Claims (11)
- Agrégat de pince (1) d'une peigneuse, comportant un châssis de pince (6) mobile en va et vient équipé d'une plaque de pince inférieure (12) et une plaque de pince supérieure (14) s'appuyant dans le châssis de pince par des bras oscillants latéraux (15, 15a) et qui peut constituer avec la plaque de pince inférieure (12) un point de serrage au niveau de la lèvre de plaque de pince (13) et un cylindre d'alimentation (27) s'appuyant au dessus de la plaque de pince inférieure (12) dans des supports de palier (26) du châssis de pince (8), caractérisé en ce que les bras oscillants latéraux (15, 15a) de la plaque de pince (14) sont disposés ou conçus de manière à se trouver en dehors de la zone que traverse un cylindre d'alimentation (27) présentant une longueur (B) lorsqu'il est passé -transversalement à son axe (28)- d'une position de marche à une position hors marche.
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bras oscillants (15a) de la plaque de pince supérieure (14) s'étendent en dessous des supports de palier (26) du cylindre d'alimentation (27).
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les points d'appui (16) des bras oscillants (15a) sont disposés en dessous des supports de palier (26) du cylindre d'alimentation (27).
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la portée libre (L) entre les bras oscillants (15d, 15e), du moins dans la zone que le cylindre d'alimentation (27) traverse lors de son passage à une position hors marche, est supérieure à la longueur (B) du cylindre d'alimentation (27).
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'aux bras oscillants (15a) s'articule respectivement une jambe élastique (18a) équipée d'un élément à ressort dont l'autre extrémité libre s'appuie à un point de rotation (34) dans le bâti de machine (MG), la jambe élastique (18a) étant conçue de manière à ce qu'une force de serrage soit générée au niveau de la lèvre de plaque de pince (13) entre la plaque de pince supérieure et inférieure (12, 14) lorsque l'agrégat de pince (1) se trouve en position arrière.
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le point de rotation (34) de la jambe élastique respective (18a) est disposé en dessous de l'agrégat de pince (1).
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les supports de palier (26) du cylindre d'alimentation (27) ont une ouverture vers le haut (31) dont la portée libre représente au moins le diamètre du palier (29) inséré dans le support de palier (26) du cylindre d'alimentation et que des moyens sont prévus pour fermer l'ouverture.
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens s'appuient en pivotement autour d'un axe fixé dans le châssis de pince.
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens sont composés d'un levier pivotable à deux bras, un premier bras pouvant être amené en recouvrement avec l'ouverture et un deuxième bras pouvant pivoter dans la zone d'action d'un élément à ressort.
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à ressort est composé de deux manchons, un premier manchon étant fixé sur le châssis de pince et recevant un ressort de compression et un deuxième manchon fermé d'un côté étant guidé au niveau du côté ouvert sur le premier manchon.
- Agrégat de pince (1) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième manchon est pourvu d'une patte saillant radialement.
