Claims (12)
- Screen printing cylinder having a cylindrical screen (03, 103) and a scraper (01, 101) positioned against the inner surface of the cylindrical screen (03, 103), wherein on the lateral surface (05, 105) of the scraper (01, 101) facing towards the ink which is conveyed to in front of the scraper a web (07, 107) is disposed which is in parallel with the cylinder axis, wherein the scraper (01, 101), a portion of the cylindrical screen (03, 103), which is in contact with the scraper, and the web (07, 107) emanating from the scraper (01, 101) form a channel base which is open in opposition to the direction of rotation (06) of the screen printing cylinder, characterised in that at least in the two longitudinal end regions of the web (07, 107) guiding means (08, 108) are disposed in a fixed manner on the web (07, 107) for deflecting ink, which is stripped from the cylindrical screen (03) by the scraper (01), in the longitudinal direction of the scraper (01) towards the centre thereof.
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the guiding means (08, 108) are disposed in such a manner that their effectiveness at deflecting the ink decreases from the longitudinal ends of the scraper (01, 101) to the centre thereof decreases.
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guiding means (08, 108) for deflecting the ink are not provided in a central region of the scraper (01, 101).
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, characterised in that the web (107) is part of an ink guiding plate (100) which lies against the scraper (101).
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the ink guiding plate (100) comprises holding means, in order to hold the scraper (101) in a positionally fixed manner in the screen printing cylinder.
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the web (107) of the ink guiding plate (100) supports the guiding means (08, 108).
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, characterised in that the guiding means (08, 108) for deflecting the ink comprise ribs (08) which are oriented in an inclined manner with respect to the peripheral direction of the cylindrical screen (03), and that the ribs (08) engage into the channel.
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in claim 7, characterised in that the height of the ribs (08) decreases from the longitudinal ends of the scraper (01) towards the centre thereof.
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in claim 7, characterised in that the inclined position of the ribs (08) in relation to the peripheral direction of the cylindrical screen (03) decreases from the longitudinal ends of the scraper (01) towards the centre thereof.
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, characterised in that the guiding means (08, 108) for deflecting the ink comprise grooves (108) which are oriented in an inclined manner with respect to the cylinder axis, and that the grooves (108) are formed in the web (107).
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in claim 10, characterised in that the grooves (108) form a groove system, wherein the configuration and arrangement of the individual grooves (108) are modulated.
- Screen printing cylinder as claimed in claim 10 or 11, characterised in that the depth of the grooves (108) decreases in the direction of the scraper surface starting from the upper edge of the web (107).
