  • the particular shape of the pusher 7 allows it to undergo a torsional deformation, allowing in any case the actuation element 6 to move (accordingly dispensing sugar) without this causing an excessive overload of the motor means.
  • a sugar and stir-stick dispenser allows to dispense, by means of a single motor, both the sugar and the stir-sticks without subjecting the motor to overloads at each cycle, since the second kinematic connection means, when no anomalies in stir-stick dispensing occur, behave like a rigid connection.

Claims (9)

  1. Zucker- und Rührstabspender, umfassend eine Lagerstruktur (2) für eine Antriebswelle (3), die mit Motormitteln (4) kinematisch verbunden ist und mittels erster kinematischer Verbindungsmittel mit einem Zuckerabgabeelement (10) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Betätigungsnocken (5) umfaßt, der eingangsseitig mit der Antriebswelle (3) und ausgangsseitig mittels zweiter kinematischer Verbindungsmittel mit einem Rührstababgabeelement (20) verbunden ist, wobei die zweiten kinematischen Verbindungsmittel ein Betätigungselement (6) umfassen, das von dem Betätigungsnocken (5) betätigt werden kann und das einen ersten Betätigungsabschnitt (6b) mit einem zugeordneten Schieber (7) besitzt, der derart von der Lagerstruktur (2) gelagert ist, daß er um eine Schwenkachse (7a) drehen kann, und der dazu ausgebildet ist, das Rührstababgabeelement (20) in einer Vor- und Zurückbewegung anzutreiben, um die Rührstäbe abzugeben, wobei der Schieber (7) einen Hauptkörper (7b) umfaßt, der mittels eines ersten Gelenkarms (8a) mit einem Bewegungsempfangselement (8) verbunden ist, das mit dem ersten Betätigungsabschnitt (6b) und durch Zwischenschaltung eines zweiten Gelenkarms (9a) mit einem mit dem Rührstababgabeelement (20) in Eingriff stehenden Schieberabschnitt (9) in Eingriff bringbar ist, wobei der Schieber (7) durch Torsion um die Schwenkachse (7a) elastisch verformbar ist.
  2. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten kinematischen Verbindungsmittel einen zweiten Betätigungsabschnitt (11) umfassen, der von dem Betätigungselement (6) gestützt wird und der mit einem dem Zuckerabgabeelement (10) zugeordneten Betätigungshebelsystem verbunden ist.
  3. Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (6), als Folge der Drehung des Betätigungsnockens (5) um seine jeweilige Drehachse, entlang einer entsprechenden Betätigungsachse bewegbar ist, wobei der erste Betätigungsabschnitt (6b) und der zweite Betätigungsabschnitt (11) eine entsprechende Aufnahme umfassen, die an im wesentlichen abschließenden Abschnitten des Betätigungselements (6) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) einen Abschnitt (12) für die Verbindung zwischen dem Hauptkörper (7b) und dem Schieberabschnitt (12) umfaßt, der im wesentlichen spiralförmig ausgebildet ist.
  5. Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hauptkörper (7b) einen ersten inneren Spiralabschnitt (12a), aus dessen freiem Ende der zweite Gelenkarm (9a) herausragt, und einen zweiten äußeren Spiralabschnitt (12c) umfaßt, aus welchem der erste Gelenkarm (8a) an einem mittleren Abschnitt herausragt.
  6. Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (6) einen Verbindungsbolzen (6a) umfaßt, der in Eingriff in einer auf dem Betätigungsnocken (5) ausgebildeten Führung (5a) verschiebbar ist.
  7. Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuckerabgabeelement (10) um einen mittleren Schwenkabschnitt (11a) pendeln kann, wobei ein löffelförmiger Abgabeabschnitt (11 b) und ein Steuerabschnitt, der mit dem zweiten Betätigungsabschnitt (11) in Eingriff ist, an bezüglich des mittleren Schwenkabschnitts (11a) gegenüberliegenden Seiten angeordnet sind.
  8. Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieberabschnitt (9) und das Bewegungsempfangselement (8) im wesentlichen um 90 Grad winkelmäßig beabstandet sind, wobei die Richtung der Vor- und Zurückbewegung des Rührstababgabeelements (20) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Erstreckungsrichtung der Betätigungsachse (100) ist.
  9. Spender nach einem oder mehrere der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rührstababgabeelement (20) gabelförmig ist und an seinen Spitzenabschnitten (20a) jeweilige Abschnitte (20b) aufweist, die dazu gedacht sind, wenigstens einen am Boden eines Stapels von Rührstäben angeordneten Rührstab zu greifen.
