Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a gate with a movable between a closed position and an open position and a plurality of respect. Parallel to each other extending tilt axes against each other tiltable Torblattelementen having door leaf, an integrated door in the door with respect to a substantially perpendicular to the tilt axis pivot axis with respect Direction of tilting axes adjacent Torblattelementen pivotable, recorded in its closed position in a recess of the door leaf and preferably arranged in the closed position approximately in the door leaf door leaf and a deformation of the door leaf counteracting stabilization arrangement and a safety device for gates of this type.
Gates with a plurality of respect. Parallel to each other extending tilt axes against each other tiltable Torblattelementen having gate blades are used in the form of garage doors and in the form of industrial gates for closing passages in garages and industrial halls. In both cases, the door leaf is common arranged in the closed position approximately in a vertical plane and in the open position above the head approximately in a horizontal plane. To guide the door leaf movement between the closed position and the open position are usually guide rails with an approximately rectilinear and approximately parallel to the side Torblattrand in the closed position extending vertical portion, another approximately rectilinear and approximately parallel to the side Torblattrand in the open position extending horizontal portion and one the two provided rectilinear portions interconnecting arcuate portion. To enable the Torblattbewegung along the arcuate portion of the door leaf elements of the door leaf are mutually tiltable connected to each other about perpendicular to the guide rails extending tilt axes.
If a person wishes to leave a space locked with such a gate, the door leaf having a width of 5 m or more in industrial doors must be moved as a whole from the closed position to the open position. This not only means a considerable increase in the load on the mechanical elements of the door leaf, but is also associated with a considerable amount of time. To solve these problems has already been proposed to integrate a door with a about perpendicular to the tilting axes and in the closed position of the door leaf approximately in the direction of gravity pivot axis with respect to the adjacent door leaf elements pivotable door leaf in the door leaf. Such a "wicket door" allows leaving the closed with the door leaf space without opening the door leaf as a whole. Rather, only the door leaf integrated in the door leaf must be opened by pivoting about the pivot axis. To enable an opening movement of the door leaf with the door leaf integrated therein, the door leaf of such constructions usually consists of a plurality of with respect to. Columnar axes extending to the tilt axes against each other tiltable door leaf elements.
In such constructions must be ensured that the door leaf with the integrated door leaf in the open position, in which the door leaf is arranged approximately in a horizontal plane, does not sag in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf plane direction. Furthermore, it must be ensured in the course of the closed position that the door leaf elements arranged on both sides of the door leaf elements do not move away from each other in the direction of the tilt axes. This problem is particularly evident in industrial doors, where door leaf drive means with coupled at the two lateral edges of the door leaf to the lower door leaf elements in the closed position traction means be used. The attack of the traction means on the lateral edges of the door leaf can in these constructions promote the tendency to spread the door leaf elements arranged on both sides of the door leaf elements in the direction of the tilt axes.
In conventional gates of the type described above, the required stability can be achieved by means of stabilizing arrangements in the form of the door leaf receiving recess completely encircling and attached to adjacent Torblattelementen frame. In this case, the lower edge of the recess forming Zargenelement is usually attached to a lower edge forming section of the lower Torblattelementes. In this way, a sufficient stability of the overall construction is achieved by means of extending in this case over the entire Torblattbreite lower door leaf element and the lower frame member. However, the lower door leaf element together with the lower frame element fastened thereon forms a tripping edge. For this reason, the conventional wicket doors housed in a door leaf are not recognized as an escape route.
In view of the above-described problems in the prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a structurally simple gate of the type mentioned, on the one hand meets the requirements of an escape route and on the other hand has sufficient overall stability.
According to the invention this object is achieved by a development of the known goals, which is characterized essentially in that the stabilizing arrangement in the closed position of the door leaf on the bottom of the closed door leaf with the opening, the lower edge of the door leaf receiving recess and forming the threshold of the recess in the direction of the tilting axes adjacent gate elements has its height in the direction of the pivot axis at least in the region of its preferably approximately parallel to the tilting axes edges less than 20 mm, wherein the total height of the threshold element in the closed position between the ground and the door leaf is less than 22 mm.
