Claims (13)

  1. Section de formage à deux toiles (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les lattes (29.1 à 29.6) présentent des arêtes de raclage (34.1 à 34.6) côté tête, dans laquelle la deuxième latte et la latte suivante dans la direction de circulation des toiles (S) présentent une surface de guidage respective (35.2 à 35.6), dont le prolongement géométriquement linéaire (V29.2 à V29.6) ne touche pas le fond de caisson (33) du côté intérieur.
  3. Section de formage à deux toiles (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la surface de guidage respective (35.2 à 35.6) est disposée sous un angle (α) ≤ 80°, de préférence ≤ 60°, par rapport à la direction respective de circulation des toiles (S).
  4. Section de formage à deux toiles (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les lattes (29.1 à 29.6) présentent une largeur (B29.1 à B29.6) ≤ 150 mm, de préférence ≤ 100 mm, en particulier 8 ≤ 60 mm.
  5. Section de formage à deux toiles (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface ouverte (31) du sabot d'impact (9.1) présente en plus des fentes interrompues, de la largeur de la machine et orientées transversalement à la direction de circulation des toiles (S), des fentes en écailles de poisson orientées dans la direction de circulation des toiles (S), des perçages et/ou des ouvertures présentant d'autres formes.
  6. Section de formage à deux toiles (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le sabot d'impact (9.1) présente au moins une, de préférence deux ou plusieurs zones courbes (B1, B2) ayant des longueurs de préférence différentes (L1, L2) , dont les rayons (R1, R2) présentent respectivement une valeur plus grande dans la direction de circulation des toiles (S).
  7. Section de formage à deux toiles (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le rayon (R1) de la première zone (B1) présente une valeur dans la plage de 0,6 à 4 m, de préférence de 1 à 2 m, et le rayon (R2) de la deuxième zone (B2) présente une valeur dans la plage de 2 à 5 m, de préférence de 3 m.
  8. Section de formage à deux toiles (1) selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que la longueur (L1) de la première zone (B1) présente une valeur dans la plage de 15 à 150 mm, de préférence de 70 à 120 mm, et la longueur (L2) de la deuxième zone (B2) présente une valeur dans la plage de 90 à 250 mm.
  9. Section de formage à deux toiles (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les ouvertures d'essorage libres (30.1 à 30.5) présentent des grandeurs différentes, dont la valeur diminue de préférence dans la direction de circulation des toiles (S).
  10. Section de formage à deux toiles (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs lattes (36), qui peuvent être pressées de manière flexible sur la toile appliquée (4), sont disposées sur le côté de la section à deux toiles (15) situé en face du sabot d'impact (9.1).
