Claims (22)
- Vorrichtung zum Halten und/oder Einfassen eines zusätzlichen Bauelementes für ein längs einer einen bogenförmigen Abschnitt aufweisenden, vorgegebenen Bahn zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung und einer Schließstellung bewegbares und eine Mehrzahl von längs der vorgegebenen Bahn hintereinander angeordneten und über senkrecht zu der vorgegebenen Bahn verlaufende Gelenkachsen aufweisende Gelenke miteinander verbundenen Paneelen aufweisendes Torblatt eines Sektionaltores, insbesondere Deckengliedertores, mit mindestens zwei an aufeinanderfolgenden Paneelen angebrachten Segmenten (40, 50; 340, 350), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest in der Schließstellung zwischen den Segmenten (40, 50; 140, 150) zumindest im Bereich einer den Gelenkachsen (32) abgewandten Begrenzungsfläche (14, 24) des Torblattes in einer parallel zu der vorgegebenen Bahn verlaufenden Richtung ein mindestens der Dicke eines Fingers entsprechender Abstand (x) von vorzugsweise mindestens 10 mm frei gelassen ist und/oder die Breite eines der den Gelenkachsen (32) abgewandten Begrenzungsfläche (14, 24) zugewandten Mündungsbereiches eines zwischen den Segmenten (40, 50; 140, 150) gebildeten Spaltes (62) zumindest längs eines bei der Bedienung des Tores noch mit den Händen erreichbaren Teiles des bogenförmigen Abschnittes der vorgegebenen Bahn geringer als einen Fingereingriff ermöglichend, vorzugsweise geringer als 10 mm, besonders bevorzugt geringer als 4 mm ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Bauelement das Türblatt einer in das Torblatt integrierten Schlupftür ist und die Segmente Bestandteile einer Zarge der Schlupftür sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Segmente (40, 50) Teile einer gelenkigen Schwenkverbindung zwischen dem Türblatt und dem Torblatt bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Segmente (40, 50; 140, 150) längs etwa senkrecht zu den Gelenkachsen (32) verlaufenden Rändern der Paneele (10, 20) erstrecken und diese zumindest teilweise übergreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der einen Teil der Schwenkverbindung bildenden Segmente (40, 50) einen quer zu einer Hauptfläche der Paneele (10, 20) verlaufenden und sich etwa parallel zu den senkrecht zu den Gelenkachsen (32) verlaufenden Rändern der Paneele (10, 20) erstreckenden Steg (58) aufweist, der an seinem dem Torblatt abgewandten Rand in einer Verdickung (59) ausläuft, wobei die Verdickung (59) vorzugsweise einen zahnkranzsegmentartigen Querschnitt in einer senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Steges (58) verlaufenden Schnittebene aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türblatt einen dem Steg (58) des Segmentes (50) entsprechenden Stegs (158) aufweist und die beiden Stege (58, 158) zur Herstellung einer gelenkigen Verbindung zwischen der Zarge und dem Türblatt von einer die Verdickungen (59, 159) übergreifenden und sich in Längsrichtung der Stege (58, 158) erstreckenden Klammer (80) zusammengehalten sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zwischen den Segmenten (40, 50) frei gelassene Abstand (x) von einem an einem der mit den Segmenten (40, 50) ausgestatteten Paneele (10) festgelegten Überbrückungssegment (60) überbrückt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überbrückungssegment (60) zumindest in der Torblattschließstellung in eine Einbuchtung (70) in dem darauf folgenden Segment (50) eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des Überbrückungssegmentes (60) und/oder die Randkontur der Einbuchtung (70) in einer senkrecht zu den Gelenkachsen (32) verlaufenden Schnittebene etwa dem Randprofil des entsprechenden Paneels (10, 20) in dieser Schnittebene entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türblatt eine Mehrzahl von längs der vorgegebenen Bahn hintereinander angeordneten und über senkrecht zu der vorgegebenen Bahn verlaufende weitere Gelenkachsen (132) aufweisende Gelenke (130) miteinander verbundenen