Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a flood protection wall for Retention of water in the shore area of waters, such as Rivers, lakes, seas or the like, at over the Normal level rising water level with a stationary with wall connected to the shore area, in the middle of which a consisting of hollow bodies automatically floating Flood protection wall is located.
In the area of flood protection, it is a well-known Problem, the waters, lakes and seas a strong fluctuating level, in particular one from the normal level may have above water level. there can the waters in case of missing flood control measures Overflow and devastating floods to lead. This is in the recent past especially often happen with rivers. The result resulting floods have become very high economic Damage led and not least also human life threatened.
Although there are structural flood protection measures, such as. Dikes, however, these are not everywhere usable and infinite to increase, for example, not in the area of urban Development. Or protective wall in urban development, or Coastal areas on rivers and lakes, where protective walls in over Viewing height for reasons of living quality or for reasons of tourism are not possible or not desired and it can be used in such flood protection measures happen that the height for incoming flood not enough.
In cases of flood, therefore, existing structural Flood protection measures artificially increased by, for example. Sandbags piled up or protective walls or ramparts be built, which requires a high number of helpers, which are so fast but not always available.
Ferner ist aus der DE 202 04 837 U1 eine Hochwasserschutzwand
mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1
bekannt.
Uferbereich verankerten wand verbunden.
Furthermore, from DE 202 04 837 U1 a flood protection wall
with the features of the preamble of
However, this construction also has the disadvantage that when the bodies hang freely at normal water level the bank fortification either by a considerable Height must be above the water level or the additional Protection height is low by the unfolding body. Furthermore, it is not possible the individual body over a To connect greater length, and so it creates problems with regard to the penetration of water at the seams between the bodies to be erected. In addition, you can the bodies do not automatically raise themselves in the vertical, without the water at the interfaces and endpoints penetrates.
Based on this prior art, the invention the task is based, a flood protection wall of the to create the type mentioned above, with an off buoyant hollow bodies formed, and in the middle in Lenght of the protective wall cavity, recessed additional protective wall in case of incoming flood automatically increases the protective structure, and this over the widest possible range of additional Water height. The flood protection wall should also be free from Sealing problems at interfaces between individual be buoyant bodies.
This task is solved by a flood protection wall
of the type mentioned above, further having the features of
has the characterizing part of
Characterized in that the second wall in the cavity of the protective wall free standing or hanging, it can be used when Flooding due to buoyancy of buoyant bodies ascend conditionally and make a safe wall against a flooding.
The sliding mechanism ensures that the second middle wall in a reliable vertical Guidance can slide along. Depending on the depth of the cavity in the vertical direction in the protective wall, the Additionally possible protection height can be selected. The flood protection wall shown in Figures 1 to 10 consists of a shore-fixed reinforced concrete foundation and a reinforced concrete wall H5 u. H38 which can be clad with bricks or clinker bricks, limestone or rock, depending on local conditions.
The core of the wall consists of two steel sheet piles H1 u. H31, with a base plate H8 u. H41 are made of steel (welding) to achieve greater strength.
Between the steel sheet piling is a cavity in which the protective wall element H2 u. H32 is located.
This located between the sheetpiling barrier wall element Floats automatically at high tide with the rising Water level up.
For type I (1) of the flood protection wall, the protective wall element H2 also consists of sheet pile wall elements. On top of this protective wall element, a hollow body made of steel or aluminum is attached, this is the float H3 and raises the middle protection wall at high tide.
The end profile H4 serves as additional overflow protection. The floating body is equipped with mounting eyelets H10 to allow faster replacement of individual elements.
The sheet pile walls and self-inflating bulkhead are provided with H6 safety hooks to prevent over-inflating during extreme, extreme floods. The protective wall is so flooded, but does not snap out, and thus can not tilt.
Die Höhe der selbsttätig schwimmfähigen Schutzwand H2 u.B32
richtet sich nach mehreren Gegebenheiten, insbesondere den
folgenden Fragestellungen:
Welche Schutzwandhöhe wird benötigt, und welche
Schutzwandhöhe ist aus statischen Gründen (z. B. Wassermenge
und Wasserdruck) möglich. The height of the self-buoyant protective wall H2 u. B32 depends on several circumstances, in particular the following questions:
What height of the protective wall is required, and what height of the protective wall is possible for static reasons (eg quantity of water and water pressure)?
A lightweight and low-resistance up and down slide which automatically floating barrier H2 to ensure be mounted at the top of the stationary sheet piles H1 and the bottom of the protection wall spacers H7. These spacers should be made of plastic or stainless steel if possible. However, stainless steel, plastic or carbon castors would be better to have a long service life and low maintenance.
In addition to the fixed sheet pile wall mounted flow spacers H12 prevent tilting of the protective wall. The flow spacers are made of the same materials as the spacers H7.
The self-inflating protective wall H2 and the float are manufactured in a mounting unit of about 2 to 3m in length, to ensure a quick installation and a quick replacement.
