Claims (3)
- Dispositif de serrage pour un bras hydraulique d'un véhicule de travail pour saisir et manipuler un objet, de type associé à l'extrémité d'un bras articulé d'un véhicule de travail par des moyens de connexion à travers une alimentation à huile hydraulique et courant électrique, du type ayant une mâchoire de serrage hydraulique rotative, comprenant:a) un bras (B);b) un avant-bras (AB) caractérisé en ce que ledit avant-bras (AB) étant articulé audit bras (B) au moyen de charnière latérale (12), ledit avant-bras étant inclinable jusqu'à 90° au moyen d'un cylindre oléodynamique interne (49);c) une unité de mâchoire de serrage (GP) articulée au-dehors de l'extrémité dudit avant-bras (AB) et impliquant trois mâchoires (20a, 20b, 20c) chaque mâchoire ayant respectivement un cylindre oléodynamique opérationnel (14);d) ledit bras (B) impliquant un premier dispositif rotatif (DR1) avec un premier moteur à fluide (9) qui transmet le mouvement à vis sans fin tangentiel externe (7) engrené sur l'engrenage à couronne (56) dudit bras (B), afin de faire tourner ladite boîte interne tournante (46) par rapport aux moyens de connexion respectifs au bras articulé du véhicule de travail;e) ledit avant-bras (AB) comprenant un deuxième dispositif rotatif (DR2) pour faire tourner ladite unité de mâchoire de serrage (GP) par rapport audit avant-bras (AB) au moyen d'un deuxième moteur interne à fluide (42) et réducteur axial (15);f) une première et une deuxième électrovannes (11, 17) pour actionner au moyen des respectifs membres à mouvement oléodynamique bidirectionnels dudit bras (B):i) le premier moteur à fluide (9),ii) le vérin ou cylindre hydraulique pour l'angulation interne (49) etiii) les trois cylindres hydrauliques (14) agissant sur les mâchoires de serrage (20a, 20b, 20c), lesdits cylindres hydrauliques étant actionnés par un deuxième moteur à fluide (42) en connexion avec une troisième électrovanne (43), etg) un premier et un deuxième commutateurs électriques à contact glissant pour un contact tournant (SW1, SW2) pour la deuxième électrovanne (17) et la troisième électrovanne (43).
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit bras (B) est couvert par une boîte externe (47) et une boîte interne (46) où la boîte externe n'est pas tournante tandis que sa boîte interne (46) est tournante et inclut ledit vérin hydraulique pour l'angulation interne (49).
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit avant-bras inclut une boîte externe (38) articulant ladite unité de serrage à mâchoire (14, 20a, 20b, 20c) qui tourne au moyen de supports (34, 34a) sur une boîte interne (40) qui supporte internement à la fin de la tige de piston (491) dudit vérin hydraulique interne (49) qui supporte vers le bas le réducteur axial (15) pour fournir la rotation à ladite unité de serrage à mâchoire (GP) avec connexion externe (22).