This invention is based on the knowledge that observed in the conventional gates of the type described above deformations of the door leaf Bending in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf direction on the one hand and by spreading the door leaf receiving recess adjacent Torblattelemente on the other hand can be prevented by structurally separate elements of the stabilization arrangement, with only the sagging of the door leaf in a plane perpendicular to the door leaf direction counteracting element of the stabilization arrangement must be arranged in the region of the lower edge of the door leaf receiving recess, while the observed spreading of the recess adjacent Torblattelemente can also be prevented by a recess arranged above the stabilizing element and in the simplest case even by an upper door leaf element. In this case, sagging in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf direction can be achieved effectively already with a stabilizing element designed as a threshold element, which has a considerable extent and corresponding stability only in the direction of deflection, whereas in the direction of the pivot axis running perpendicular thereto it has only a small height must, because a stabilization in this direction by the further, possibly arranged above the recess stabilizing element takes place. Therefore, the threshold element can be designed with a particularly small height of less than 20 mm, preferably less than 10 mm, particularly preferably less than 8 mm, in particular 5 mm or less, of the edges running parallel to the tilt axes. Due to this small height of the threshold element, there are no concerns when using the integrated in the door leaf the wicket door of the invention as an escape door.
In order to obtain a sufficient stabilizing effect in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf plane, the width of the threshold element in this direction is expediently greater than the door leaf thickness in this direction. It is expediently more than 150%, preferably more than 200%, particularly preferably more than 250% of the Torblattdicke, in particular 300% of Torblattdicke or more, wherein the threshold element preferably extends over the entire Torblattdicke so as to achieve a better stabilization and on the other hand to avoid excessive cant over the Torblattdicke. With regard to the achievement of a balanced compromise between stability on the one hand and costs and space requirements on the other hand, the width of the threshold element is expediently less than 350%, preferably 300% or less, of the door leaf thickness.
The width of the threshold element can have a value of 60 mm or more, expediently 80 mm or more, preferably 100 mm or more, particularly preferably 120 mm or more, in particular 140 mm or more, for obtaining the desired stabilizing effect, regardless of the door leaf thickness.
To obtain a deflection in a direction parallel to the pivot axis extending counteracting stabilizing effect and simultaneously providing a receptacle for a provided at the bottom of the door leaf seal element, it has proved to be particularly advantageous if the at least partially from a material with a tensile strength of More than 120 N / mm 2 , in particular more than 370 N / mm 2 , more preferably more than 540 N / mm 2 formed threshold element in the region of at least one of its preferably approximately parallel to the tilting axes extending edges to form a tilting axis extending in the direction Receiving for a sealing element at its in the closed position of the door leaf lower boundary surface is bent back on itself. To obtain a reasonable compromise between stability on the one hand, and cost and processability on the other hand, it has proved to be advantageous if the threshold element has a tensile strength of less than 1000 N / mm 2 , preferably less than 900 N / mm 2 , in particular less than 750 N / mm 2 , wherein the tensile strength range of 540 to 750 N / mm 2 has proved to be particularly favorable.
Additionally or alternatively, the threshold element can have a channel extending approximately parallel to the tilting axes and open downwards in the firing position between its lateral edges, which can be used to receive a fastening section of the sealing element.
In order to avoid a tripping edge in the region of this preferably approximately centrally formed between the lateral edges of the threshold element channel, it has proved to be useful if the lateral boundary walls of the channel ramped towards the lateral edges of the threshold element fall, and in the closed position preferably an angle less than 60% with a horizontal plane.
In all embodiments of the invention, it has proven to be particularly advantageous in terms of the desired avoidance of a tripping edge when the overall height the threshold element is less than 12 mm, more preferably less than 10 mm, in particular 7 mm or less, even if even with threshold elements with a higher overall height, the formation of a trip edge by providing corresponding ramp-shaped wall elements can still be prevented.
