Claims (6)
- Dispositif pour lisser des roues dentées comprenant une roue de lissage séparée (5) pouvant être approchée d'un côté d'une roue dentée (1) à lisser et deux autres roues de lissage (5) pouvant être approchées du côté opposé de la roue dentée (1), avec une roue de lissage (5) entraînée par celles-ci ainsi qu'un dispositif de serrage (16) pour un serrage axial de la roue dentée (1) à lisser, qui est réalisé de manière à osciller dans la direction longitudinale perpendiculairement à son mouvement de rotation, la roue de lissage séparée (5) et les autres roues de lissage (5) étant montées sur des coussinets (27 ; 28) qui peuvent être serrés l'un contre l'autre de telle sorte qu'une roue dentée (1) à lisser située entre eux soit centrée et puisse être sollicitée par une force prédéterminable, de sorte qu'une unité de serrage séparée soit créée et cette unité de serrage est réalisée de manière déplaçable en parallèle de telle sorte que l'axe de rotation de la roue dentée (1) à lisser s'étende coaxialement à l'axe médian de son dispositif de serrage oscillant, caractérisé en ce que le coussinet (28) pour la roue de lissage séparée (5) est disposé sur un premier chariot (12) et les coussinets (27) pour les autres roues de lissage (5) sont disposés sur un deuxième chariot (13) et en ce que les deux chariots peuvent être serrés l'un contre l'autre par le biais d'une tige poussoir (29).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les coussinets (27 ; 28) sur les chariots (12 ; 13) sont réalisés de manière à pouvoir être pressés les uns contre les autres hydrauliquement et/ou pneumatiquement par un cylindre de pressage (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier chariot (12) est réalisé sous forme de cadre et est monté sur des rails de guidage (11) et en ce que le deuxième chariot (13) est disposé à l'intérieur du cadre du premier chariot (12) et est monté sur des rails de guidage (11) et en ce que le cylindre de pressage (14) est disposé sur le premier chariot (12) et en ce que le deuxième chariot (13) peut être déplacé par le biais de la tige poussoir (29) du cylindre de pressage (14) à l'intérieur du cadre en produisant une force de pressage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier chariot (12) et le deuxième chariot (13) sont disposés sur les mêmes rails de guidage (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un cylindre de positionnement (15) vient en prise sur l'unité de serrage, et permet de positionner l'ensemble de l'unité de serrage sur les rails de guidage (11), de telle sorte que l'axe de rotation d'une roue dentée (1) à lisser s'étende coaxialement à un axe médian de son dispositif de serrage (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de positionnement (15) est réalisé sous forme de cylindre hydraulique et/ou pneumatique.
