Claims (9)
- Trockenanordnung (1) mit einem beheizten Trockenzylinder (3) zur Trocknung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (2), oberhalb dessen eine Druckhaube (4), angeordnet ist, wobei die Faserstoffbahn (2) zwischen dem Trockenzylinder (3) und der Druckhaube (4) hindurchführbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trockenzylinder (3) mit einem die Ablösung der Faserstoffbahn (2) von der Mantelfläche des Trockenzylinders (3) erleichternden Mittel ausgestattet ist. - Trockenanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel eine poröse Beschichtung, insbesondere eine Keramikschicht (10), ist. - Trockenanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel ein hydrophobes Medium ist. - Trockenanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Unterseite des Trockenzylinders (3) eine Aufbringeinheit, insbesondere eine Sprühvorrichtung (11), zum Aufbringen des Mediums auf die Mantelfläche des Trockenzylinders (3) angeordnet ist. - Trockenanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel eine Saugeinrichtung (14, 15) ist, die die Faserstoffbahn (2) von der Mantelfläche des Trockenzylinders (3) an die Oberfläche eines zusammen mit der Faserstoffbahn (2) um den Trockenzylinder (3) herumgeführten Siebs (5) ansaugt. - Trockenanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugeinrichtung (14) zwischen zwei an den Trockenzylinder (3) angestellten ausgangssseitigen und jeweils ein über den Trockenzylinder (3) geführtes Sieb (5, 6) von dessen Mantelfläche abführenden Leitwalzen (12, 13) angebracht ist. - Trockenanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugeinrichtung (15) in einer Leitwalze (17) in Form einer ortsfesten Saugzone innerhalb eines sich um diese drehenden Walzenmantels (16) der Leitwalze (17) integriert ist und dass die Leitwalze (17) sowohl die Faserstoffbahn (2) als auch ein unmittelbar auf dieser liegendes Sieb (5) von der Mantelfläche des Trockenzylinders (3) abführt. - Trockenanordnung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Mittel zum Erzeugen von Dampfblasen in der Faserstoffbahn (2) im Ablösebereich der Faserstoffbahn (2) von dem Trockenzylinder (3) vorhanden ist. - Trockenanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel eine ortsfeste Heizquelle (15) ist, die innerhalb eines sich drehenden Walzenmantels (16) einer Leitwalze (17) für ein Sieb (5) und/oder für die Faserstoffbahn (2) angeordnet ist.
