Claims (14)
- Breitnip-Kalander mit einer Schuhwalze, einer Gegenwalze und einem zwischen der Schuhwalze und der Gegenwalze ausgebildeten Breitnip, wobei die Schuhwalze einen umlaufenden Mantel aufweist, der durch eine Anpreßschuhanordnung in Richtung auf die Gegenwalze belastbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anpreßschuhanordnung (6) mindestens eine mit einer Druckeinstelleinrichtung verbundene Druckkammer (13) aufweist, die zumindest auf ihrer mit dem Mantel (3) zusammenwirkenden Seite durch eine flexible Membran (14) begrenzt ist, wobei in der Membran (14) mindestens eine Schmiermittelaustrittsöffnung (22) vorgesehen ist, die mit einer zusätzlich zur Druckeinstelleinrichtung vorgesehenen Schmiermittelversorgungseinrichtung (20) verbunden ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckeinstelleinrichtung und die Schmiermittelversorgungseinrichtung (20) voneinander getrennt sind.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Schmiermittelversorgungseinrichtung (20) und der Schmiermittelaustrittsöffnung (22) eine flexible Leitung (21, 24) angeordnet ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitung (24) zumindest teilweise innerhalb der Membran (14) angeordnet ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitung (24) einen Innenraum aufweist, der durch die Membran (14) begrenzt ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmiermittelaustrittsöffnung (22) durch die Mündung einer Ausnehmung (29) gebildet ist, die sich bis in das Innere der Leitung (24) erstreckt.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (14) im Bereich der Leitung (24) eine Verdickung (25) aufweist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdickung (25) einstückig mit der Membran (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdickung (25) durch einen Ansatzkörper gebildet ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitung (24) mit einem flexiblen Schlauch (21) verbunden ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flexible Schlauch (21) durch die Druckkammer (13) hindurchgeführt ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Schmiermittelaustrittsöffnungen (22) vorgesehen sind, die einzeln oder gruppenweise mit der Schmiermittelversorgungseinrichtung (20) verbunden sind.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmiermittelaustrittsöffnung (22) mit mindestens einer Tasche (28) an der mit dem Mantel (3) zusammenwirkenden Außenseite (23) verbunden ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (14) mit der Druckeinstelleinrichtung eine die Arbeitslänge des Breitnips (5) verändernde Längeneinstelleinrichtung bildet.
