly slit-like opening of the recess 14, the wall 31 is bent inwardly.
- the Litzentragschiene 3 is here for example made of a metal sheet (eg steel sheet). It has a hook-shaped section 34 for receiving the strands. In the recess 14 into a flat portion 35 which is provided with a bead 36 extends. This is assigned to the level 32. Between the step 32 and the bead 36, a rod-shaped or flat strip-shaped damping element 37 is arranged. Furthermore, between the wall 5 and the section 35 a damping element 38 may be arranged, which serves as a strand damper, for example.
- the rubber cord 21 is in turn used to fix the heddle support rail 3. In this case, the rubber cord 21 presses on one side the bead 36 against the damping element 37 in order to clamp it against the step 32.
- the rubber cord 21 presses the section 35 of the heddle support rail 3 against a plate-like extension 39 of the damping element 38.
- a securing rib 41 which engages in the groove 29, can be formed on the latter.
- the extension 39 carries a cross-sectionally approximately trapezoidal head of the damping element 38, which forms a buffer for the Litzenendösen. This head has a Litzendendösen facing baffle 42 on which the strands abut can.
- the damping element 38 consists for example of a vibration-damping plastic. The same applies to the damping element 37th
- FIG. 8 illustrates a further embodiment of a shaft rod according to the invention 1.
- the heald support rail 3 here has a lower angled or cranked end 43. This has the rubber cord 21 to a contact surface 44, which has two approximately at right angles to each other standing strip-shaped contact areas.
- the opposite wall 16 is bent toward the rubber cord to narrow the mouth of the recess 14.
- the wall 15 is substantially straight and extends approximately at right angles away from the wall 5.
- the rubber cord 21 can, as described above, inserted in a stretched state in the recess 14 and then released, whereby their diameter increases again and the end 43 is pressed against the walls 5, 15.
- the rubber cord 21 is supported on the bent end of the wall 16 from.
- the rubber cord 21 of the heald bar is not or not completely covered. It can therefore be pressed into the recess 14 through the free slot-like opening in the radial direction. For this purpose, it is placed for example on the slot-like opening, wherein it is initially between a point 45 of the heddle support rail and the end 46 of the wall 16. It can now be compressed by one or more rollers and pressed into the recess 14. These rollers can then extend the length of the rubber cord 21 and thus push them piece by piece into the recess 14.
- FIG. 7 an initially undeformed profile element 2, the two walls 15, 16 are straight and arranged approximately at right angles to the wall 5. Is the rubber cord 21 inserted here in the recess 14, which initially has no undercut, it is without bias and loose in this recess 14. If the wall 16 is now bent inward, ie deformed, for example by a corresponding pressure roller along the wall 16 is driven along, the wall 16 can thus in the in FIG. 8 illustrated form. It is thus again obtained the desired clamping of the Litzentragschiene 3.
- a shaft rod 1 is formed from a profile element 2 and a heddle support rail 3, which is secured to the profile element 2 by a rubber cord 21 or a corresponding spring element. This results in a simple to manufacture, reliable, cost-saving configuration, wherein the heddle support rail 3 is also mounted vibration damped.

