Claims (23)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Anbringen von Filtern an Zigaretten, enthaltend einen ersten Förderer (8), der zum Heranführen von Gruppen (4) dient, bestehend aus wenigstens einer Zigarette (5) und einem am Ende angeordneten Filterstück (6), sowie aus Filterpapieren (11), durch welche die Gruppen dauerhaft zusammengefügt werden, und einen Rollkanal (13) von einer Tiefe, die ungefähr dem Durchmesser der Gruppen (4) angepasst ist, die von dem ersten Förderer (8) kommen, bei welcher der Rollkanal (13) wenigstens auf der einen Seite einen flexiblen Rollförderer (12) enthält, der um erste und zweite Übertragungsmittel (14, 15) gewunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrollfläche des flexiblen Förderers (12) mit einer Anzahl von starren Elementen (23) versehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welcher die starren Elemente (23) eine Anzahl von Stollen (24) enthalten, die einer neben dem anderen in Querrichtung entlang dem flexiblem Förderer (12) angeordnet sind, um eine Abdeckung zu bilden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 2, bei welcher jeder Stollen (24) durch jeweilige Befestigungsmittel (25) an dem flexiblen Förderer (12) angebracht ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 3, bei welcher die Befestigungsmittel (25) eine Anzahl von Einsatzstücken (26) enthalten, die an der Seite des flexiblen Förderers (12) entgegengesetzt von den Stollen (24) positioniert sind, jedes angeschlossen an einen jeweiligen Stollen (24) mit Hilfe von Klemmmitteln (27).
  5. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welcher der Rollkanal (13) einen ersten flexiblen Förderer (12) auf der einen Seite und einen zweiten flexiblen Förderer (12) auf der anderen enthält.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 5, bei welcher der Rollkanal (13) einen ersten flexiblen Förderer (12) auf der einen Seite und einen zweiten flexiblen Förderer (12) wie in den Patentansprüchen von 2 bis 4 auf der anderen enthält.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 5 oder 6, bei welcher sich der Rollkanal (13) entlang einer vorgegebenen und im wesentlichen geradlinigen Abrollbahn erstreckt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach den Patentansprüchen von 5 bis 7, bei welcher beide flexiblen Förderer (12) um jeweilige erste und zweite Übertragungsmittel (14, 15) gewunden sind, enthaltend jeweilige Umlenkrollen (16, 18; 42, 43), wobei eins der Übertragungsmittel (14, 15) ausserdem einen Ausgangs- und Aufnahmeförderer (21) enthält, positioniert zum Aufnehmen der aus dem Rollkanal (13) austretenden Gruppen (4a).
  9. Vorrichtung nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 4, bei welcher sich der Rollkanal (13) entlang einer vorgegebenen und im wesentlichen gebogenen Abrollbahn erstreckt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 9, bei welcher der Rollkanal (13) zwischen einer Rolle (9) mit Ansaugsitzen (10), übereinstimmend mit dem ersten Förderer (8), auf der einen Seite und einem flexiblen Förderer (12) auf der anderen Seite beschrieben ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 10, bei welcher die ersten und zweiten Übertragungsmittel (14, 15) des flexiblen Förderers (12) eine erste und eine zweite Umlenkrolle (16, 18) enthalten, wobei die ersten Übertragungsmittel (14) einen Eingangsförderer (17) bilden, und wobei die zweiten Übertragungsmittel (15) ausserdem einen Ausgangs- und Aufnahmeförderer (21) enthalten, angeordnet koaxial mit der jeweiligen zweiten Umlenkrolle (18) und dazu dienend, die aus dem Rollkanal (13) austretenden Gruppen (4a) aufzunehmen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 11, enthaltend Haltemittel (28) sowie Führungs- und Anschlagmittel (29), zugeordnet dem flexiblen Förderer (12) und positioniert an der Seite des flexiblen Förderers (12) entgegengesetzt von dem Kanal (13).
  13. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 12, bei welcher die Haltemittel (28) eine Anzahl von Magnetelementen (30) enthalten, die mit den Befestigungsmitteln (25) und/oder den Stollen (24) zusammenwirken.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 12, bei welcher die Führungs- und Anschlagmittel (29) eine Anzahl von sich frei drehenden Rädern (33) enthalten, die sich mit der Oberfläche des flexiblen Förderers (12) im Kontakt befinden.
  15. Vorrichtung nach den Patentansprüchen 13 und 14, bei welcher die Magnetelemente (30) von wenigstens einem Trägerteil (32) aus nicht magnetischem Material gehalten werden, das sich parallel zu dem Rollkanal (13) erstreckt und zwischen zwei Serien der Führungs- und Anschlagräder (33) eingesetzt ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 15, bei welcher die einzelnen Serien der Führungs- und Anschlagräder (33) in jeweiligen Reihen angeordnet sind, welche parallele Ebenen belegen, und zwar mit jedem Rad (33) einer jeden Reihe teilweise wenigstens ein Rad der angrenzenden Reihe übergreifend.
  17. Vorrichtung nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 16, bei welcher der flexible Förderer (12) ein verzahntes Profil (34) aufweist, das sich im Eingriff mit Zähnen (37) befindet, die von den Führungs- und Anschlagrädern (33) aufgewiesen sind, sowie mit Zähnen (35, 36), aufgewiesen von den Rollen (16, 18).
  18. Vorrichtung nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 17, bei welcher jeder der Stollen (24) eine Abrollfläche aufweist, die mit einem gerändelten Profil (38) versehen ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach den Patentansprüchen von 1 bis 18, bei welcher wenigstens ein Stollen (24) pro vorgegebener Einheitszahl von Stollen mit wenigstens einer Rippe oder Lippe (39) versehen ist, die dazu dient, die Rollwirkung im Inneren des Rollkanals (13) einzuleiten.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Patenanspruch 8 und nach den Patentansprüchen von 11 bis 19, bei welcher der Ausgangs- und Aufnahmeförderer (21) zum Aufnehmen der aus dem Rollkanal (13) austretenden Gruppen (4a) eine Rolle (19) enthält, durch welche die austretenden Gruppen (4a) aufgenommen und eine von der nächsten getrennt werden.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 20, bei welcher die Aufnahmerolle (19) als ein Mittel arbeitet, durch welches der Abstand zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden, aus dem Rollkanal (13) austretenden Gruppen (4a) verkürzt wird.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 21, bei welcher die Aufnahmerolle (19) umlaufende Vertiefungen (20) aufweist, die einen Abstand voneinander haben, der geringer ist als der Abstand, welcher die aufeinanderfolgenden, aus dem Rollkanal (13) austretenden Gruppen (4a) voneinander trennt.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 22, bei welcher die Aufnahmerolle (19) fest mit der zweiten Umlenkrolle (18) des flexiblen Förderers (12) verbunden ist.
