Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Band, bestehend aus zwei Bandlappen, die über ein Bandauge scharnierartig und drehbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei in mindestens einem Bandlappen frontseitig mindestens ein Dekorelement angeordnet ist.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Band, welches aus zwei Bandlappen besteht, die über ein Bandauge scharnierartig und drehbar miteinander verbunden sind.
Aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster DE 296 04 823 U1 ist ein Band bekannt geworden, wobei die Bandlappen aus Unterteilen bestehen, die durch separate Abdeckkappen überkront werden. Hierdurch besteht die Möglichkeit, die Bandlappen optisch an die Formen und Farben der Umgebung anzupassen.
Bei diesem Band wird die Gestaltung der Abdeckkappe ausschließlich im Rahmen einer gleichmäßigen Form- und Materialgestaltung beschrieben. Möglichkeiten, die Frontfläche des Bandlappens bzw. der Abdeckkappe spezifisch zu gestalten, werden dort nicht aufgezeigt.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Band mit verbesserten und zusätzlichen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten zu schaffen, so dass spezifische optische Wirkungen einfach realisierbar sind, wodurch eine Lagerhaltung erleichtert wird.
Erfindungsgemäß ist frontseitig mindestens eines Bandlappens ein Dekorelement angeordnet. Hierdurch ist es möglich, neben der allgemeinen Form- und Materialgestaltung des Bandes, auch spezielle Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Die oftmals großflächig wirkende sichtbare Frontfläche der Bänder wird hierdurch belebt und eine individuelle Anpassung an unterschiedliche Raumsituationen ermöglicht. Es ergibt sich eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, um zusätzlich variabel und funktional gestalten zu können.
Das entsprechende Dekorelement kann in unterschiedlichster Weise in bzw. an dem Bandlappen angeordnet sein. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Dekorelement in einer Ausnehmung des Bandlappens flächenbündig angeordnet, so dass hierdurch einerseits keine Verletzungsgefahr durch vorstehende Teile entsteht und darüber hinaus auch die Reinigung erheblich vereinfacht wird.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist eine erhabene Anordnung des Dekorelementes möglich, wobei sowohl eine Anordnung in einer entsprechend ausgebildeten Ausnehmung in dem Bandlappen oder eine Anordnung auf der Frontfläche des Bandlappens realisierbar ist. Durch eine erhabene Anordnung werden auch seitlich des Bandlappens optische Effekte erzielt.
Die Befestigung des Dekorelementes kann grundsätzlich austauschbar erfolgen, wobei beispielsweise schraubenartige oder ineinandergreifende Verbindungstechniken anwendbar sind. In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung ist es auch denkbar, das Dekorelement in/an dem Bandlappen dauerhaft zu befestigen, vorzugsweise zu verkleben. Diese Befestigungsmethode ist unproblematisch und montagetechnisch einfach zu realisieren.
Bezüglich der optischen Wirkung eines derartig gestalteten Bandlappens sind einzeln angeordnete Dekorelemente, wie auch darüber hinaus mehrere Dekorelemente, in symmetrischer oder anderer Anordnung denkbar.
Das Dekorelement kann aus den unterschiedlichsten Materialien in unterschiedlichster Form bestehen, beispielsweise aus metallischen und nicht metallischen Materialien sowie auch aus mineralischen Werkstoffen. Hierdurch bietet sich die Möglichkeit, das Dekorelement in Form und Material mit den Bandlappen abzustimmen, so dass sich eine optisch ansprechende Ansicht ergibt.
Das erfindungsgemäße Band eignet sich zur schwenkbaren Verbindung von plattenförmigen Elementen, beispielsweise in Türanlagen, wobei üblicherweise ein Flügel schwenkbar an einem feststehenden Seitenteil befestigt wird. Unter Türanlagen werden hier auch Duschkabinen oder Duschwände verstanden, die schwenkbar miteinander verbundene Glaselemente aufweisen.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus nachfolgender Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele anhand der Zeichnungen.

Gleiche oder gleichwirkende Bauteile sind in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Band 1 besteht aus jeweils zwei Bandlappen 2 und 3, die mittels eines so genannten Bandauges 4 schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind. Die Darstellung des Bandes 1 gemäß der Figur 1 entspricht dem sichtbaren Blickwinkel eines Betrachters. Der detaillierte Aufbau des Bandes 1 bzw. der Bandlappen 2, 3 ist für die Erfindung unwesentlich und nicht näher beschrieben.
An beiden Bandlappen 2, 3 ist frontseitig mittig ein Dekorelement 5 angeordnet, das in der dargestellten Ausführungsform in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung des Bandlappens 2, 3 eingeklebt und flächenbündig integriert ist. Das Dekorelement 5 besteht dabei vorzugsweise aus einem kristallinen Element, z. B. ein Bergkristall.
Eine in der Figur 2 auszugsweise dargestellte Türanlage besteht üblicherweise aus einem Seitenteil und einem daran mittels des Bandes 1 schwenkbar befestigten Flügel. Unter Türanlagen werden hier auch Duschkabinen oder Duschwände verstanden, die schwenkbar miteinander verbundene Glasscheiben 6, 7 aufweisen. Die Scheiben können z. B. farbig oder profiliert ausgebildet sein.
Die Bandlappen 2, 3 gemäß Figur 2 sind in spiegelsymmetrischer Weise an den Glasscheiben 6, 7 befestigt, wobei die Befestigung der Bandlappen 2, 3 an den Glasscheiben 6, 7 nicht näher erläutert ist, sie kann aber z. B. aus einer Klebeverbindung bestehen. An beiden Bandlappen 2, 3 ist frontseitig mittig ein Dekorelement 5 angeordnet, das in der dargestellten Ausführungsform auf die Bandlappen 2, 3 geklebt ist. Somit werden auch seitlich der Bandlappen 2, 3 optische Effekte erzielt.
Die vorstehende Beschreibung des Bandes gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung dient nur zu illustrativen Zwecken und nicht zum Zwecke der Beschränkung der Erfindung. Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind verschiedene Änderungen und Modifikationen möglich, ohne den Umfang der Erfindung sowie ihrer Äquivalente zu verlassen.

Claims (10)

  1. Band bestehend aus zwei Bandlappen (2, 3), die über ein Bandauge (4) scharnierartig und drehbar miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in mindestens einem Bandlappen (2, 3) frontseitig mindestens ein Dekorelement (5) angeordnet ist.
  2. Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorelement (5) flächenbündig in den Bandlappen (2, 3) integriert ist.
  3. Band nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorelement (5) erhaben an dem Bandlappen (2, 3) angeordnet ist.
  4. Band nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorelement (5) austauschbar an dem Bandlappen (2, 3) angeordnet ist.
  5. Band nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorelement (5) an dem Bandlappen (2, 3) klebend befestigt ist.
  6. Band nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorelement (5) mittig an dem Bandlappen (2, 3) angeordnet ist.
  7. Band nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Dekorelemente (5) spiegelsymmetrisch an dem Bandlappen (2, 3) angeordnet sind.
  8. Band nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorelement (5) aus metallischem Material besteht.
  9. Band nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorelement (5) aus nicht metallischem Material besteht.
  10. Band nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekorelement (5) kristallin ausgebildet ist.