Threshold elements according to the invention are preferably made of high tensile strength material, such as steel, having a material thickness of 3 mm or less, preferably 2 mm or less, which may optionally be stabilized by additional kinking or bending. However, within the scope of the invention, the use of threshold elements made of other materials, such as composites, e.g. glass fiber reinforced plastic, or Kevlar, possibly in conjunction with steel, thought. With material thicknesses of 3 mm or less or 2 mm or less, threshold elements can be made with a channel for receiving a sealing element while avoiding excessive height of the threshold element. If a sealing element is not required and / or the sealing element can be mounted below the threshold element without the use of a channel formed in the threshold element, the use of threshold elements made of a material having a material thickness of 7 mm or less, in particular 6 mm or less, particularly preferably 5 mm or less conceivable. In this case, a material thickness of about 5 mm is particularly useful.
As already mentioned above, it has proved to be expedient in terms of obtaining a tight Öffnungsabschlusses in the closed position of the door leaf when in the closed position in the lower boundary surface of the threshold element extending approximately parallel to the tilt axes, preferably over the entire door leaf width Seal element is attached. In this case, the sealing element may have a preferably at least partially received in the channel of the threshold element mounting portion and at least one, preferably two or more, starting therefrom in opposite directions obliquely downward sloping sealing tabs. A particularly good sealing effect is obtained if at least one edge of at least one sealing tab facing away from the attachment section is bent at least in sections upwards in the closed position, because this edge is then urged against the lower boundary surface of the threshold element by abutment of the sealing tab on the bottom of the opening to be closed , so one to provide reliable sealing between the floor and the threshold element. In connection with the use of a further aspect of the invention forming safety device, it has proved to be particularly useful if the sealing element is preferably traversed in the region of its mounting portion of a possibly open at the top and extending approximately in the direction of the tilt axis cable channel. In this cable channel, a connection cable between individual elements of a security device for a gate according to the invention can be inserted.
Upon reaching the closed position, the sealing tabs of the sealing element with respect to. The mounting portion are bent upwards. Excessive wear of the sealing element by this turn can be prevented if at least one sealing tab is connected via at least one desired bending point of low material thickness with the mounting portion.
The desired stabilization effect is achieved particularly reliably if the threshold element is fastened to the lower edge of the recess of the recess in the direction of the tilt axes in the closed position. Taking into account the fact that the individual Torblattelemente be produced uniformly in mass production regardless of their later site, it has proved to be particularly favorable when attaching the threshold element on the one hand at the bottom of one of the Torblattelemente and on the other hand to an upper boundary surface of the threshold element attached fastener is used. In this case, a cohesive attachment, such as bonding, as well as a positive fastening, such as screwing used. Preferably, a combination of two types of attachment, possibly with additional stabilization by a non-positive attachment, is used.
It has already been explained above that the width of the threshold elements according to the invention in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf plane is preferably greater than the door leaf thickness. In corresponding embodiments of the invention, it must be prevented that persons in the door leaf closed position can stand on the threshold element and be pulled upwardly with an opening movement with the door leaf. For this purpose, it has proved to be particularly advantageous when the fastener a starting from the door leaf outer side in the closed position obliquely downward in the direction of an outside edge of the threshold element sloping upper boundary surface portion and / or one of the Torblattinnenseite in the closed position obliquely downward in the direction of an inside edge of the threshold element sloping upper boundary surface portion, wherein at least one of the upper boundary surface sections in the closed position an angle of 10 ° or more, preferably 15 ° or more, more preferably 20 ° or more with a horizontal plane. In this embodiment of the invention fasteners is achieved that an occurring on an upper boundary surface foot from slipping off this boundary surface section and no safe standing on it, so that there is no risk to the effect that a person standing on the fastener or the threshold element in a door leaf opening movement is pulled upwards.
