Claims (21)
- Vorrichtung zum Vorbereiten einer zu einer Vorratsrolle (01) gewickelten Materialbahn für einen fliegenden Rollenwechsel, mit einem Lager zum Unterstützen und Drehen der Vorratsrolle (01) um eine Längsachse (16), wobei mindestens ein Sensor (09; 11) zum Erfassen eines Radius der Vorratsrolle (01) während deren Drehbewegung angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Richtung zur Längsachse (16) der Vorratsrolle (01) mehrere, den Radius erfassende Sensoren (09; 11) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensoren (09; 11) die Vorratsrolle (01) berührend abtastend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensoren (09; 11) die Vorratsrolle (01) berührungslos abtastend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensoren (09; 11) optische oder akustische Sensoren (09; 11) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Messstrahl der Sensoren (09; 11) mit einer Horizontalen einen Öffnungswinkel (α) von +15° bis-15° einschließend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Messstrahl der Sensoren (09; 11) annähernd horizontal angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensoren (09; 11) seitlich zur Vorratsrolle (01) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Richtung der Längsachse (16) der Vorratsrolle (01) mindestens drei Sensoren nebeneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung wenigstens ein Paar von diametral gegenüberliegende Seiten der Vorratsrolle (01) abtastenden Sensoren (09; 11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Auswerteeinheit (26) zum Feststellen einer Abweichung der Gestalt der Vorratsrolle (01) von einer Idealgestalt anhand von Messergebnissen des wenigstens einen Sensors (09; 11) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerteeinheit (26) eingerichtet ist, eine Unrundheit der Vorratsrolle (01) daran zu erkennen, dass der von einem Sensor (09; 11) erfasste Radius beim Drehen der Vorratsrolle (01) variiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerteeinheit (26) eingerichtet ist, eine Unrundheit der Vorratsrolle (01) durch einen Vergleich der von den Sensoren (09; 11) des Sensorpaares erfassten Radien zu erkennen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerteeinheit (26) eingerichtet ist, eine Konizität der Vorratsrolle (01) durch einen Vergleich der von den Sensoren (09; 11) der Gruppe erfassten Radien zu erkennen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerteeinheit (26) als auch eine Steuereinheit (24) zum Steuern des Klebebandspenders durch einen gemeinsamen Prozessor (13) implementiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schnittstelle zum Ein- und Auslesen eines Datensatzes angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eingerichtet ist, den erfassten Radius in den Datensatz zu schreiben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16 und einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eingerichtet ist, die Abweichung in den Datensatz zu schreiben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensoren (09; 11) in einer Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Klebebandes (17) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen in Richtung Längsachse (16) der Vorratsrolle (01) bewegbaren Klebebandspender aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei die Vorratsrolle (01) drehende Rollen (03) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Rollen (03) in Abhängigkeit eines Radius der Vorratsrollen (01) auf unterschiedliche Höhen positioniert sind.
