Claims (10)

  1. Automated decoring system, characterised in that it comprises a plurality of decoring devices, each decoring device comprising a frame (1) in the form of a fork having two prongs (11, 12), the space (13) between the two prongs (11, 12) of the fork being intended to receive a part to be decored, each decoring device being enclosed in a chamber (19) having only one door for loading the part, and in that the plurality of decoring devices are disposed in an operating range of a loading robot provided for loading the part to be decored through a single face of the decoring device into the space (13) of the decoring device provided for this purpose.
  2. Decoring device of the decoring system as claimed in Claim 11, characterised in that the frame (1) is provided with one single space (13) for receiving the part to be decored, this space (13) being located at one of the ends of the frame (1), in that the frame (1) is supported by four resilient suspension means (2) which have a substantially vertical axis and are transversely deformable, each suspension means (2) being joined to a base (3), in that the frame (1) is driven in vibration by two unbalanced motors (4) with a substantially vertical axis, each fixed on one side of the frame (1) in the vicinity of two of the resilient suspension means (2), and in that a device for clamping the part to be decored is mounted on one (11) of the prongs (11, 12) of the frame (1), the said clamping device being formed by a jack (5) on which is mounted a clamping plate (6) enabling the part to be decored to be clamped between the plate (6) and the inner surface of the other prong (12), the other two resilient suspension means (2) being disposed in such a way that the centre of gravity of the loaded decoring device remains between the fixing points of the four suspension means (2) so that they substantially support the same mass.
  3. Decoring device as claimed in Claim 2, characterised in that the frame (1) is substantially horizontal, the other two resilient suspension means (2) being disposed in the vicinity of the space (13) between the two prongs (11, 12) of the frame (1), and in that the motors (4) revolve in the same direction, resulting in rotation of the frame (1) about the axis (z-z) located at the intersection between the mid-plane (y-z) of the motors and the transverse plane of the frame (1).
  4. Decoring device as claimed in Claim 13, characterised in that an opening (125) is formed on the prong (12) of the frame (1) which does not bear the jack (5), this opening (125) receiving the end of at least one pneumatic hammer (7) which is fixed on at least one upright (8) joined to the base (3) and enables the part to be decored to be hammered when the part is clamped in the frame (1) in such a way as to disintegrate the casting cores.
  5. Decoring device as claimed in Claim 3 or 4, characterised in that the space (13) between the prongs (11, 12) of the frame (1) has a bottom provided with an opening (135) to facilitate both clamping of the part to be decored and evacuation of sand from the frame (1).
  6. Decoring device as claimed in any one of Claims 3 to 5, characterised in that it comprises two pairs of lateral springs (9) with a substantially horizontal axis which are joined both to the frame (1) and to an upright (10) fixed on the base (3), enabling entry into resonance of the frame.
  7. Decoring device as claimed in Claim 13, characterised in that the frame (1) is composed of a body (14) and a head (15), the head (15) comprising the two prongs (11, 12) of the frame and being joined to a rod (16) passing through the body (14) of the frame (1) and driven in rotation about the axis (x-x) of the frame (1) by way of a motor (18).
  8. Decoring device as claimed in Claim 2, characterised in that the frame (1) is substantially vertical and in that the motors (4) turn in opposite directions, resulting in alternating translational movements of the frame (1) along the axis (x-x) located at the intersection of the mid-plane (x-z) of the frame (1) and the transverse plane of the motors (4) passing through the centre of the motors.
  9. Decoring device as claimed in Claim 8, characterised in that it comprises at least one pair of pneumatic hammers (7) fixed on at least one upright (8) joined to the base, enabling hammering of the part to be decored on either side of the frame when the part is clamped in the space (13) between the two prongs (11, 12) of the frame (1) in such a way as to disintegrate the casting cores.
  10. Decoring device as claimed in any one of Claims 2 to 9, characterised in that the clamping plate (6) is equipped with a blowing system to aid evacuation of the sand from the part to be decored.