As already explained above, the door leaf according to the invention also expediently has a plurality of door leaf elements which can be tilted relative to each other with respect to one another in a collinear manner with respect to the tilt axes.
Manufacturing technology, it has proved to be particularly useful when the door leaf elements in a direction perpendicular to the tilt axes cutting plane about the have the same shape as the door leaf elements. In this case, a distance equal to the height of the fastening element is usually left between the lower edge of the door leaf and the threshold element. A tight seal in the region of the lower edge of the door leaf is then achievable when a transition element is mounted on the lower door leaf element in the door leaf closed position, which is arranged in the door leaf closed position between the threshold element and the lower door leaf element. In this case, the transition element may have a fitting in the door leaf closed position on the attached to the adjacent Torblattelementen threshold element sealing arrangement. To provide a reliable seal, such a sealing arrangement expediently comprises a sealing element resting against a front boundary surface of the threshold element in the door leaf closed position and / or a sealing element resting against an upper boundary surface of the threshold element in the door leaf closed position.
In order to obtain an appealing external appearance of the door according to the invention and in view of the risk described above when it occurs on the threshold element, it has proved to be particularly useful if the transition element at least in the area of the door leaf outside in a direction perpendicular to the tilt axes cutting plane about the same shape has as the fastener, ie has a sloping in the direction of the outer edge of the threshold element upper boundary surface portion, wherein additionally also in the direction of the inner edge of the threshold element sloping upper boundary surface portion may be provided. Additionally or alternatively, the color configurations of transition element and fastening element can also be matched to one another, in particular the same, particularly preferably corresponding to the color design of conventional sealing arrangements, in black. Also, the transition element expediently comprises an engaging in a recess in the lower edge of the lower door leaf element projection.
As already explained in detail, is counteracted by the threshold element of a door according to the invention the bending of the door leaf in a plane perpendicular to the door leaf direction. The bending of the door leaf in a direction parallel to the pivot axis extending direction can be counteracted by means of a above the door leaf receiving recess and the recess spanning stabilization element. This stabilizing element can be realized in a particularly simple embodiment of the invention by a above the door leaf receiving recess arranged through Torblattelement. In order to obtain the desired stabilizing effect, the stabilizing element expediently has a boundary surface arranged approximately in a vertical plane in the door leaf closed position, which in a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is formed by a substantially planar layer of a material of high tensile strength.
In cases where the uppermost in the closed position door leaf element has a the upper edge of the door leaf receiving recess forming cutout, so that no sufficient stabilizing effect can be provided by the upper door leaf element, it has proved to be advantageous if an additional stabilizing element in a is located above the recess arranged Torblattelement and / or is attached to an inner boundary surface of a door leaf element arranged above the recess. In this case, this additional stabilizing element in the form of an open in the direction of a Torblattelement channel with a running in the closed position approximately in a vertical plane channel bottom and for attachment of this additional stabilizing element on the inner boundary surface of the Torblattelementes starting from the channel walls bent outward flanges.
In with an electric drive means between the closed position and the open position movable gates must be ensured that occurs when hitting the leading edge in the closing movement of the door leaf on an object or a person in the course of the closing movement, an automatic shutdown of the electric drive. Conventional gates have for this purpose a power limit of the drive, which is achieved by an automatic shutdown occurs when a given driving force is exceeded. However, this shutdown takes place only after a delay caused by the inertia of the Torblattbewegung. The distance traveled during the delay time path is taken in conventional gates through the arranged at the bottom of the door leaf seal assembly. In the case of gates according to the invention, however, particularly thin sealing arrangements can be used, wherein a lower edge of the door leaf can strike an object or a person with a section of the threshold element not protected by a sealing element in the course of the closing movement. In this case, despite the known Force limitation still considerable property damage or injury to persons occur.
