Abstract

Gate comprises a stabilizing arrangement having a threshold element (50) lying in the closing position of the gate leaf (10) on the base of the opening closed by the gate leaf, forming the lower edge of a recess and fixed to the gate leaf elements lying next to the recess in the direction of the tilting axes (20). Preferred Features: The width of the threshold element is larger in a direction running perpendicular to the door leaf plane in the closing position than the door leaf thickness in this direction.

Description

The invention relates to a gate with a movable between a closed position and an open position and a plurality of respect. Parallel to each other extending tilt axes against each other tiltable Torblattelementen having door leaf, an integrated door in the door with respect to a substantially perpendicular to the tilt axis pivot axis with respect Direction of tilting axes adjacent Torblattelementen pivotable, recorded in its closed position in a recess of the door leaf and preferably arranged in the closed position approximately in the door leaf door leaf and a deformation of the door leaf counteracting stabilization arrangement and a safety device for gates of this type.

Gates with a plurality of respect. Parallel to each other extending tilt axes against each other tiltable Torblattelementen having gate blades are used in the form of garage doors and in the form of industrial gates for closing passages in garages and industrial halls. In both cases, the door leaf is common arranged in the closed position approximately in a vertical plane and in the open position above the head approximately in a horizontal plane. To guide the door leaf movement between the closed position and the open position are usually guide rails with an approximately rectilinear and approximately parallel to the side Torblattrand in the closed position extending vertical portion, another approximately rectilinear and approximately parallel to the side Torblattrand in the open position extending horizontal portion and one the two provided rectilinear portions interconnecting arcuate portion. To enable the Torblattbewegung along the arcuate portion of the door leaf elements of the door leaf are mutually tiltable connected to each other about perpendicular to the guide rails extending tilt axes.

If a person wishes to leave a space locked with such a gate, the door leaf having a width of 5 m or more in industrial doors must be moved as a whole from the closed position to the open position. This not only means a considerable increase in the load on the mechanical elements of the door leaf, but is also associated with a considerable amount of time. To solve these problems has already been proposed to integrate a door with a about perpendicular to the tilting axes and in the closed position of the door leaf approximately in the direction of gravity pivot axis with respect to the adjacent door leaf elements pivotable door leaf in the door leaf. Such a "wicket door" allows leaving the closed with the door leaf space without opening the door leaf as a whole. Rather, only the door leaf integrated in the door leaf must be opened by pivoting about the pivot axis. To enable an opening movement of the door leaf with the door leaf integrated therein, the door leaf of such constructions usually consists of a plurality of with respect to. Columnar axes extending to the tilt axes against each other tiltable door leaf elements.

In such constructions must be ensured that the door leaf with the integrated door leaf in the open position, in which the door leaf is arranged approximately in a horizontal plane, does not sag in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf plane direction. Furthermore, it must be ensured in the course of the closed position that the door leaf elements arranged on both sides of the door leaf elements do not move away from each other in the direction of the tilt axes. This problem is particularly evident in industrial doors, where door leaf drive means with coupled at the two lateral edges of the door leaf to the lower door leaf elements in the closed position traction means be used. The attack of the traction means on the lateral edges of the door leaf can in these constructions promote the tendency to spread the door leaf elements arranged on both sides of the door leaf elements in the direction of the tilt axes.

In conventional gates of the type described above, the required stability can be achieved by means of stabilizing arrangements in the form of the door leaf receiving recess completely encircling and attached to adjacent Torblattelementen frame. In this case, the lower edge of the recess forming Zargenelement is usually attached to a lower edge forming section of the lower Torblattelementes. In this way, a sufficient stability of the overall construction is achieved by means of extending in this case over the entire Torblattbreite lower door leaf element and the lower frame member. However, the lower door leaf element together with the lower frame element fastened thereon forms a tripping edge. For this reason, the conventional wicket doors housed in a door leaf are not recognized as an escape route.

To solve this problem when using conventional wicket doors is in the WO 01/055543 a refinement of the known goals proposed, in which the door leaf received in the door leaf extends in the closed state of the door while avoiding the formation of a tripping edge to the bottom. The required stability of this overall construction in the open position and during the closing movement is to be achieved in the case of the known from the cited document by a stabilizing arrangement in the form of a locking device which counteracts in the door leaf opening position of a movement of the door leaf with respect to the adjacent Torblattelementen. For this purpose, the known from the cited document gate at least one parallel to the tilting axes horizontally displaceable push pin in the bottom region of the Zargenanordnung or the door leaf, which engages in the locking position in an opening in the frame or the door leaf. Further, the stabilizing arrangement formed in the form of the locking device of the known gate comprises a pivotable about an axis parallel to the pivot axis axis locking element which is pushed when moving the thrust pin in the opening of the thrust pin to the side, said locking element with a detent-like end behind the edge an abutment on the door or gate segment and grips there. As a result, a movement of the door leaf elements arranged on both sides of the door leaf is to be prevented in the horizontal direction in the main plane of the door, so as to bring about the above-described mounting to prevent a gap between the door leaf and frame or adjacent Torblattelementen during the opening or closing movement of the door leaf.

