  • the hair inserter 1 is further inserted through the hair holder T until the leading end of the plate-like member 2 emerges from the lower opening T2 of the hair holder T. In this state, the whole of the hair holder T is substantially straightened by the hair inserter 1 as depicted in Fig. 37(a) . The hair inserter 1 is then drawn from the lower opening T2 of the hair holder T as shown in Fig. 37(b) .
  • the hair inserter be previously set in the hair holder, and the hair is caught and fixed on the hair inserter in this state and then the hair is led to the hair holder by drawing out the hair inserter from the hair holder.
  • the hair bundle H is held in the hair holder T with its tip slightly sticking out of the lower opening T2, and the hair holder T spontaneously rolls itself up by the previous set as shown in Fig. 37(c) .
  • the hair bundle can be curled in a prescribed style.
  • a user can pass the hair inserter 1 having a hair bundle H fixed therein through the hair holder T having been set to keep a prescribed rolled up state from the opening T1 to the opening T2 while the hair inserter 1 is straightening the hair holder T. Therefore, a user can easily put the hair inserter 1 through the hair holder T and smoothly pass the hair inserter 1 through the hair holder T.
  • the hairdressing tool of the present invention is not represented by the above-described example, and is defined by the appended claims. While the hair inserter of that example is designed to have a high stiffness so that it may substantially straighten a tubular hair holder as it proceeds from one opening to the other opening of the hair holder, the hair inserter of the hairdressing tool of the invention is not limited to that design as long as it is capable of substantially straightening a tubular hair holder.
  • the hair inserter of the hairdressing tool of the present invention is not limited to those having a plate-like member as in the aforesaid embodiments and examples, and may have a member with a circular cross-section, a member with a triangular cross-section or a member with a polygonal cross-section including a rectangular cross-section.
  • the rolled shapes of the hair holder of the hairdressing tool of the present invention are not limited to the shapes as in the above-mentioned particular embodiment and include various shapes, such as an accordion-folded shape, a zig zag shape, and a spiral shape, which are selected according to the purpose.
  • the tube of the hair holder is not limited in method of fabrication. For instance, edges of a sheet or sheets are joined by sewing or fusion bonding or with an adhesive, or the tube may be a flat tube obtained by extrusion molding or the like.
  • the hair inserter of the present invention is not limited to the aforementioned embodiments, and various modifications can be made thereto without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
  • the constituent elements of the above-described hair inserters are interchangeable among different embodiments and examples.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un outil d'insertion de cheveux (1), une mèche de cheveux (h) étant insérée dans un porteur de cheveux (t) ou à travers ce dernier formé avec une feuille dans un corps tubulaire plat de sorte que cette mèche de cheveux (h) puisse être insérée à partir d'une partie ouverture (T1) à une extrémité vers une partie ouverture (T2) à l'autre extrémité. Cet outil d'insertion de cheveux comprend un long corps (2) possédant une pièce de verrouillage (6) capable de verrouiller la mèche de cheveux (h) formée à une extrémité de ce corps. Lorsque la mèche de cheveux (h) est verrouillée au niveau de la pièce de verrouillage (6), cette mèche de cheveux peut être introduite en douceur dans le corps tubulaire de la partie ouverture (T1) à une extrémité à la partie ouverture (T2) à l'autre extrémité.

Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif (1) d'insertion de cheveux permettant d'insérer une mèche de cheveux dans un support pour cheveux (T), comprenant un tube plat constitué d'une feuille, conçu de sorte qu'une mèche de cheveux puisse être insérée à partir d'une ouverture (T1) au niveau de l'une de ses extrémités vers une ouverture (T2) au niveau de son autre extrémité, le dispositif d'insertion de cheveux comprenant :
    un long corps principal (2) ayant, au niveau de l'une de ses parties d'extrémité, une partie (21) de saisie de cheveux capable de saisir une mèche de cheveux (H) ; et
    un élément (3) de formation d'espace ayant une épaisseur qui augmente progressivement dans la direction depuis une autre partie d'extrémité jusqu'à la partie d'extrémité du corps principal, de sorte que le dispositif d'insertion de cheveux avec une mèche de cheveux prise sur sa partie de saisie de cheveux peut être insérée en douceur dans le tube de l'ouverture (T1) au niveau de l'une de ses extrémités du tube vers l'ouverture (T2) au niveau de l'autre extrémité du tube,
    dans lequel la partie de saisie de cheveux est un crochet (21) et l'élément de formation d'espace est un élément de fermeture (3) capable de fermer l'ouverture du crochet, caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de fermeture est un élément de peignage (3) ayant des dents de peigne (31) sur l'une de ses extrémités, l'élément de peignage étant prévu de manière coulissante dans la direction longitudinale du corps principal, les dents de peigne pointant vers le crochet (21), et
    en ce que le crochet comprend des trous (21E) configurés pour recevoir les dents de peigne insérées à partir du côté du corps principal, l'élément de peignage étant configuré pour fixer une mèche de cheveux (H) prise sur le crochet entre le crochet et les dents de peigne.
  2. Dispositif d'insertion de cheveux selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de formation d'espace est une partie inclinée (22B) solidaire du corps principal et ayant une épaisseur augmentée progressivement dans la direction à partir de l'une des extrémités vers l'autre extrémité du corps principal.
  3. Dispositif d'insertion de cheveux selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la partie (21) de saisie de cheveux présente une structure conçue pour étendre une mèche de cheveux prise sur celle-ci dans la direction de la largeur du dispositif d'insertion de cheveux.
  4. Accessoire de coiffure comprenant :
    un support pour cheveux (T) ayant un tube plat constitué d'une feuille conçu de sorte qu'une mèche cheveux puisse être insérée à partir d'une ouverture au niveau de l'une de ses extrémités (T1) vers une ouverture au niveau de son autre extrémité (T2), et étant préalablement fixé de manière à se maintenir dans un état roulé prescrit ; et
    un dispositif (1) d'insertion de cheveux selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    le dispositif d'insertion de cheveux étant capable de dérouler le support pour cheveux dans un état essentiellement redressé à mesure que celui-ci avance à l'intérieur du tube à partir de l'ouverture au niveau de l'une des extrémités du tube vers l'ouverture au niveau de l'autre extrémité du tube.
  5. Procédé de permanente comprenant le fait d'insérer une mèche de cheveux dans un support pour cheveux (T) en utilisant le dispositif (1) d'insertion cheveux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, d'enrouler le support pour cheveux ayant la mèche de cheveux maintenue dedans, et d'appliquer une préparation permanente au support pour cheveux ou de fournir une préparation permanente à l'intérieur du support pour cheveux à partir d'une ouverture du support pour cheveux.
  6. Procédé de permanente avec l'accessoire de coiffure selon la revendication 4, comprenant le fait d'insérer une mèche de cheveux dans le support pour cheveux (T) en utilisant le dispositif (1) d'insertion de cheveux, d'enrouler le support pour cheveux ayant la mèche pour cheveux maintenue dedans, et d'appliquer une préparation permanente au support pour cheveux ou de fournir une préparation permanente à l'intérieur du support pour cheveux à partir d'une ouverture du support pour cheveux.