In a gate with a movable between a closed position and an open position, and preferably a plurality of respect. Parallel to each other extending tilt axes against each other tiltable Torblattelementen having Torblatt this risk can be excluded according to a further aspect of the invention in that one for detecting objects or persons in Area of a movement path of a projecting at a closing movement leading edge of the door leaf contactless safety device is used.
With such a security device, the path traversed by the leading edge of the door leaf during the closing movement is already monitored without contact, before this leading edge reaches the corresponding path section. Then, a shutdown of the drive can be done before the door leaf hits an arranged in the region of the movement path object or a person present there. Such a security device can be used not only in gates according to the invention with integrated wicket door, but also in conventional gates without wicket door. However, the use of such safety devices is particularly useful in gates according to the invention with integrated wicket door and a sealing arrangement of small thickness arranged on the lower boundary surface of the threshold element.
The safety device according to the invention advantageously has at least one transmitter arrangement for outputting wirelessly transmitted signals in a direction approximately parallel to the tilting axes and at least one receiver arrangement for receiving the signals emitted by the transmitter arrangement, the transmitter arrangement and the receiver arrangement advantageously being in the region of opposite sides Attached edges of the door leaf, preferably attached to the door leaf. The signals of the transmitter arrangement are expediently delivered parallel to the voriaufenden in the Schüeßbewegung edge of the door leaf in the direction of the closing movement in front of this edge, so that objects and people can be detected before the edge of the door leaf impinges in the course of the closing movement.
For use in conjunction with gates according to the invention, in which the width of the threshold element in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf plane in the closed position direction is greater than the Torblattdicke, it has proven to be a particularly reliable securing effect as appropriate when the transmitter assembly for dispensing Signals along two or more in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf plane direction offset from each other and arranged, preferably approximately parallel to the tilt axes extending signal paths is operable. With such transmitter arrangements, a signal grid moving with the threshold element can be created in the space traversed by the threshold element, wherein the interruption of only one grating element formed by the individual signal paths can be utilized in the course of the door leaf movement to generate a shutdown signal for the door drive.
With regard to the generation of suitable signal gratings, it has proven to be particularly expedient for cost reasons if at least two signal paths are fed by a common transmitter element. This can be made possible by using suitable deflecting elements in the region of the mutually opposite edges of the door leaf. With regard to obtaining a particularly reliable securing effect, it has proven to be expedient if the transmitter arrangement has at least two transmitter elements, each of which is designed to feed at least one signal path. In the case of the two embodiments just described, it has proved to be favorable for cost reasons if at least two signal paths are assigned to a common receiver element of the receiver arrangement.
In the context of large-scale production of gates of the type according to the invention transmitter arrangements and receiver arrangements can be manufactured and fastened only with limited accuracy. Furthermore, minor door leaf deformation must be expected in the course of the door leaf movement, especially in the case of door leaves with an integrated wicket door. In these boundary conditions, a reliable operation of the safety device of a door according to the invention can be ensured if the transmitter arrangement is designed for outputting signals in a signal cone with an opening angle of more than 2 °, preferably 5 ° or more, wherein an excessive transmission power while ensuring a Reliable signal reception can be avoided if the opening angle of the
As already explained, the door leaf during the closing movement and thus also during the closing movement leading edge of the door leaf passes through an arcuate portion of a predetermined path between a vertical guide rail section and a horizontal guide rail section. In particular, in garage doors with a total height of 2.50 m must also be reliably prevented in the area of this arcuate portion of the predetermined path the impact of the leading during the closing movement Torblattrandes on objects or people. In this context, it has proved to be particularly advantageous if at least one element of the transmitter arrangement, such as a transmitter element realized in the form of a light source or a deflecting element realized for example in the form of a mirror and / or at least one element of the receiver arrangement, such as in FIG Formed a photodiode realized receiver element or realized in the form of a mirror deflecting element via a coupling arrangement about an approximately parallel to the tilting axes extending pivot axis is pivotally mounted on the door leaf. In this way it can be achieved that the pivotally arranged transmitter element and / or receiver element with respect to. The leading edge of the door leaf is pivoted when passing through the arcuate portion of the predetermined path and is arranged at any time of the shooting movement approximately in a vertical plane with this leading edge , In this context, it has also proven to be particularly useful when for limiting the pivotal movement of the element of the transmitter assembly and / or the element of the receiver assembly, a stop assembly is provided, such that the pivotally mounted element during the closing movement at least along a portion of the trajectory of is arranged in the closing movement leading edge of the door leaf below this edge approximately in a vertical edge containing the leading edge.
