Definitions

  • the invention relates to a drainage device for Oberfiumbleenent camess für, in particular drainage channel, with a, preferably elongated, body, an opening of the body covering lid, preferably cover grate, as well as with at least one latching locking means for latching locking the lid on the base body, wherein the locking device at least one first latching element on the base body and at least one engageable with the first latching element in direct latching engagement integrally formed with the lid second latching element, wherein formed on the lid at least one protruding toward the bottom of the body protrusion and the second locking element on a remote from the lid Section of the projection is arranged.
  • Drainage devices of the generic type are used in particular in traffic areas for vehicles, cyclists or pedestrians use and are designed for example as drainage channels. For ease of assembly, maintenance and cleaning, it is necessary for the grates to be light removed from the dewatering device and can be replaced.
  • the demand for the simplest possible usability of the grids is contrary to the need to secure the anchoring of the grids to ban the risk of accident from unintentional release. Frequent actuation or permanent mechanical stress, for example due to vehicle traffic, should also not loosen the anchoring of the cover grille if possible.
  • Being elastically formed in an angular direction to the plane of the lid means that when force is applied, the portion carrying the second detent element and / or the portion carrying the first detent element is subjected to pivotal movement in one direction at an angle to the plane of the lid, due to the resilience caused by the elasticity. wherein at the same time a restoring moment arises in exactly opposite direction by the elasticity.
  • WO-A-02/090675 which sets forth the closest prior art from which the present invention is based, discloses a device of the kind set forth.
  • a locking spring is provided which is made of sheet metal and opposite the cover forms a separate component.
  • This locking spring has developed portions which extend in the direction of the bottom of the main body.
  • a variety of differently constructed fasteners is known to effect anchoring of the cover to the dewatering device.
  • a cover grate is known for example from EP-A-0 811 732, in which the cover grate is to be determined laterally by clamping by means of particularly ausgestalteter, longitudinally elastic webs. At the movable ends of the longitudinal webs arranged cams engage in the locked state in corresponding laterally arranged Recesses on the base body.
  • a disadvantage of these known drainage devices is that they often require special tools for locking the cover grating on the base body.
  • Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a drainage device for the surface drainage of the generic type, which requires less effort and thus lower costs in the production, installation and maintenance and in a locking of the cover grid with the main body in a particularly simple, but can also be done safely. It should also be dispensed with the use of special tools for assembly and subsequent maintenance of the dewatering device. Furthermore, the locking device should be designed such that it is still easily solvable and easy to clean even with significant entry of sediments.

  • the latching elements of the locking device are integral components of the lid or the base body. There are thus no further locking elements or other components, such as screws, brackets or the like., For locking necessary.
  • the dewatering device consists of fewer components. This leads to less effort in the production, installation and maintenance, which has a correspondingly positive effect on the associated costs.
  • the cover grate can be actuated even with considerable input of earth, sand or organic material.
  • At least one portion of the projection bearing the second latching element and / or at least one portion of the base body carrying the first latching element, preferably in an angular direction to the plane of the lid, are designed to be elastic.
  • the first latching element and / or the second latching element bearing portions are elastically pivotable about an imaginary pivot axis, which preferably extends parallel to the plane of the lid or lies in this.
  • the portions carrying the first and / or second latching element each span a plane which is angled, preferably transversely, extends to the longitudinal extent of the body. This ensures that unlocking the locking device is made difficult or completely prevented when acting in the longitudinal direction of the lid of the dewatering device forces.
  • the cover ribs in particular for stiffening, on, wherein the projection is formed by a rib or arranged on a rib, preferably formed.
  • the ribs are at least partially formed as between longitudinal sides of the lid extending transverse ribs and the projection is located on these transverse ribs.
  • the first and second latching elements comprise complementary recesses and thickenings. These may preferably be configured such that the first detent element on the main body has a comb and the second detent element has a complementary groove.
  • the embodiments of the latching elements which are in principle very easy to realize in production and therefore associated with low production costs, have proven to be very robust against environmental influences and mechanical stress. Should it come to contamination or entry of sediments in the catch elements, so a cleaning of the locking elements, for example by means of high-pressure water purification, particularly easy, since all components of the locking device are easily accessible.

  • the lid on the base body is fixed so that it can not be moved relative to the main body when forces are introduced into the lid in the direction of its extension by external action.
  • forces are introduced into the lid in the direction of its extension by external action.
  • Such acting in the longitudinal and / or transverse forces occur mainly when the lid is run over by vehicles.
  • the lid tends to shift relative to the main body.
  • the locking device is exposed to an increased load, and there is a risk of faster wear or even damage.
  • a displacement protection is provided which prevents unintentional displacement by receiving the forces introduced into the plane of the lid and thereby relieves the locking device.