The protective wall is provided with a connection H11 (tongue and groove) and a connection seal H18 made of rubber, plastic, silicone or another durably elastic material.
The float is also moved with a H20 seal. Finally, a sealing plug H19 is installed to prevent lateral displacement of the float.
In order to prevent ingress of water between the directed to the water side sheet pile wall H1 and the self-rising protective wall H2 (middle sheet pile wall), a sealing profile H9 is attached to the uppermost end of the water-side sheet pile wall. This sealing profile lies close to the protective wall, and still increases with increasing water level.
The H9 sealing profile may be made of rubber, silicone or other durable elastic material, possibly provided with an elastic wire or plastic fabric to give the sealing profile even more strength.
The cover profile H13 is mounted on the shore-side fixed sheet piling, as a protective cover.
The fixed part of a flood protection wall generally has a height of 0.80 m to 1.20 m above the upper edge of existing terrain. In order to reach the waterside terrain flood protection doors H16 have to be installed at certain intervals. To do this, a bottom rail H17 must be installed in the fixed protective wall, vertical door and end profiles H14 . These must have a height that corresponds to the height of the flooded bulkhead at high tide. Towards the protective wall, the door and end profile possesses a U-shaped profile in which the protective wall, which floats during floods, runs.
To prevent ingress of water is the door u. End profile H14 provided with a sealing lip H15 on the water side. This can be made of rubber or another elastic material.
In order to avoid a disturbance in the landscape of the H16 high water-proof doors, shatterproof glass plates can be installed in the upper part of the doors.
The flood protection doors H16 must be closed manually at high tide, this can be done by one person, and is not a big expense because at flood a Huchwasserschutzbauwerk requires some supervision.
Type II (2) of the flood protection wall, like Type I, can be designed as a flood protection wall which is generally 0.80 to 1.20 m high. But then as described in Type I flood protection doors are required, these can be installed as well. Only the U-shaped door u. End profile H14 , the protective wall element H32 must be correspondingly wider.
However, this flood protection wall can also be adapted to the height of the upper edge of existing terrain (promenade), since the hollow space between the solid sheet pile walls floods from below, thus lifting the hollow body of the self-rising protective wall H32 .
Steel sheet piles H31 are particularly suitable for these flood protection walls, as they are characterized by high stability and a long service life. Only a reinforced concrete wall would not work well with the H34 spacer rollers , even if stones and sand peel off the concrete and could loosen or damage the rollers.
The self-rising protective wall element H32 consists of a hollow body of aluminum or coated steel sheets. The strength of the floating protective wall is reinforced inside with vertical bars. At the top and bottom of the floating guard element each end profiles H40 are made of the same material. These serve the strength and close the hollow body waterproof.
The sheet pile walls and self-inflating bulkhead are provided with H35 safety hooks to prevent over-inflating during extreme, extreme floods. The protective wall is so flooded, but does not snap out, and thus can not tilt.
In order to ensure a light and low-resistance sliding up and down of the self-rising H32 bulkhead, H34 spacer rollers are installed at the top of the fixed sheet piling and at the bottom of the bulkhead .
These spacers should preferably be made of stainless steel, Plastic or carbon exist for a long life and to have low maintenance.
The floating body of the self-rising H32 bulkhead is manufactured in assembly units of up to 6 m in length, to ensure quick installation and quick replacement, but the individual elements are fitted with a H36 connector.
In order to achieve a plane-level lowering of the protective wall, H41, height adjustment shock absorbers H42 are located on the base plate .
In order to prevent ingress of water between the directed to the land side sheet pile wall H31 and the self-floating protective wall H32 is at the downwardly facing tab of the tread u. End plates H33 a sealing profile H43 attached. This sealing profile presses against the floating protective wall, and increases with increasing water levels.
The H43 weatherstrip may be made of rubber, silicone or other durably elastic material, possibly provided with an elastic wire or plastic fabric to give the weatherstrip even more strength.
Land and water side of the floating protective wall H33 footboard and end plates are attached. These are fastened to mounting profiles H44 with connecting screws H46 . Thus, when the protective wall is lowered, a safe entry into the flood protection system (promenade) is possible. Also is prevented by the tread and end plates a Hereingreifen in the system.
The H39 water inflow and outflow pipes, which run underground from the water to the flood protection wall and pass over the H41 base plate through the water-side sheet pile wall, flood the system in the event of flooding and the self-rising H32 protective wall floats and forms a flood protection. The water-side pipe opening is at normal water level above the water surface, so when floods return, the flood protection system run empty again, and the protective wall sank again.
If the normal water level is too high for a ground level flood protection system, the water inflow and outflow pipes H39 are moved higher to the water side, so that the pipe openings are also above the water surface at normal water level. Thus, the system can be flooded at high tide and erect the protective wall H32 . Since the system does not run completely dry when the water level drops, in this case the residual water must be pumped out to ensure that the protective wall is completely lowered. The pipe openings are closed to the water side with protective grille to prevent contamination of the flood protection system and the ingress of animals.