Türblattelementen (110, 120) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form der Türblattelemente (110, 120) in einer senkrecht zu den weiteren Gelenkachsen (132) verlaufenden Schnittebene im wesentlichen der Form der Paneele in einer senkrecht zu den Gelenkachsen (32) verlaufenden Schnittebene entspricht, wobei die Türblattelemente in geschlossener Stellung des Türblattes mit den Paneelen (10, 20) fluchten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich mindestens eines den Torblattpaneelen (10, 20) zugewandten seitlichen Randes von mindestens zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Türblattelementen (110, 120) jeweils ein vorzugsweise einen Teil einer gelenkigen Verbindung zwischen dem Türblatt und dem Torblatt bildendes weiteres Halte- und/oder Einfassungssegment (140, 150) angebracht ist und zumindest in der Schließstellung des Torblattes zwischen diesen weiteren Segmenten (140, 150; 240, 250) zumindest im Bereich einer den weiteren Gelenkachsen (132) abgewandten Begrenzungsfläche des Türblattes in einem parallel zu der vorgegebenen Bahn verlaufenden Richtung ein mindestens der Dicke eines Fingers entsprechender Abstand von vorzugsweise mindestens 10 mm frei gelassen ist und/oder die Breite eines der den weiteren Gelenkachsen (132) abgewandten Berenzungsfläche zugewandten Mündungsbereiches eines zwischen den weiteren Segmenten (140, 150; 240, 250) gebildeten Spaltes zumindest längs eines bei der Bedienung des Tores noch mit den Händen erreichbaren Teils des bogenförmigen Abschnitts der vorgegebenen Bahn geringer als einen Fingereingriff ermöglichend, vorzugsweise geringer als 10 mm, besonders bevorzugt geringer als 4 mm ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die weiteren Segmente (140, 150; 240, 250) längs etwa senkrecht zu den weiteren Gelenkachsen (132) verlaufenden Rändern der Türblattelemente (110, 120) erstrecken und diese zumindest teilweise übergreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zwischen den weiteren Segmenten (140, 150; 240, 250) frei gelassene Abstand (x') von einem an einem der mit den Segmenten (140, 150; 240, 250) ausgestatteten Türblattelemente (110, 120) festgelegten weiteren Überbrückungssegment (160, 260) überbrückt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weitere Überbrückungssegment (160; 260) zumindest in der Torblattschließstellung in eine Einbuchtung (170; 270) in dem darauf folgenden Segment (150, 250) eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des weiteren Überbrückungssegmentes (160; 260) und/oder die Randkontur der Einbuchtung (170; 270) in einer senkrecht zu den weiteren Gelenkachsen (132) verlaufenden Schnittebene etwa dem Randprofil des entsprechenden Türblattelementes (110, 120) in dieser Schnittebene entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zwischen mindestens einem Türblattelement (110, 120) und mindestens einem Paneel (10, 20) in einer parallel zu den Gelenkachsen (32) verlaufenden Richtung frei gelassener Abstand zumindest in der Schließstellung des Torblattes und einer geschlossenen Stellung des Türblattes von einem an dem Türblattelement (110, 120) oder dem Paneel (10, 20) angebrachten, vorzugsweise einstückig mit einem der Überbrückungssegmente (160; 260) gebildeten Überlappungssegmet (162; 262) abgedeckt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überlappungssegment (162) in der geschlossenen Stellung des Türblattes in einer zwischen einem der Überbrückungssegmente (60) und der entsprechenden Einbuchtung (70) gebildeten Spalt eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des Überlappungssegmentes (162) in einer senkrecht zu den Gelenkachsen (32) bzw. weiteren Gelenkachsen (132) verlaufenden Schnittebene etwa der Randkontur der Paneele (10, 20) und/oder der Türblattelemente (110, 120) entspricht.
- Torblatt mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Türblatt für eine Schlupftür eines Sektionaltores nach Anspruch 20.
- Sektionaltor mit einem Torblatt nach Anspruch 20.
