Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Asphaltmischung, die einen grobkörnigen Anteil, einen feinkörnigen Anteil, einen Füllstoff und eine bituminöse Flüssigkeit aufweist, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte in der angegebenen Reihenfolge:a) Mischen des grobkörnigen Anteils und der bituminösen Flüssigkeit in einem Mixer,b) Entladen des über dem grobkörnigen Anteil und der bituminösen Flüssigkeit zu verteilenden Füllstoffs undc) Entladen des feinkörnigen Anteils über dem Füllstoff und Mischen,d) Entladen der fertigen Mischung von dem Mixer,wobei das Entladen der Anteile derart optimiert ist, dass die Mischung sich wie eine Flüssigkeit in einem Test verhält, bei welchem die Verformung einer Probe aus der Mischung abhängig von der Temperatur der Probe gemessen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Durchführung des Schritts a) der grobkörnige Anteil und das flüssige Bindemittel während einer Zeitdauer gleichzeitig entladen und gemischt werden, und
dass zum Beginnen der Herstellung einer Asphaltmischung in einer Asphaltfabrik optimierte Intervalle und Fließgeschwindigkeiten ermittelt werden, indem mit einem bestimmten Zeitablaufplan begonnen wird, die Mischung hergestellt wird, mittels zuvor genanntem Test getestet wird, und das Intervall und die Fließgeschwindigkeiten, wenn nötig oder vorteilhaft, geändert werden, bis das hergestellte Asphalterzeugnis in genanntem Test durch eine glatte Verformungskurve gegenüber der Temperatur ohne abrupte Wechsel oder Steigungen eine Viskosereserve zeigt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Beginnen der Herstellung in einer Asphaltfabrik der folgende Zeitablaufplan im Allgemeinen in unterschiedlichen Asphaltfabriktypen und für verschiedene Mischkompositionen verwendet wird:a) Gleichzeitiges Entladen des grobkörnigen Anteils und der bituminösen Flüssigkeit und Mischen während eines ersten Zeitintervalls von 17 Sekunden,b) Verteilen des entladenen Füllstoffs während eines zweiten Zeitintervalls von 17 Sekunden,c) Entladen und Mischen des feinkörnigen Anteils während eines dritten Zeitintervalls von 18 Sekunden,d) Entladen der fertigen Mischung aus dem Mixer. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitablaufplan anschließend verändert wird, um ein viskoses Verhalten der Mischung zu erzielen und/oder zu optimieren.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitablaufplan zur Anpassung an die entsprechende Kapazität der Asphaltfabrik anschließend justiert wird, wobei das Ausmaß der Justierung durch das Testen des viskosen Verhaltens der Mischung begrenzt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllstoff und/oder feinkörnige Anteil in einem nach unten gerichteten Materialfluss in den Mixer entladen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Mixer mit einer Mixerwelle verwendet wird, die sich in einer horizontalen Richtung erstreckt und zum Antreiben des Flusses des zu mixenden Materials Schaufeln aufweist, und dass das feinkörnige Material entlang einer Mixerwand, die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Mixerwelle erstreckt, entladen wird, während die Schaufeln in einer abwärts gerichteten Richtung rotiert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Mixer mit wenigstens zwei Mixerwellen, die Mixerschaufeln aufweisen, verwendet wird, wobei sich die Wellen und deren Schaufeln in entgegen gesetzten Richtungen drehen, so dass sich die Schaufeln auf der zu dem anderen Schaft benachbarten Seite nach oben bewegen und die Schaufeln, die benachbart zur Wand des Mixers, die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu den Schäften erstreckt, angeordnet sind, nach unten bewegen.
