Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Kabine zur Pulverbeschichtung,
mit einem Rahmen (4), der an den Innenseiten der Kabine (1) entlang bewegbar ist,
wobei der Rahmen (4) Saugdüsen (7) zum Absaugen der Innenseiten der Kabine (1) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1,
bei der die Saugdüsen (7) derart angeordnet sind und der Rahmen (4) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Luft unmittelbar an der Innenseite der Kabine (1) beschleunigt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2,
bei der der Rahmen (4) eine Wischleiste (10, 11) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die Saugdüsen (7) auf den der Decke, den Seitenwänden und dem Boden der Kabine (1) zugeordneten Seiten des Rahmens (4) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, mit einer stationären Absaugkammer (13), die über einen Absaugkanal (12) mit dem Rahmen (4) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 5,
bei der die Absaugkammer (13) ein bewegliches Band mit einer Öffnung (16) umfasst, in die der Absaugkanal (12) mündet. - Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 5 oder 6,
bei der der Rahmen (4) innen einen Hohlraum aufweist, der mit dem Absaugkanal (12) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der der Rahmen (4) oben einen Schlitz (5) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der der Rahmen (4) der die Form der Kabine (1) hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9, bei der im Rahmen (4) auf beiden Seiten der Saugdüsen (7) jeweils eine Nut (8, 9) vorgesehen ist, in die die Wischleiste (10, 11) einsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der der Rahmen (4) eine Transportaufhängung (19) aufweist, mittels der der Rahmen (4) durch die Kabine (1) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 11, bei der die Wischleiste (10, 11) einen Schwamm (10) aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Kabine zur Pulverbeschichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 12, bei dem, während der Rahmen (4) durch die Kabine (1) bewegt wird, die Luft durch die Saugdüsen (7) des Rahmens (4) abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 13,
bei dem, während der Rahmen (4) durch die Kabine (1) bewegt wird, die Wischleiste (10, 11) an den Innenseiten der Kabine (1) entlang bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 14,
bei dem die Wischleiste (10, 11), bevor der Rahmen (4) durch die Kabine (1) bewegt wird, in Bewegungsrichtung hinter den Saugdüsen (7) angeordnet wird.
