Definitions
- Transportable cleaning device for angeordente in or on buildings sunshades consisting of mutually spaced apart lamellar members, with rotating roller brushes whose moving brushes touch the surfaces to be cleaned of the lamellae, wherein two or more, horizontally mounted and vertically stacked roller brushes are provided between the the individual, open lamellar members can be inserted and moved horizontally.
- German patent application DE 100 49 325 A1 shows a stationary cleaning system for complete sun protection systems, which must be unscrewed for their cleaning before their Ortbefest Trent and reassembled after cleaning. This system is not suitable for cleaning fixed sunshades.
- the two German publications 2 634 556 and 2 634 820 reveal a portable cleaning device for fin systems. Basically, two opposite and intermeshing roller brushes are provided, which are pushed over a slat to be cleaned.
- the roller brushes are driven by an electric motor. If, as an alternative, several roller brushes are to be used, this leads to expensive drive devices for the individual roller brushes with a considerable increase in the weight of the cleaning system.
- the waves carrying the sponge rollers have bores for supplying the cleaning agent.
- the accumulated on the surface of the slats dirt is very strong and can be removed with sponge rollers barely or only badly. With the use of several sponge rollers, this is associated with an increase in weight and cumbersome operation of the cleaning system.
- a cleaning device which consists of a shaft and holder.
- the cleaning device is supplied with water or cleaning fluid.
- the liquid medium is supplied via a hose which is screwed onto a front end of the device, the device.
- the illustrated embodiment of the cleaning device is mounted on a window pane with suction cups and is supplied via a high-pressure cleaner with water.
- An impeller converts the flow energy of the water or the cleaning liquid into a rotational movement of the shaft.
- the cleaning liquid flows through the housing of the device and drives the impeller, which is rotatably connected to the shaft, while the cleaning liquid is passed into the shaft and wets the cleaning brushes on the shaft with cleaning liquid.
- the object of the invention is to provide a portable cleaning device that allows a cost-effective and trouble-free cleaning of sun protection systems.
- roller brushes are equipped with spray nozzle openings to which a high-pressure contaminant carrier medium can be fed, wherein the spray nozzle openings are arranged in the shafts of the roller brushes and drive them, wherein the roller brushes are arranged concurrently.
- the inventive drive of the roller brushes allows a much lower weight of the cleaning system, which is also used for cleaning the textile elevator and conductor strips.
- the entire surfaces and components of the installed sun protection systems are optimally cleaned.
- the synchronization of the roller brushes creates a counter-rotation on the lamellar members, as a result of which the lamellar members are not displaced.
- the individual roller brushes are adjustable according to the distance of the open lamellar members.
- the contaminant carrier medium can be metered via a mixing valve.
- the cleaning effect is improved when the bristles of the roller brushes overlap in the middle of the individual fin members. If the bristles of the roller brushes consist of short and longer parts, then it is achieved that a spraying of the dirt carrier medium in the transport direction is reduced.
- the roller brushes with their bristles have different diameters corresponding to the opening widths of the lamellar members and are interchangeable as a structural unit.
- the vertically arranged roller brushes can be arranged offset to one another.
- roller brush rows For heavily soiled sun protection systems, it makes sense to provide several vertically arranged rows of roller brushes or to repeat the cleaning process one or more times. If roller brush rows are provided, then the cleaning device according to the invention can be arranged for transport along the slat members on a rollable frame.
- roller brushes are driven by means of high-pressure dirt carrier medium, then it is expedient to drill the spray nozzle openings obliquely, whereby the rotational movement of the roller brushes is favored.
- the soil carrier medium is collected in a drip pan, then filtered and returned to the roller brushes and / or the sun protection systems. If the soil carrier medium or the detergent solution is biodegradable, then it can be introduced directly into a drainage channel.
- Fig. 1 an embodiment of the device of the invention is shown.
- the portable cleaning device shows six vertically arranged roller brushes 1 with bristles 1 a and 2 spray nozzles for the soil carrier medium and the detergent solution.
- roller brushes 1 are installed in a drive unit 3 and the bearing 4 and each have a shaft 1 b. With the handle 5, the roller brush assembly can be inserted into the open lamellar members 15 in the direction of the arrow.
- the individual roller brushes 1 with their bristles have different diameters corresponding to the opening widths of the lamellar members 15. It is therefore useful to provide the roller brushes 1 with their drive unit 3, storage 4 and handle 5 depending on the diameter as a replaceable unit 25.
- a base unit 6 which is connected to a power source or rechargeable battery unit. It includes a motor connection 7, a pump 8 and a metering pump 9.
- the motor 7a is mounted in the lower end of the drive unit 3 and provides for the rotational drive of the roller brush according to the arrow indicator.

The waves carrying the sponge rollers have bores for supplying the cleaning agent. The accumulated on the surface of the slats dirt is very strong and can be removed with sponge rollers barely or only badly. With the use of several sponge rollers, this is associated with an increase in weight and cumbersome operation of the cleaning system.

The object of the invention is to provide a portable cleaning device that allows a cost-effective and trouble-free cleaning of sun protection systems.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the roller brushes are equipped with spray nozzle openings to which a high-pressure contaminant carrier medium can be fed, wherein the spray nozzle openings are arranged in the shafts of the roller brushes and drive them, wherein the roller brushes are arranged concurrently.
The inventive drive of the roller brushes allows a much lower weight of the cleaning system, which is also used for cleaning the textile elevator and conductor strips. The entire surfaces and components of the installed sun protection systems are optimally cleaned. The synchronization of the roller brushes creates a counter-rotation on the lamellar members, as a result of which the lamellar members are not displaced.
Advantageously, the individual roller brushes are adjustable according to the distance of the open lamellar members. Conveniently, the contaminant carrier medium can be metered via a mixing valve.
According to the invention, the cleaning effect is improved when the bristles of the roller brushes overlap in the middle of the individual fin members. If the bristles of the roller brushes consist of short and longer parts, then it is achieved that a spraying of the dirt carrier medium in the transport direction is reduced.
If the bristles are arranged spirally on the shafts or axes of the roller brushes, then even spraying in the transport direction is avoided. Appropriately, the roller brushes with their bristles have different diameters corresponding to the opening widths of the lamellar members and are interchangeable as a structural unit. The vertically arranged roller brushes can be arranged offset to one another.
For heavily soiled sun protection systems, it makes sense to provide several vertically arranged rows of roller brushes or to repeat the cleaning process one or more times. If roller brush rows are provided, then the cleaning device according to the invention can be arranged for transport along the slat members on a rollable frame.
If the roller brushes are driven by means of high-pressure dirt carrier medium, then it is expedient to drill the spray nozzle openings obliquely, whereby the rotational movement of the roller brushes is favored.
Appropriately, the soil carrier medium is collected in a drip pan, then filtered and returned to the roller brushes and / or the sun protection systems. If the soil carrier medium or the detergent solution is biodegradable, then it can be introduced directly into a drainage channel.

If the electromotive drive is replaced by a high-pressure pump P, then it eliminates