In the EP 1 375 798 A1 Joint arrangements are described with which wicket doors can be integrated into sectional door leaves.

Die seitlichen Begrenzungswände des Kanals fallen rampenförmig ab.In the DE 1 659 585 Shutters are described with bottom seals, in which a mounting portion of a sealing element is received in an open channel between lateral edges of a channel. The lateral boundary walls of the channel fall off ramp-shaped.

In the US 2002/0046494 A1 is described for a sectional door as closing edge safety usable non-contact safety device.

When using in the WO 01/055543 described gates, it has been found, however, that despite the measures described in a Torblatt-opening and closing movement because of the inevitable to ensure reliable operation game of movement of thrust bolt and locking element to a considerable gap formation between the door leaf and the adjacent Torblattelementen and in addition, the door leaf sags in the open position in total in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf direction in an unacceptable manner. In view of these problems has already been a training in the WO 01/055543 proposed goals, wherein the locking device forming the stabilizing arrangement comprises at least one in a substantially perpendicular to the tilt axis extending plane preferably approximately parallel to the pivot axis movable locking element. With this development, the gap formation described can be prevented. However, the so executed stabilization arrangement is associated with a considerable design effort.

In view of the above-described problems in the prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a structurally simple gate of the type mentioned, on the one hand meets the requirements of an escape route and on the other hand has sufficient overall stability.

According to the invention this object is achieved by the specified in the characterizing part of claim 1 development of the known goals.

This invention is based on the knowledge that observed in the conventional gates of the type described above deformations of the door leaf Bending in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf direction on the one hand and by spreading the door leaf receiving recess adjacent Torblattelemente on the other hand can be prevented by structurally separate elements of the stabilization arrangement, with only the sagging of the door leaf in a plane perpendicular to the door leaf direction counteracting element of the stabilization arrangement must be arranged in the region of the lower edge of the door leaf receiving recess, while the observed spreading of the recess adjacent Torblattelemente can also be prevented by a recess arranged above the stabilizing element and in the simplest case even by an upper door leaf element. In this case, sagging in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf direction can be achieved effectively already with a stabilizing element designed as a threshold element, which has a considerable extent and corresponding stability only in the direction of deflection, whereas in the direction of the pivot axis running perpendicular thereto it has only a small height must, because a stabilization in this direction by the further, possibly arranged above the recess stabilizing element takes place. Therefore, the threshold element can be designed with a particularly small height of less than 20 mm, preferably less than 10 mm, particularly preferably less than 8 mm, in particular 5 mm or less, of the edges running parallel to the tilt axes. Due to this small height of the threshold element, there are no concerns when using the integrated in the door leaf the wicket door of the invention as an escape door.

To obtain a sufficient stabilizing effect in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf direction, the width of the threshold element in this direction is greater than the door leaf thickness in this direction. It amounts to chamfers according to the invention more than 150%, preferably more than 200%, more preferably more than 250% of the Torblattdicke, in particular 300% of Torblattdicke or more, wherein the threshold element preferably extends over the entire Torblattdicke, so on the one hand a better stabilization to achieve and on the other hand to avoid excessive overhanging over the Torblattdicke. With a view to obtaining a balanced compromise between stability on the one hand and costs and space requirements on the other hand, the width of the threshold element is expediently less than 350%, preferably 300% or less, of the door leaf thickness.

The width of the threshold element can have a value of 60 mm or more, expediently 80 mm or more, preferably 100 mm or more, particularly preferably 120 mm or more, in particular 140 mm or more, for obtaining the desired stabilizing effect, regardless of the door leaf thickness.

To obtain a deflection in a direction parallel to the pivot axis extending counteracting stabilizing effect and simultaneously providing a receptacle for a provided at the bottom of the door leaf seal element, it has proved to be particularly advantageous if the at least partially from a material with a tensile strength of More than 120 N / mm 2 , in particular more than 370 N / mm 2 , more preferably more than 540 N / mm 2 formed threshold element in the region of at least one of its preferably approximately parallel to the tilting axes extending edges to form a tilting axis extending in the direction Receiving for a sealing element at its in the closed position of the door leaf lower boundary surface is bent back on itself. To obtain a reasonable compromise between stability on the one hand, and cost and processability on the other hand, it has proved to be advantageous if the threshold element has a tensile strength of less than 1000 N / mm 2 , preferably less than 900 N / mm 2 , in particular less than 750 N / mm 2 , wherein the tensile strength range of 540 to 750 N / mm 2 has proved to be particularly favorable.

Additionally or alternatively, the threshold element can have a channel extending approximately parallel to the tilting axes and open downwards in the firing position between its lateral edges, which can be used to receive a fastening section of the sealing element.

In order to avoid a tripping edge in the region of this preferably approximately centrally formed between the lateral edges of the threshold element channel, it has proved to be useful if the lateral boundary walls of the channel ramped towards the lateral edges of the threshold element fall, and in the closed position preferably an angle less than 60% with a horizontal plane.

