Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de corps moulés constitués de plastiques, qui consiste à couvrir un corps moulé d'une ou plusieurs couches de vernis, ledit vernis étant composé d'un liant ou d'un mélange de liants, éventuellement d'un solvant ou d'un mélange de solvants, éventuellement d'autres additifs habituellement ajoutés aux vernis, éventuellement d'un épaississant, les épaississants pouvant être utilisés étant des épaississants polymères à raison de 0 à 20 % et des épaississants oligomères à raison de 0 à 40 %, à chaque fois par rapport au film sec, (composants a, c, d, e), de 5 à 500 parties en masse, par rapport à (a), d'une poudre d'oxyde métallique électriquement conductrice ayant une taille moyenne des particules primaires de 5 à 50 nm et un degré d'agrégation de 0,01 à 99 %, et de 5 à 500 parties en masse, par rapport à (a), de nanoparticules inertes. Ledit procédé consiste ensuite à appliquer le vernis en couche de manière connue et à durcir ledit vernis.
