Claims (31)
- Verfahren zum Formen von Mitteln (6a, 6b) zum Greifen von mit Schüttgut (2) abzufüllenden Säcken (1) in eine Form-Abfüll-Versiegelungsmaschine (F;F,S), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass es die Schritte in folgender Reihenfolge umfasst:a) Zuführen eines schlauchförmigen Elements (101) zu einer Stanzvorrichtung;b) Formen mindestens einer Öffnung (6b) in einem vorab festgelegten Bereich des schlauchförmigen Elements (101);c) Zuführen des schlauchförmigen Elements (101) zu einer Station (F) zum Formen eines Sacks (1);d) Vorsehen von mindestens zwei Schweißlinien (5b) entlang der unteren Zone (1 b) des Sacks (1) und an gegenüberliegenden Seiten in der Längsrichtung (X-X) bezüglich der Öffnung (6b);e) Befördern des Sacks (1) zur Abfüllstation (R) und Abfüllen des Sacks;f) Zuführen des Sacks (1) zu einer Station (S) zum Verschließen des Sacks;g) Vorsehen von mindestens zwei Schweißlinien (5a), die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Querrichtung (Y-Y) und bei einem geeigneten relativen Abstand in Längsrichtung (X-X) des Sacks (1) sind;h) Formen mindestens einer Öffnung (6a) in der zwischen den zwei Schweißungen (5a) des Munds (1a) des Sacks umfassten Zone.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das schlauchförmige Element (101) mittels Abwickeln desselben von einer Rolle (101a) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das schlauchförmige Element während des das Stanzen desselben umfassenden Schritts mittig positioniert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Öffnung ein Loch ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Öffnung eine sich in Querrichtung erstreckende Öse ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (6a) entlang der Seite, an der sich der Mund (1a) des Sacks (1) befindet, während eines Schritts gebildet wird, der von dem zum Ausführen von Schweißungen (5a) zum Verschließen des Sacks getrennt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stanzen im Heißzustand ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stanzschritt einen das Einschlagen der Kante der Öffnung umfassenden Schritt umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Einschlagens der Kante der Öffnung mittels exzentrischer Drehung der Stanzvorrichtung um die Mitte der Öffnung ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen zusätzlichen Schritt umfasst, der das Aufbringen eines Materialstreifens (E1) an dem schlauchförmigen Element stromaufwärts des das Stanzen des Bodens des Sacks umfassenden ersten Arbeitschritts umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Materialstreifen bezüglich der Linie zum Schneiden des Bodens während des Formens des Sacks symmetrisch aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Materialstreifen ein Etikett ist.
- Maschine zum Formen und Abfüllen von Säcken mit Greifmitteln, welche umfasst:mindestens eine Station (F) zum Formen des Sacks (1) aus einem der Formstation (F) zugeführten schlauchförmigen Element (101) durch Versiegeln des Bodens des Sacks, mindestens eine Station (R) zum Abfüllen des Sacks mit dem von einer Zuführvorrichtung (200) zugeführten Material (2) und mindestens eine Station (S) zum Versiegeln des Munds (1a) des Sacks, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine stromaufwärts der Formstation (F) angeordnete erste Stanzvorrichtung (500) zum Formen mindestens einer ersten Öffnung (6b) in das schlauchförmige Element (101) an einer der Zone des Bodens (1 b) des Sacks (1) entsprechenden Position und mindestens eine stromabwärts der Abfüllstation angeordnete zweite Stanzvorrichtung (500) zum Formen einer zweiten Öffnung (6a) in der Zone des Munds (1a) des Sacks (1) umfasst.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Rolle (101 a) umfasst, von der der Formstation (F) ein ununterbrochener Streifen des schlauchförmigen Elements (101) zugeführt wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Stanzvorrichtung (500) Mittel (501, 502) zum Positionieren des schlauchförmigen Elements (101) in der Längsrichtung (X-X) umfasst.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (501) zum Positionieren des schlauchförmigen Elements (101) aus mindestens einem Paar feststehender Rollen (501) und einer beweglichen Rolle (502) zum Justieren der Zentrierung des schlauchförmigen Elements bezüglich der Vorrichtung zum ersten Stanzen des schlauchförmigen Elements bestehen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Stanzvorrichtung erste aufeinander folgende Öffnungen (6b) bei einem vorab festgelegten interaxialen Abstand ausführt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der interaxiale Abstand der ersten Öffnungen (6b) in Längsrichtung abhängig von der Länge des Sacks (1) in der gleichen Längsrichtung vorbestimmt wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Stanzvorrichtung durch Mittel (1000) zum Steuern und Implementieren des automatischen Maschinenzyklus gesteuert wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (F10) zum Schweißen des Bodens (1 b) des Sacks in der Formstation (F) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (F10) zum Schweißen des Bodens (1b) zwei Schweißlinien (5b) bilden können, die sich in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zur Querrichtung (Y-Y) des Sacks erstrecken und voneinander in der Längsrichtung (X-X) um einen geeigneten Betrag beabstandet sind, der die Öffnung (6b) zum Greifen des Sacks aufnehmen kann.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (S10) zum Versiegeln des Munds (1a) des Sacks (1) in der Versiegelungsstation (S) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (S10) zum Schweißen des Munds (1a) des Sacks zwei Schweißlinien (5a) bilden können, die sich in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zur Querrichtung (Y-Y) des Sacks erstrecken und voneinander in der Längsrichtung (X-X) um einen geeigneten Betrag beabstandet sind, der eine zweite Öffnung (6a) zum Greifen des Sacks (1) aufnehmen kann.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Stanzvorrichtung (500) stromabwärts der Versiegelungsstation (S) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Stanzvorrichtung (500) Öffnungen (6a) in einem Streifen eines Sacks formen kann, der sich zwischen den zwei Versiegelungen (5a) des Munds des Sacks befindet.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Stanzvorrichtung (500) durch Mittel (1000) zum Steuern und lmplementieren des automatischen Maschinenzyklus gesteuert wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stanzvorrichtung (500) eine Heißstanzvorrichtung ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stanzvorrichtung (500) Mittel zugeordnet sind, die eine exzentrische Drehung der Vorrichtung um die Mitte der Öffnung veranlassen können.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung (E) zum Aufbringen einer Materialschicht an dem schlauchförmigen Element (101) umfasst.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung (E) zum Aufbringen einer Materialschicht umfasst, die stromaufwärts der Vorrichtung (500) zum ersten Stanzen des Südens des Sacks angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (E) zum Aufbringen einer Materialschicht eine Etikettiermaschine ist.