In all embodiments of the invention, it has proven to be particularly advantageous in terms of the desired avoidance of a tripping edge when the overall height the threshold element is less than 22 mm, preferably less than 12 mm, more preferably less than 10 mm, in particular 7 mm or less, even if even with threshold elements with a higher overall height, the formation of a tripping edge by providing corresponding ramp-shaped wall elements can still be prevented ,

Threshold elements according to the invention are preferably made of high tensile strength material, such as steel, having a material thickness of 3 mm or less, preferably 2 mm or less, which may optionally be stabilized by additional kinking or bending. However, within the scope of the invention, the use of threshold elements made of other materials, such as composites, e.g. glass fiber reinforced plastic, or Kevlar, possibly in conjunction with steel, thought. With material thicknesses of 3 mm or less or 2 mm or less, threshold elements can be made with a channel for receiving a sealing element while avoiding excessive height of the threshold element. If a sealing element is not required and / or the sealing element can be mounted below the threshold element without the use of a channel formed in the threshold element, the use of threshold elements made of a material having a material thickness of 7 mm or less, in particular 6 mm or less, particularly preferably 5 mm or less conceivable. In this case, a material thickness of about 5 mm is particularly useful.

As already mentioned above, it has proved to be expedient in terms of obtaining a tight Öffnungsabschlusses in the closed position of the door leaf when in the closed position in the lower boundary surface of the threshold element extending approximately parallel to the tilt axes, preferably over the entire door leaf width Seal element is attached. In this case, the sealing element may have a preferably at least partially received in the channel of the threshold element mounting portion and at least one, preferably two or more, starting therefrom in opposite directions obliquely downward sloping sealing tabs. A particularly good sealing effect is obtained if at least one edge of at least one sealing tab facing away from the attachment section is bent at least in sections upwards in the closed position, because this edge is then urged against the lower boundary surface of the threshold element by abutment of the sealing tab on the bottom of the opening to be closed , so one to provide reliable sealing between the floor and the threshold element. In connection with the use of a further aspect of the invention forming safety device, it has proved to be particularly useful if the sealing element is preferably traversed in the region of its mounting portion of a possibly open at the top and extending approximately in the direction of the tilt axis cable channel. In this cable channel, a connection cable between individual elements of a security device for a gate according to the invention can be inserted.

Upon reaching the closed position, the sealing tabs of the sealing element with respect to. The mounting portion are bent upwards. Excessive wear of the sealing element by this turn can be prevented if at least one sealing tab is connected via at least one desired bending point of low material thickness with the mounting portion.

The desired stabilization effect is achieved particularly reliably if the threshold element is fastened to the lower edge of the recess of the recess in the direction of the tilt axes in the closed position. Taking into account the fact that the individual Torblattelemente be produced uniformly in mass production regardless of their later site, it has proved to be particularly favorable when attaching the threshold element on the one hand at the bottom of one of the Torblattelemente and on the other hand to an upper boundary surface of the threshold element attached fastener is used. In this case, a cohesive attachment, such as bonding, as well as a positive fastening, such as screwing used. Preferably, a combination of two types of attachment, possibly with additional stabilization by a non-positive attachment, is used.

It has already been explained above that the width of the threshold elements according to the invention in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf plane is preferably greater than the door leaf thickness. In corresponding embodiments of the invention, it must be prevented that persons in the door leaf closed position can stand on the threshold element and be pulled upwardly with an opening movement with the door leaf. For this purpose, it has proved to be particularly advantageous when the fastener a starting from the door leaf outer side in the closed position obliquely downward in the direction of an outside edge of the threshold element sloping upper boundary surface portion and / or one of the Torblattinnenseite in the closed position obliquely downward in the direction of an inside edge of the threshold element sloping upper boundary surface portion, wherein at least one of the upper boundary surface sections in the closed position an angle of 10 ° or more, preferably 15 ° or more, more preferably 20 ° or more with a horizontal plane. In this embodiment of the invention fasteners is achieved that an occurring on an upper boundary surface foot from slipping off this boundary surface section and no safe standing on it, so that there is no risk to the effect that a person standing on the fastener or the threshold element in a door leaf opening movement is pulled upwards.

Conventional cross-sectional shapes of Torblattelementen, with which in addition to the required stability and a sufficient finger protection effect can be achieved, for example, in the EP 304 642 and the EP 370,376 described. The disclosure of these documents with regard to the cross-sectional shapes of conventional Torblattelemente or panels in a direction perpendicular to the tilt axes cutting plane is hereby incorporated by explicit reference in this description. In these conventional door leaf elements, a recess is provided in the region of the lower edge of the door leaf elements into which a projection in the region of the upper edge of an adjacent panel can engage. With regard to the stabilization effect sought in the context of this invention, it has proven to be advantageous if the fastening element has a projection received in a recess extending at the bottom parallel to the tilting axes and located at the bottom edge of the door leaf elements. Further stabilization can be achieved if the fastening element has a receptacle formed between a wall element lying against an inner surface of the door leaf and the projection for receiving a projection arranged at the lower edge of the door leaf element.

