Hierzu ist als Befestigungsmittel ein oder eine Mehrzahl von Haltern 6 vorgesehen, die im Bereich der innen liegenden Stirnseite 13 des Stockrahmens 2 mit Letzterem über je eine Schraube 7 miteinander verbunden sind.
Claims (22)
- Regenschutzschiene für den Einsatz in einer Fensterkonstruktion oder Türkonstruktion oder dergleichen umfassend einen Stockrahmen (2) insbesondere aus Holz, wobei für die Regenschutzschiene (4) Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung der Regenschutzschiene (4) am Stockrahmen (2) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
als Befestigungsmittel ein Halter, insbesondere eine Mehrzahl von einzelnen Haltern (6) vorgesehen ist, der bzw. die mit dem Stockrahmen (2) an dessen Stirnseite beabstandet zueinander verbindbar ist bzw. sind. - Regenschutzschiene nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der jeweilige Halter (6) derart geformt ist, dass er im Bereich der um die Schulter (12) nach innen versetzten, äußeren Stirnseite (13) des Stockrahmens (2) befestigbar ist. - Regenschutzschiene nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der jeweilige Halter (6) eine insbesondere flächige Rückwand aufweist, die plan an dem Stockrahmen (2) aufliegt. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der jeweilige Halter (6) mit seiner Unterkante am inneren Ende der Schulter (12) anliegt. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der jeweilige Halter (6) eine entsprechend der Schulter (12) schräg verlaufende Unterseite aufweist. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Regenschutzschiene (4) im montierten Zustand den Rahmen eines Fensters oder einer Tür überlappt. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Regenschutzschiene (4) ein Grundprofil (22) und ein damit verbundenes Aufsatzprofil (23), insbesondere in Form eines Holzteils oder Holzprofils aufweist. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Regenschutzschiene (4) einen, insbesondere im wesentlichen waagerecht vorragenden Bereich aufweist, der zur Befestigung der Regenschutzschiene (4) in eine Ausnehmung (15) am Halter (6) eingreift. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zur Verbindung von Regenschutzschiene (4) und den jeweiligen Haltern (6) eine Schnappverbindung vorgesehen ist. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die einzelnen Halter (6) die Regenschutzschiene (4) zum Stockrahmen (2) unter Bildung eines Abstands B bzw. C halten. - Regenschutzschiene nach den Ansprüchen 8 -10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der vorragende Bereich durch zwei federnde Stege (10, 11) gebildet ist. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Breite des Halters (6) im Bereich von 10 - 40 mm, vorzugsweise 15 - 3 0 mm liegt. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Höhe des Halters im Bereich von 10 - 40 mm, vorzugsweise 15-30 min liegt. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Halter (6) in einem Abstand A von 150 - 350 mm, vorzugsweise 200 - 300 mm montierbar sind. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Halter (6) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sich im montierten Zustand des Halters (6) mindestens zwischen Regenschutzschiene (4) und Stockrahmen (2) sich Material des Halters (6) insbesondere mit einer Stärke von mindestens 4,0 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 5,0 mm befindet. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Halter (6) aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyamid besteht. - Regenschutzschiene nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Halter (6) am Stockrahmen (2) durch Verschraubung befestigbar ist. - Fensterkonstruktion umfassend einen Fensterrahmen, eine innerhalb des Fensterrahmens befindliche Verglasung sowie einen Stockrahmen, der im unteren Bereich von einer Regenschutzschiene zumindest zum Teil abgedeckt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Regenschutzschiene (4) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 - 17 vorgesehen ist. - Fensterkonstruktion nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Regenschutzschiene (4) zum seitlichen Blendrahmen unter Bildung eines Spalts (16) am Stockrahmen (2) positioniert ist. - Fensterkonstruktion nach Anspruch 18 oder 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Regenschutzschiene (4) im montierten Zustand keine Abschlusskappe aufweist. - Fensterkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 18 - 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Regenschutzschiene (4) als mit ihrem den Zwischenraum zwischen Tür- bzw. Fensterrahmen und Stockrahmen (2) überlappenden Bereich sich nur in den Überschlagbereich (24) erstreckt. - Fensterkonstruktion nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Regenschutzschiene (4) keine Wasserableitfunktion besitzt.