For safety reasons, it has proven to be expedient if the coupling arrangement and thus the attached element of the receiver assembly and / or the transmitter assembly is attached to an inner boundary surface of the door leaf, thus accessing the coupling assembly and the elements attached thereto with closed door leaf of is prevented outside. In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the desired arrangement of the attached to the coupling assembly element of the receiver assembly and / or the transmitter assembly can be achieved in a vertical plane with the leading edge during the closing movement of the door leaf be when the coupling arrangement in the region of the leading edge during the closing movement. With respect to a tilt axis parallel to the pivot axis pivotally mounted on the door leaf, in particular an inner boundary surface of the door leaf mounted coupling lever which in at least one pivotal position leading to the closing movement of the edge Door leaf overlaps. For this purpose, the coupling lever can have two or more in each case extending in a direction perpendicular to the tilting axes plane an angle of less than 180 ° with each other enclosing, preferably substantially rectilinearly extending lever segments.
As already explained above, the pivotal movement of the coupling arrangement can be limited by means of a suitable stop arrangement such that the coupling arrangement does not pivot too far away from the edge leading in the closing movement of the door leaf and ensures that the element of the transmitter arrangement fastened to the coupling arrangement and / or or receiver arrangement is also arranged in the region of the arcuate portion of the predetermined path approximately in a vertical plane with the leading edge during the closing movement of the door leaf. However, this limitation of the pivoting movement of the coupling arrangement results in that the coupling arrangement can only escape to a limited extent when hitting the floor of the space to be closed by the door leaf or hitting an object or part of the person lying on the floor. This can lead to damage to the coupling arrangement, objects lying on the floor and / or personal injury. This risk can be reduced if at least two lever segments of the coupling lever with respect to a parallel to the tilt axes extending pivot axis are pivotally connected to each other, wherein preferably a pivoting movement of the lever segments is limited by means of a further stop assembly. During the pivoting movement of the lever segments, these segments are moved towards each other. In this way, the coupling arrangement is shortened in the final phase of the closing movement of the door leaf in a direction opposite to the direction of movement, so that limited by the stop assembly pivoting movement for ensuring trouble-free operation of the invention equipped with a safety device door sufficient and also damage to objects on the Floor of the opening to be closed and / or injury to persons can be reliably prevented.
To ensure the functionality when using signal gratings with two or more longitudinally parallel signal paths propagating signals, it has proven to be expedient if the housing has two or more windows for at least one signal propagating along one of the signal paths.
The securing device according to the invention gates can be made particularly compact, when a pivot axis facing away from the end portion of the pivotally connected to the door panel lever segment associated lever segment with respect to the door leaf fixed lever segment offset in the direction of the tilt axis, because in this arrangement, the staggered lever segment in the door leaf closed position can be arranged next to the door leaf.
As already explained above, an attached to the coupling assembly element of the securing device is expediently pivoted upon reaching the closed position of the door leaf automatically into the interior of the closed door leaf space, the coupling arrangement expediently for evading in a closing movement opposite direction when hitting an obstacle is designed in the final phase of the closing movement.
A securing device according to the invention for a gate according to the invention is characterized essentially by a transmitter element and / or receiver element and a coupling arrangement designed for pivotably coupling this element to a door leaf, wherein the transmitter element may comprise a light source and the receiver element may comprise a photodiode and the coupling arrangement a coupling lever may have two or more possibly hingedly interconnected lever segments.