As already explained above, the door leaf according to the invention also expediently has a plurality of door leaf elements which can be tilted relative to each other with respect to one another in a collinear manner with respect to the tilt axes.

Manufacturing technology, it has proved to be particularly useful when the door leaf elements in a direction perpendicular to the tilt axes cutting plane about the have the same shape as the door leaf elements. In this case, a distance equal to the height of the fastening element is usually left between the lower edge of the door leaf and the threshold element. A tight seal in the region of the lower edge of the door leaf is then achievable when a transition element is mounted on the lower door leaf element in the door leaf closed position, which is arranged in the door leaf closed position between the threshold element and the lower door leaf element. In this case, the transition element may have a fitting in the door leaf closed position on the attached to the adjacent Torblattelementen threshold element sealing arrangement. To provide a reliable seal, such a sealing arrangement expediently comprises a sealing element resting against a front boundary surface of the threshold element in the door leaf closed position and / or a sealing element resting against an upper boundary surface of the threshold element in the door leaf closed position.

In order to obtain an appealing external appearance of the door according to the invention and in view of the risk described above when it occurs on the threshold element, it has proved to be particularly useful if the transition element at least in the area of the door leaf outside in a direction perpendicular to the tilt axes cutting plane about the same shape has as the fastener, ie has a sloping in the direction of the outer edge of the threshold element upper boundary surface portion, wherein additionally also in the direction of the inner edge of the threshold element sloping upper boundary surface portion may be provided. Additionally or alternatively, the color configurations of transition element and fastening element can also be matched to one another, in particular the same, particularly preferably corresponding to the color design of conventional sealing arrangements, in black. Also, the transition element expediently comprises an engaging in a recess in the lower edge of the lower door leaf element projection.

As already explained in detail, is counteracted by the threshold element of a door according to the invention the bending of the door leaf in a plane perpendicular to the door leaf direction. The bending of the door leaf in a direction parallel to the pivot axis extending direction can be counteracted by means of a above the door leaf receiving recess and the recess spanning stabilization element. This stabilizing element can be realized in a particularly simple embodiment of the invention by a above the door leaf receiving recess arranged through Torblattelement. In order to obtain the desired stabilizing effect, the stabilizing element expediently has a boundary surface arranged approximately in a vertical plane in the door leaf closed position, which in a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is formed by a substantially planar layer of a material of high tensile strength.

In cases where the uppermost in the closed position door leaf element has a the upper edge of the door leaf receiving recess forming cutout, so that no sufficient stabilizing effect can be provided by the upper door leaf element, it has proved to be advantageous if an additional stabilizing element in a is located above the recess arranged Torblattelement and / or is attached to an inner boundary surface of a door leaf element arranged above the recess. In this case, this additional stabilizing element in the form of an open in the direction of a Torblattelement channel with a running in the closed position approximately in a vertical plane channel bottom and for attachment of this additional stabilizing element on the inner boundary surface of the Torblattelementes starting from the channel walls bent outward flanges.

In with an electric drive means between the closed position and the open position movable gates must be ensured that occurs when hitting the leading edge in the closing movement of the door leaf on an object or a person in the course of the closing movement, an automatic shutdown of the electric drive. Conventional gates have for this purpose a power limit of the drive, which is achieved by an automatic shutdown occurs when a given driving force is exceeded. However, this shutdown takes place only after a delay caused by the inertia of the Torblattbewegung. The distance traveled during the delay time path is taken in conventional gates through the arranged at the bottom of the door leaf seal assembly. In the case of gates according to the invention, however, particularly thin sealing arrangements can be used, wherein a lower edge of the door leaf can strike an object or a person with a section of the threshold element not protected by a sealing element in the course of the closing movement. In this case, despite the known Force limitation still considerable property damage or injury to persons occur.

In a gate with a movable between a closed position and an open position, and preferably a plurality of respect. Parallel to each other extending tilt axes against each other tiltable Torblattelementen having Torblatt this risk can be excluded according to a further aspect of the invention in that one for detecting objects or persons in Area of a movement path of a projecting at a closing movement leading edge of the door leaf contactless safety device is used.

With such a security device, the path traversed by the leading edge of the door leaf during the closing movement is already monitored without contact, before this leading edge reaches the corresponding path section. Then, a shutdown of the drive can be done before the door leaf hits an arranged in the region of the movement path object or a person present there. Such a security device can be used not only in 'gates according to the invention with integrated wicket, but also in conventional gates without a wicket door. However, the use of such safety devices is particularly useful in gates according to the invention with integrated wicket door and a sealing arrangement of small thickness arranged on the lower boundary surface of the threshold element.

The safety device according to the invention advantageously has at least one transmitter arrangement for outputting wirelessly transmitted signals in a direction approximately parallel to the tilting axes and at least one receiver arrangement for receiving the signals emitted by the transmitter arrangement, the transmitter arrangement and the receiver arrangement advantageously being in the region of opposite sides Attached edges of the door leaf, preferably attached to the door leaf. The signals of the transmitter arrangement are expediently delivered parallel to the leading edge during the closing movement of the door leaf in the direction of the closing movement in front of this edge so that objects and persons can be detected before the edge of the door leaf impinges on it in the course of the closing movement.

