Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer isolierten Bedachung (1) eines Gebäudes, das folgendes umfasst:- eine Sparrenkonstruktion (2)- einen Dachbelag, der zum einen aus einer Abdeckung (8) aus Dachmaterial besteht, und zum anderen aus einer Struktur (6, 7), der so genannten Deckstruktur, die die besagte Abdeckung stützt und an der sie befestigt wird;- ein weiches Wärmedämmmaterial (3), ein so genannter Dämmstoff,- eine undurchlässige Schicht (5), ein so genannter Unterdachschutz,
in dem- man den Dämmstoff (3) auf die Sparren (2) des Tragwerks auflegt, so dass eine durchgängig gedämmte Fläche entsteht,- man den Unterdachschutz (5) in einer bestimmten Entfernung über dem Dämmstoff (3) verlaufen lässt, so dass eine durchgängige undurchlässige Fläche entsteht und zwischen dem Dämmstoff und dem Unterdachschutz ein Luftspalt entsteht,- man die Deckstruktur auf dem Unterdachschutz positioniert,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- man auf den Dämmstoff (3) Aussteifungsleisten (4) oder so genannte Abstandslatten, in einer bestimmten, nicht parallel zu den Sparren (2) verlaufenden Richtung positioniert, und man die Abstandslatten so an den Sparren befestigt, dass der Dämmstoff von den Sparren und den Abstandslatten eingefasst wird,- man den Unterdachschutz (5) auf den Abstandslatten (4) positioniert. - Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Abstandslatten (4) deutlich waagrecht positioniert.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zwei Abstandslatten (4) parallel zueinander in einem Abstand zwischen 10 cm und 100 cm positioniert.
- Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zwei Abstandslatten (4) parallel zueinander in einem relativen Abstand von ein und zwei Mal einer Abmessung in Richtung der Dachneigung eines Moduls, das Bestandteil des Dachmaterials ist, anordnet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Deckstruktur an den Abstandslatten so befestigt, dass der Unterdachschutz von den Abstandslatten (4) und zumindest einem Teil (6) besagter Deckstruktur eingefasst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, zur Herstellung einer isolierten Bedachung, bei dem die Deckstruktur Konterdachlatten (6) umfasst, die auf dem Unterdachschutz positioniert sind, und Dachlatten (7), die auf den Konterdachlatten positioniert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Konterdachlatten (6) an den Abstandslatten (4) so befestigt, dass der Unterdachschutz von den Abstandslatten und den Konterdachlatten eingefasst wird, und dass man die Dachlatten (7) an den Konterdachlatten (6) befestigt.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man jede Konterdachlatte (6) gegenüber eines Sparrens (2) positioniert.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man jede Konterdachlatte (6) zumindest an einem unteren Ende des gegenüber stehenden Sparrens (2) befestigt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass man eine Konterdachlatte (6) gegenüber jedes Sparrens (2) des Tragwerks positioniert.
- Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen dünnen Mehrschichtisolierstoff (3) benutzt, der eine Aufschichtung von isolierenden Lagen und reflektierenden Folien umfasst, und zwischen 0,5 und 10 cm dick ist.
- Isolierte Bedachung eines Gebäudes, die folgendes umfasst:- eine Sparrenkonstruktion (2)- einen Dachbelag, der zum einen aus einer Abdeckung (8) aus Dachmaterial besteht, und zum anderen aus einer Struktur (6, 7), der so genannten Deckstruktur, die besagte Abdeckung stützt und an der sie befestigt wird,- ein weiches Wärmedämmmaterial (3), ein so genannter Dämmstoff, der auf den Sparren (2) des Tragwerks positioniert wird und eine durchgängige, isolierende Fläche bildet,- eine undurchlässige Schicht (5), ein so genannter Unterdachschutz, der eine durchgängige undurchlässige Fläche bildet und sich über und in Entfernung des Dämmstoffs (3) so erstreckt, dass zwischen dem Dämmstoff und dem Unterdachschutz ein Luftspalt entsteht,- wobei die Deckstruktur auf dem Unterdachschutz positioniert wird,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dach Aussteifungsleisten (4), so genannte Abstandslatten, umfasst, die sich in einer nicht parallel zu den Sparren (2) verlaufenden Richtung erstreckt, wobei die Abstandslatten auf dem Dämmstoff aufgelegt und an den Sparren so befestigt werden, dass der Dämmstoff von den Sparren und den Abstandslatten eingefasst wird, wobei der Unterdachschutz (5) auf den Abstandslatten (4) positioniert wird.
- Isolierte Bedachung nach Patentanspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandslatten (4) deutlich waagrecht verlaufen.
- Isolierte Bedachung nach einem der Patentansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden parallel zueinander verlaufenden Abstandslatten (4) in einem Abstand zwischen 10 cm und 100 cm positioniert sind.
- Isolierte Bedachung nach einem der Patentansprüche 11 bis 13, in dem das Deckmaterial aus Modulen besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Abstandslatten (4) in Richtung der Dachneigung besagten Moduls in einem Abstand zwischen ein und zwei Mal eine Abmessung positioniert sind.
- Isolierte Bedachung nach einem der Patentansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckstruktur so an den Abstandslatten befestigt ist, dass der Unterdachschutz von den Abstandslatten (4) und zumindest einem Teil (6) besagter Deckstruktur eingefasst wird.
- Isolierte Bedachung nach Patentanspruch 15, bei dem die Deckstruktur Konterdachlatten (6) umfasst, die auf dem Unterdachschutz (5) positioniert sind, und Dachlatten (7), die auf den Konterdachlatten (6) positioniert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konterdachlatten (6) an den Abstandslatten (4) so befestigt sind, dass der Unterdachschutz von den Abstandslatten und den Konterdachlatten eingefasst ist, und die Dachlatten (7) an den Konterdachlatten (6) befestigt sind.
- Isolierte Bedachung nach Patentanspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass jede Konterdachlatte (6) gegenüber eines Sparrens (2) verläuft.
- Isolierte Bedachung nach Patentanspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Konterdachlatte (6) zumindest an einem unteren Ende des gegenüberstehenden Sparrens (2) befestigt ist.
- Isolierte Bedachung nach einem der Patentansprüche 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Konterdachlatte (5) gegenüber jedes Sparrens (2) des Tragwerks verläuft.
- Isolierte Bedachung nach einem der Patentansprüche 11 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dämmstoff (3) ein dünner Mehrschichtisolierstoff ist, der eine Aufschichtung von isolierenden Lagen und reflektierenden Folien umfasst, und zwischen 0,5 und 10 cm dick ist.
