Description

  • La présente invention est relative à des perfectionnements aux boutons-poussoirs rupteur conjoncteur.
  • Un tel bouton-poussoir permet, lors de son enfoncement, de modifier l'état électrique d'une ligne soit de façon permanente soit de façon provisoire, la modification cessant dès que l'on relâche l'action sur l'organe de commande.
  • Généralement, les fonctions décrites ci-dessus sont obtenues par l'association de deux organes à savoir un : connecteur, stable ou instable, et un poussoir constituant l'organe de commande de l'ensemble.
  • Un tel ensemble occupe un volume important et ne se prête pas à la mise en place d'un dispositif lumineux permettant de repérer, par exemple, l'emplacement du poussoir, en d'autres termes, il est très difficile de réaliser un poussoir lumineux. De plus, la conception des dispositifs existants a montré qu'en cas de défaillance du système lumineux il fallait, remplacer l'ensemble.
  • Par de document DE 199954098 on connaît un bouton-poussoir rupteur conjoncteur comportant un poussoir pourvu d'une queue portant un organe de contact, immobilisé en rotation par rapport à ladite queue et maintenu entre deux ressorts, ledit organe étant mobile axialement entre deux paires de contacts étagées. Les moyens utilisés pour empêcher la rotation du poussoir par rapport au corps portant les contacts sont compliqués et peu fiables, les divers éléments composant le bouton-poussoir pouvant être facilement démontés par une personne non autorisée.
  • Le bouton-poussoir rupteur conjoncteur de l'invention, qui remédie à ces inconvénients, comporte un corps obturé, à l'une de ses extrémités, par une embase isolante et, à l'autre, par un poussoir, ladite embase comportant deux paires de contacts électriques entre chacune desquelles est disposé un organe de contact, ledit bouton-poussoir étant caractérisé en ce que l'organe de contact est guidé sur deux chandelles de l'embase dont les axes s'étendent parallèlement à celui du poussoir, ledit organe étant mobile, dans un sens, sous l'action d'un ressort, d'une façon connue et, dans l'autre, sous l'action dudit poussoir.
  • La présente invention sera mieux comprise par la description qui va suivre faite en se référant aux dessins annexés à titre d'exemple indicatif, seulement, sur lesquels:
    • la figure 1 est une vue en coupe d'un bouton-poussoir conforme à l'invention ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue en coupe effectuée selon la ligne ll-ll de la figure 1,
    • la figure 3 est une vue en coupe effectuée selon la ligne lll-lll de la figure 1, le poussoir étant enfoncé ;
    • la figure 4 est une vue, analogue à la figure 3, limitée à la représentation de l'embase et montrant la possibilité d'utiliser un système d'éclairage indépendant.
  • En se reportant aux dessins, on voit que le dispositif se compose d'un corps 1, de préférence cylindrique, obturé à l'une de ses extrémités par une embase 2 et à l'autre par un poussoir 3.
  • L'embase 2, réalisée en un matériau isolant, comporte deux paires de contacts électriques 4 et 5, décalées angulairement et axialement par rapport au corps 1.
  • L'embase 2 est utilisée pour assurer le guidage d'une plaque connectrice 6 maintenue en position stable sous l'action d'un ressort 7 et pouvant être déplacée lors de l'enfoncement du poussoir 3.
  • Pratiquement, les contacts 4 et 5 sont matérialisés par les têtes de vis, vissées dans l'embase 2 et auxquels contacts les conducteurs électriques (non représentés) sont raccordés.
  • En position de repos, la plaque 6 est appliquée sous les têtes des vis sous l'action du ressort 7, lesdites têtes constituant des organes limitant le déplacement de ladite plaque ou organe de connexion.
  • Il est à noter que le poussoir 3 est maintenu par un ressort 8, dont la force est inférieure à celle du ressort 7. Ce ressort a une double fonction, il permet d'absorber les variations de dimension pouvant se produire lors de l'usinage des constituants et de maintenir l'extrémité interne du poussoir à une certaine distance de la face supérieure de la plaque 6. De cette façon, l'usager perçoit mieux son action sur le poussoir.
  • L'embase 2 présente deux chandelles 9 de guidage de la plaque 6 dont les axes s'étendent parallèlement à celui du poussoir. De préférence les corps des vis, dont les têtes forment les contacts 4, traversent axialement les chandelles 9.
  • Comme cela ressort de la figure 4, l'embase 2 sert de support à la douille 10, d'une source lumineuse 11, vissée axialement dans ladite embase (les câbles d'alimentation ne sont pas représentés). La douille 10 traverse librement la plaque 6 pour s'étendre jusque dans la cavité interne 3a du poussoir qui est avantageusement réalisé en une matière transparente ou translucide. Bien entendu, d'autres moyens que le vissage peuvent être utilisés pour assurer le maintien de la douille 10.
  • Il est à noter que les moyens utilisés pour fixer la douille (10) sont accessibles de l'extérieur du corps et que le retrait, ou la mise en place, d'une source lumineuse n'influence pas le fonctionnement du bouton-poussoir.

Claims (5)

  1. Bouton-poussoir rupteur conjoncteur comportant un corps (1) obturé, à l'une de ses extrémités, par une embase isolante (2) et, à l'autre, par un poussoir (3), ladite embase comportant deux paires (4 et 5) de contacts électriques entre chacune desquelles est disposé un organe de contact (6) mobile, dans un sens, sous l'action d'un ressort (7) et, dans l'autre, sous l'action dudit poussoir, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de contact (6) est guidé sur deux chandelles (9) de l'embase (2) dont les axes s'étendent parallèlement à celui du poussoir.
  2. Bouton-poussoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (3) est soumis à l'action d'un ressort (8) prenant appui contre l'organe de contact et maintenant, en l'absence de pression sur ledit poussoir, ce dernier éloigné dudit organe, la force dudit ressort étant inférieure à celle du premier ressort (7).
  3. Bouton-poussoir selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque contact, des paires de contact (4) est formé par la tête d'une vis traversant la chandelle (9) correspondante
  4. Bouton-poussoir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'embase sert de support à une douille (10), de réception d'une source lumineuse, traversant l'organe de connexion (6) pour s'étendre dans une cavité interne du poussoir qui est réalisé en une matière transparente ou translucide.
  5. Bouton-poussoir selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la douille (10) est disposée selon l'axe du corps (1) et est fixée à l'embase (2) selon des moyens permettant son démontage.