For use in conjunction with gates according to the invention, in which the width of the threshold element in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf plane in the closed position direction is greater than the Torblattdicke, it has proven to be a particularly reliable securing effect as appropriate when the transmitter assembly for dispensing Signals along two or more in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf plane direction offset from each other and arranged, preferably approximately parallel to the tilt axes extending signal paths is operable. With such transmitter arrangements, a signal grid moving with the threshold element can be created in the space traversed by the threshold element, wherein the interruption of only one grating element formed by the individual signal paths can be utilized in the course of the door leaf movement to generate a shutdown signal for the door drive.

With regard to the generation of suitable signal gratings, it has proven to be particularly expedient for cost reasons if at least two signal paths are fed by a common transmitter element. This can be made possible by using suitable deflecting elements in the region of the mutually opposite edges of the door leaf. With regard to obtaining a particularly reliable securing effect, it has proven to be expedient if the transmitter arrangement has at least two transmitter elements, each of which is designed to feed at least one signal path. In the case of the two embodiments just described, it has proved to be favorable for cost reasons if at least two signal paths are assigned to a common receiver element of the receiver arrangement.

In the context of large-scale production of gates of the type according to the invention transmitter arrangements and receiver arrangements can be manufactured and fastened only with limited accuracy. Furthermore, minor door leaf deformation must be expected in the course of the door leaf movement, especially in the case of door leaves with an integrated wicket door. In these boundary conditions, a reliable operation of the safety device of a door according to the invention can be ensured if the transmitter arrangement is designed for outputting signals in a signal cone with an opening angle of more than 2 °, preferably 5 ° or more, wherein an excessive transmission power while ensuring a Reliable signal reception can be avoided if the opening angle of the signal cone 20 ° or less, in particular 10 ° or less, more preferably 8 ° or less.

As already explained, the door leaf during the closing movement and thus also during the closing movement leading edge of the door leaf passes through an arcuate portion of a predetermined path between a vertical guide rail section and a horizontal guide rail section. In particular, in garage doors with a total height of 2.50 m must also be reliably prevented in the area of this arcuate portion of the predetermined path the impact of the leading during the closing movement Torblattrandes on objects or people. In this context, it has proved to be particularly advantageous if at least one element of the transmitter arrangement, such as a transmitter element realized in the form of a light source or a deflecting element realized for example in the form of a mirror and / or at least one element of the receiver arrangement, such as in FIG Formed a photodiode realized receiver element or realized in the form of a mirror deflecting element via a coupling arrangement about an approximately parallel to the tilting axes extending pivot axis is pivotally mounted on the door leaf. In this way it can be achieved that the pivotally arranged transmitter element and / or receiver element with respect to. The leading edge of the door leaf is pivoted when passing through the arcuate portion of the predetermined path and is arranged at any time of the shooting movement approximately in a vertical plane with this leading edge , In this context, it has also proven to be particularly useful when for limiting the pivotal movement of the element of the transmitter assembly and / or the element of the receiver assembly, a stop assembly is provided, such that the pivotally mounted element during the closing movement at least along a portion of the trajectory of is arranged in the closing movement leading edge of the door leaf below this edge approximately in a vertical edge containing the leading edge.

For safety reasons, it has proven to be expedient if the coupling arrangement and thus the attached element of the receiver assembly and / or the transmitter assembly is attached to an inner boundary surface of the door leaf, thus accessing the coupling assembly and the elements attached thereto with closed door leaf of is prevented outside. In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the desired arrangement of the attached to the coupling assembly element of the receiver assembly and / or the transmitter assembly can be achieved in a vertical plane with the leading edge during the closing movement of the door leaf be when the coupling arrangement in the region of the leading edge during the closing movement. With respect to a tilt axis parallel to the pivot axis pivotally mounted on the door leaf, in particular an inner boundary surface of the door leaf mounted coupling lever which in at least one pivotal position leading to the closing movement of the edge Door leaf overlaps. For this purpose, the coupling lever can have two or more in each case extending in a direction perpendicular to the tilting axes plane an angle of less than 180 ° with each other enclosing, preferably substantially rectilinearly extending lever segments.

