Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kupfer- oder Kupferlegierungsrohres, welches Verfahren einen Extrusionsschritt und mindestens einen Bearbeitungsschritt zum Verarbeiten des Rohres in seine finale Größe aufweist, wobei gemäß dem Verfahren die Innenfläche des Rohres einer Reinigungsbehandlung unterzogen wird, wobei die Reinigungsbehandlung auf der Innenfläche des extrudierten Rohres ausgeführt wird, um Verunreinigungen, Kontaminationen und Restbestandteile basierend auf Grafit und Kohlenstoff zu entfernen, und um den Kohlenstoffgehalt der Innenfläche des Rohres zu kontrollieren, bevor das Rohr in seine letztendliche Größe gebracht wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr in seine finale Größe mittels Ziehverfahren des extrudierten Rohres in zumindest einem Verfahrensschritt gebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsbehandlung zwischen dem Extrusionsschritt und dem Ziehschritt ausgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr in seine finale Größe mittels Walzverfahren des extrudierten Rohres in zumindest einem Schritt gebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsbehandlung zwischen dem Extrusionsschritt und dem Walzschritt ausgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 3 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungsverfahren mechanisch ausgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsbehandlung ausgeführt wird, indem die Innenfläche des extrudierten Rohres mit einer Vorrichtung behandelt wird, die aus einem Material gefertigt ist, das im Wesentlichen härter ist als die Innenfläche. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eingesetzte Reinigungsvorrichtung eine Stahlbürste ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung entlang der Innenfläche des extrudierten Rohres mittels Magneten bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung entlang der Innenfläche des extrudierten Rohres mittels einer langgestreckten Welle bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das extrudierte Rohr bei der Reinigungsbehandlung relativ zur Reinigungsvorrichtung bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsbehandlung mittels Korngebläse, wie beispielsweise einem Sandstrahlverfahren ausgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nachfolgend der mechanischen Reinigungsbehandlung die Innenflächen des extrudierten Rohres mit Gas ausgeblasen werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nachfolgend der mechanischen Behandlung die Innenflächen des extrudierten Rohres mit einer Flüssigkeit gewaschen werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr einer Beschichtungsbehandlung unterzogen wird, nachdem das Rohr in seine finale Größe gebracht worden ist.