Description
The invention relates to a shaft rod for a heald of a loom.
Moreover, it is known to rivet the heddle rails with the aluminum profile body.
For shedding, the warp threads are to be moved up or down out of the warp thread plane. For this purpose, the shafts are moved up or down accordingly. This movement is extremely fast at production speed. As a result, and as a result of the necessary play of the strands on the Litzentragschienen wear both strands and Litzentragschienen. The Litzentragschienen must therefore be made of a particularly resistant material, such as the mentioned steel. On the other hand, the heald should be as light as possible, so that the shaft rods are made of the lightest possible material and then connected to the Litzentragschienen.
This is where the invention begins, which has set itself the task of creating a simple as possible and, if necessary, also disassembled shaft rod.
This object is achieved with the shaft rod according to
The shaft rod according to the invention consists of a profile element with at least one elongate recess and a Litzentragschiene having a fastening rib. The fixing rib is intended to enter the recess to be clamped in the recess. To the shaft rod further includes an elongated spring element which is to be inserted into the recess to clamp the fastening rib there. As a spring element is preferably an elongated elastomeric element, for example used in the form of a rubber cord. In the relaxed state, it has a cross section whose width is greater than the width of the free space left free by the fixing rib in the recess. It is ductile, with its cross-section decreasing as it is stretched longitudinally. The extensibility is so great that in the stretched state it has a cross section whose width is smaller than the width of the free space left free from the fastening rib in the recess. A designed as a rubber cord spring element thus acts as a simple, generally releasable fastener. It is inserted in the longitudinally biased state into the recess and then released. It relaxes and sets the heald bar to the profile element. It thus causes a tight fit of the heddle support rail on the profile element. In addition, the fastener may act in the form of a rubber cord vibration damping. The voltage applied by the rubber cord is preferably so great that it holds the heald support rail immovably on the profile element. This applies to all occurring during proper operation acting on the heald bar rail forces.
The rubber cord can, as mentioned vibration-absorbing and thus dampening effect. In particular, high-frequency vibrations are damped in the region of the transition from the heddle support rail to the profile element of the shaft rod.
The profile element is preferred and, for example, an extruded profile, for example made of a light metal, such as aluminum. The recess formed in the profile element preferably has a longitudinal slit-like opening through which the fastening rib can enter the interior of the recess. In this case, the fixing rib extends over the entire length of the heddle support rail. The length of the heddle support rail and the profile element can be several meters.
The recess is preferably undercut.
In the recess, at least one contact surface for the fastening rib is preferably formed. This contact surface may be a plane surface or a profiled surface. The latter allows a positive connection between the heddle support rail or the fixing rib and the profile element.
The contact surface and the fixing rib can be in direct contact with each other. However, it is also possible to arrange a further functional element between these, for example in the form of a damping element for the heddle support rail or a damping element for strands carried by the heddle support rail. In this way, the spring element can exercise a multiple function by it not only clamps the heald bar itself but also other elements.
The spring element, which is preferably designed as a rubber cord, may in the simplest case have a circular cross-section. This facilitates assembly, because it does not need to be paid attention to the angular orientation of the rubber cord or a slight twisting of the same. With a corresponding design of the fastening rib and the inner contour of the recess, however, it is also possible to use profiled rubber cords which, for example, have a square cross section, a rectangular cross section, a triangular cross section or the like. Thus, under certain circumstances, the seat of the heddle support rail on the profile element can be improved.
Furthermore, it is possible to provide a plurality of spring elements to hold the fastening rib on or in the profile element. Thus, the damping effect can be significantly increased. For example, two rubber cords may be provided, one on one side and the other on the other side of the fixing rib.
In order to facilitate relaxation of the inserted into the recess, initially even stretched rubber cord, it may be appropriate to this with a lubricant, such as Talc to provide a silicone grease or the like. The strength of the seat of the Litzentragschiene on the profile element is not affected. It is also possible to coat or provide only the fastening rib and / or corresponding surfaces of the profile element present in the recess with a friction-reducing substance. These too can facilitate the relaxation of the rubber cord.
It is also possible to use a lubricant that dissolves the rubber cord superficially. Such a lubricant may be, for example, a mineral oil. This first facilitates the insertion of the rubber cord into the recess and its relaxation, whereby it leads in the long run to a bonding of the rubber cord with the corresponding surfaces in the recess. The heddle support rail is then held substantially inseparably on the profile element.
The length of the rubber cord or the other spring element is substantially consistent with the length of the heddle support rail and the profile element.
Alternatively, it is possible to insert the rubber cord with only local compression in the recess. This can be done, for example, in embodiments in which the heddle support rail, the slot-like mouth of the recess not completely hidden. Here, the rubber cord can first be placed from the outside and then pressed with a finger-like squeegee or a roller along the rubber belt along driving into the recess. Further alternatively, it is possible to provide a profile element whose recess has at least one deformable wall. In this case, the rubber cord can be inserted in a relaxed state through the slot-like mouth in the recess, after which a wall of the recess is bent inwards. This can be done, for example, by a roller is guided with pressure along the corresponding wall in order to bend it onto the spring element. Also in this embodiment, the heddle support rail remains removable. For example, the rubber cord can be taken at one end and pulled out of the recess longitudinally. Each stretched part shrinks in its cross section and thus dissolves out of the recess. It can also be inserted into the recess again in a stretched state and then restores the heddle support rail when it relaxes.

The
Die Montage des Schaftstabs 1 erfolgt folgendermaßen:The assembly of the
To attach the
In this state, the
To disassemble the

According to the invention, a