As already explained above, the pivotal movement of the coupling arrangement can be limited by means of a suitable stop arrangement such that the coupling arrangement does not pivot too far away from the edge leading in the closing movement of the door leaf and ensures that the element of the transmitter arrangement fastened to the coupling arrangement and / or or receiver arrangement is also arranged in the region of the arcuate portion of the predetermined path approximately in a vertical plane with the leading edge during the closing movement of the door leaf. However, this limitation of the pivoting movement of the coupling arrangement results in that the coupling arrangement can only escape to a limited extent when hitting the floor of the space to be closed by the door leaf or hitting an object or part of the person lying on the floor. This can lead to damage to the coupling arrangement, objects lying on the floor and / or personal injury. This risk can be reduced if at least two lever segments of the coupling lever with respect to a parallel to the tilt axes extending pivot axis are pivotally connected to each other, wherein preferably a pivoting movement of the lever segments is limited by means of a further stop assembly. During the pivoting movement of the lever segments, these segments are moved towards each other. In this way, the coupling arrangement is shortened in the final phase of the closing movement of the door leaf in a direction opposite to the direction of movement, so that limited by the stop assembly pivoting movement for ensuring trouble-free operation of the device equipped with a safety device according to the invention sufficient and damage to objects on the Floor of the opening to be closed and / or injury to persons can be reliably prevented.

Damage to transmitter elements, deflecting elements and receiver elements of the safety device according to the invention can be avoided particularly easily if the coupling lever pivotally mounted on the door leaf has a housing designed to accommodate at least one transmitter element, at least one receiver element and / or at least one deflecting element. Through this housing, the said elements can be protected without damage to their functionality from damage. In order to obtain the desired function of monitoring a space to be traversed by the threshold element, it has proved to be particularly favorable when the housing is arranged in the lever segment which is pivotably mounted on the lever segment attached to the door leaf. To ensure the functionality when using signal gratings with two or more longitudinally parallel signal paths propagating signals, it has proven to be expedient if the housing has two or more windows for at least one signal propagating along one of the signal paths.

The securing device according to the invention gates can be made particularly compact, when a pivot axis facing away from the end portion of the pivotally connected to the door panel lever segment associated lever segment with respect to the door leaf fixed lever segment offset in the direction of the tilt axis, because in this arrangement, the staggered lever segment in the door leaf closed position can be arranged next to the door leaf.

As already explained above, an attached to the coupling assembly element of the securing device is expediently pivoted upon reaching the closed position of the door leaf automatically into the interior of the closed door leaf space, the coupling arrangement expediently for evading in a closing movement opposite direction when hitting an obstacle is designed in the final phase of the closing movement.

A securing device according to the invention for a gate according to the invention is characterized essentially by a transmitter element and / or receiver element and a coupling arrangement designed for pivotably coupling this element to a door leaf, wherein the transmitter element may comprise a light source and the receiver element may comprise a photodiode and the coupling arrangement a coupling lever may have two or more possibly hingedly interconnected lever segments.

This in Fig. 1 a total of 10 designated door leaf comprises a plurality of door leaf elements, of which in the closed position lower door leaf elements 12 and 14 in the in Fig. 1 Position shown are arranged one above the other, and a total of 100 designated and integrated in the door leaf door leaf with two in Fig. 1 The door leaf elements 12 and 14, like the door leaf elements 102 and 104, can be tilted relative to one another with the aid of hinges, which are indicated at 30, with respect to the tilting axes 20.

The lower edge of the door leaf 100 receiving recess in the door leaf 10 is bounded by a at the bottom of the arranged on opposite sides of the recess Torblattelemente 12 threshold element 50. The attachment of the threshold element 50 to the door leaf elements 12 takes place in the in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment of the invention by means of fastening elements 40 which are fastened on the one hand to the upper boundary surface of the threshold element 50 and on the other hand to the lower boundary surface of the door leaf elements 12. At the in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment of the invention, a released between the lower edge of the door leaf element 102 and the threshold element 50 distance is bridged by a transition element 140.

As in Fig. 2 can be seen, the width B of the threshold element 50 in a direction perpendicular to the door leaf direction direction is greater than the thickness D of the door leaf in this direction. In the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing, the width B of the threshold element is 123.5 mm, while the thickness D of the door leaf is 42 mm. In the invention, however, threshold elements with lesser or greater width and door leaves with lesser or greater thickness can be used. At the in Fig. 2 illustrated embodiment of the invention, the threshold element extends over the entire Torblattdicke and stands out both on the Torblattinnenseite and on the Torblattaußenseite on the door leaf.

The edges 52 of the threshold element 50 running parallel to the tilting axes 20 are folded back on themselves in order to obtain a greater stabilizing effect and to form a receptacle 60 for a sealing element 70 attached to a lower boundary surface of the threshold element 50.

Die Tiefe T der Aufnahme 60 beträgt etwa 3 mm.The sealing member 70 includes a mounting portion 72 and a total of four sealing tabs 74 and 76, wherein the outer sealing tabs 76 as well as the inner sealing tabs 74 extend in opposite directions obliquely downwards. The edges 78 of the sealing tabs 76 facing away from the fastening section 72 are bent outwards and upwards so as to ensure a better sealing effect when hitting the bottom of the space to be closed. The fastening section 72 of the sealing element 70 extending parallel to the tilting axes over the entire door leaf width is arranged in the threshold element 50 in a channel 54 which is open at the bottom and arranged centrally between the edges 52 and extends parallel to the tilting axes over the entire door leaf width. The lateral boundary walls 56 of the channel 54 are ramped toward the lateral edges 52 of the threshold element 50, enclosing in the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing an angle α of about 45 ° with a horizontal plane. In the area of the lateral edges 52, the height h of the threshold element 50 of the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing is about 5 mm. The total height H in the region of the channel 54 is approximately 7 mm in the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing. The depth T of the receptacle 60 is about 3 mm.

The threshold element 50 of in Fig. 2 illustrated embodiment of the invention is made in total from a steel sheet having a thickness of about 2 mm. The threshold element extends as in Fig. 1 It can be seen over the entire door leaf width.

In Fig. 4 is an additionally or alternatively to the sealing member 70 insertable sealing member 70 'with a central mounting portion 72' and two thereof starting in opposite directions obliquely downwardly extending sealing tabs 76 ', each of which at its the attachment portion 72' facing away edge 78 'after bent above. The sealing tabs 76 'are connected to the mounting portion 72' via desired bending points 77 'of lesser material thickness. Of the Mounting portion 72 'is penetrated by an open-topped channel 73', in which a line 80 may be received.

According to the Fig. 1 and 2 the threshold element 50 is attached to the door leaf element 12 by means of a fastening element 40 fastened on the one hand to the upper boundary surface of the threshold element 50 and on the other hand to the lower edge of the door leaf element 12. To obtain the desired stabilizing effect, a projection 42 provided on the upper edge of the fastening element 40 is received in a recess 12a provided in the lower edge of the door leaf element 12. A projection 12b projecting downwards in the region of the door leaf inside at the lower edge of the door leaf element 12 is arranged in a receptacle formed between a wall element 44 bearing against an inner surface of the door leaf element 12 and the projection 42. According to Fig. 2 has the fastener 42 a starting from the door leaf outer side in the closed position obliquely downward in the direction of an outside edge of the threshold element 50 sloping upper boundary surface portion 46 and one of the Torblattinnenseite in the closed position obliquely downward toward an inside edge of the threshold element 50 sloping upper Boundary surface portion 48 on. In the closed position, the upper boundary surface section 46 encloses an angle β of approximately 25 ° with a horizontal plane. The upper boundary surface portion 48 includes in the closed position an angle γ of about 20 ° with a horizontal plane. Due to the sloping upper boundary surface portions 46 and 48 it is achieved that a foot occurring on the fastening element 40 slips off the fastening element, so that the risk of accidental entrainment of a person standing on the fastening element 40 during an opening movement of the door leaf 10 is reduced.

According to Fig. 3 the lower door leaf element 102 has approximately the same shape as the lower door leaf element 12 in a sectional plane running perpendicular to the tilt axes. The distance left free between the lower edge of the door leaf element 102 and the threshold element 50 is bridged by a transition element 140 whose cross-sectional shape starts from the inner one Boundary surface of the door leaf element 102 in the direction of the outer edge of the threshold element 50 corresponds approximately to the cross-sectional shape of the fastening element 40. Accordingly, the transition element 140 has at its upper edge on a projection 142 which is received in a recess 102 a in the lower edge of the door leaf element 102. Further, between one on an inner Boundary surface of the door leaf element 102 adjacent wall element 144 and the projection 142, a receptacle 146 is formed in which a downwardly projecting projection 102b is received in the region of the inner boundary surface of the door leaf element 102. Like the fastening element 40, the transition element 140 also has an upper boundary surface section 146 that slopes downwards in the direction of the outer edge of the threshold element 50. In view of the desired opening movement of the door leaf, the transition element 140 is not attached to the threshold element 50. To ensure a desired seal in the closed position of the door leaf 144 two sealing elements 172 and 174 are arranged in the region of the lower boundary surface of the transition element, of which the sealing element 172 rests in the door leaf closed position on a front boundary surface of the threshold element 50, while the sealing member 174 at the upper boundary surface of the threshold element formed by the channel 54 abuts.

The door leaf element 102, like the door leaf element 12, is formed in the form of a double-shelled panel at least partially filled with insulating material, such as PU foam, wherein the two shell elements are positively connected to one another in the region of edge sections folded back on themselves. The transition element 144, like the fastening element 40, is fastened to the door leaf element 12 or door leaf element 102 in the region of these edge sections of the panel shell which are folded back on themselves with the aid of screws, not shown in the drawing. In order to adapt the position of the fastening element 40 or transition element 140 to any existing bumps, the fastening takes place with the help of provided in the wall elements 44 and 144 slots, the slots can extend approximately parallel to the pivot axes and perpendicular to the tilt axes.

According to Fig. 5 the stabilizing arrangement of a door according to the invention may also have at least one stabilizing element 90 arranged above the recess receiving the door leaf 100 and spanning the recess, which at the in Fig. 5 illustrated embodiment of the invention is formed of a steel sheet having a material thickness of about 2 mm and is designed in total in the form of an open towards the inner boundary surface of the door leaf 10 channel. In this case, the channel bottom 92 extends in the closed position of the door leaf 10 approximately in a vertical plane. The channel walls 94 extend approximately perpendicular to the channel bottom 92. At the edges remote from the channel bottom 92, the channel walls 94 to form mounting flanges 96 bent outwards. The flanges 96 are penetrated by screws 98, which can be accommodated in the region of self-bent edge portions of the shells of the upper door leaf element in this Torblattelement. Through the channel bottom 92 and the flange-shaped mounting portions 96, the stabilizing element 90 receives a total of a particularly high stability with respect to. Bends in the in Fig. 5 indicated by the arrow P direction of gravity. In the illustrated embodiment of the invention, the stabilizing element 90 is fixed to the inner boundary surface of the door leaf 10. In this embodiment, the upper edge of the serving for receiving the door leaf recess in the door leaf is formed by a cutout in the uppermost door leaf element. If, above the recess used for receiving the door leaf, a complete door leaf element extends continuously over the entire door leaf width, this complete door leaf element can be used as an additional stabilizing element. Furthermore, in embodiments of the basis of the Fig. 5 described type also thought to integrate the additional stabilizing element 90 in the door leaf element, so as to avoid inwardly projecting parts.

In the Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment of the invention comprises a non-contact safety device arranged in the region of the right edge of the door leaf below the leading edge in a closing movement of the door leaf arranged transmitter assembly 210 and arranged in the region of the left edge of the door leaf below the leading edge during the closing movement of the receiver assembly 250. In this case, the transmitter arrangement 210 may comprise a light source and the receiver arrangement 250 may comprise a photodiode. At the in Fig. 1 In the illustrated embodiment of the invention, the transmitter assembly 210 is coupled to the bottom edge of the door leaf member 12 via a coupling assembly 220, while the receiver assembly 250 is coupled via a coupling assembly 260 to a bottom edge of the door leaf member 12. In other embodiments of the invention, it is also contemplated to couple only one diverter assembly to the door leaf members 12 via respective coupling arrangements and to operate with fixedly mounted transmitter elements and receiver elements such as light sources and photodiodes. In the case of using light sources as transmitter elements, the deflection arrangements can be realized in the form of simple mirrors. In any case, using a securing device according to the invention, a signal propagating below the leading edge during the closing movement, possibly also an acoustic signal, is generated, which is generated by the Receiver assembly 250 can be received and used for drive control. In this case, the transmitter arrangement 210 is according to Fig. 1 for outputting signals in a signal cone with an opening angle of more than 2 ° operable. This ensures that the receiver arrangement 250 can receive signals emitted by the transmitter arrangement 210 even when the door panel is twisted, provided that no signal interruption occurs due to an obstacle.

The transmitter element 210, like the receiver element 250, is fastened pivotably to the door leaf 10 by means of the coupling arrangement 220 or 260 about a pivot axis extending approximately parallel to the tilt axes 20. The coupling arrangements which can be used for this purpose are described below with reference to FIGS Fig. 6 described using the example of the coupling arrangement 220. The coupling arrangement 220 is formed in the form of a coupling lever comprising three segments 222, 224 and 226. The coupling lever 220 is attached to the lower edge of the door leaf 10 pivotally about a pivot axis 230 extending parallel to the tilt axes 20. The adjoining the door leaf 10 lever segment 222 is a stop 231 associated with the pivotal movement of the lever segment 222 is limited in the direction indicated by the arrow S pivoting direction of the lower edge of the door leaf 10 away. The lever segment 222 includes with the adjoining lever segment 224 an obtuse angle α of about 130 °. The lever segments 222 and 224 are made in one piece. The lever segment 226 is coupled to the lever segment 224 facing away from the end of the lever segment 224 about a pivot axis 232 extending parallel to the pivot axes. The pivoting movement of the lever segment 226 with respect to the lever segment 224 is limited by a stop 234. At the in Fig. 6 illustrated embodiment of the invention, the maximum pivot angle α 'of the lever segment 226 with respect. The lever segment 224 110 °.

In the in Fig. 6 illustrated position of the door leaf 10 in the vicinity of the opening position in which the Torblattelement 12 is arranged almost in a horizontal plane, is achieved by the articulated coupling of the coupling assembly 220 to the door leaf 10 that serving to receive the transmitter element 210 opening in which the lever segment 224 facing away from the end of the lever segment 226 is arranged approximately in a vertical plane S with the lower edge of the connecting element 40 in this position. By the stop assembly 234, the pivotal movement of the lever segment 226 is limited with respect. The lever segment 224 in the direction indicated by the arrow S 'direction. in the Course of the closing movement of the door leaf passes the coupling assembly 220, starting from the in Fig. 6 position shown in the in Fig. 7 shown position in which the lower Torblattelement 12 is already arranged in a vertical plane. To reach the in Fig. 7 illustrated position, the coupling assembly 220 is pivoted about the pivot axis 230 under gravity. The pivoting movement is limited by a further stop element 236 in the direction indicated by the arrow S ", so that the serving for receiving the transmitter element 210 recess 228 also in the in Fig. 7 shown position is arranged approximately in a vertical plane with the lower edge of the door leaf element 12. Upon reaching the closed position, the coupling arrangement in the in Fig. 8 shown pivoted position.
