Claims (11)
- Fenster oder Tür, mit einem ortsfesten Blendrahmen (12) und einen gegenüber diesem beweglich gelagerten Flügelrahmen (14), wobei der Flügelrahmen (14) gegenüber dem Blendrahmen (12) in einen geschlossenen, kippbaren, drehbaren oder parallel abstellbaren Fensterzustand bringbar ist, mit einer senkrecht zur Flügelrahmenebene in Richtung eines Rauminnern orientierten Z-Achse (62), mit einem dem Flügelrahmen (14) zugeordneten Treibstangenbeschlag (18) und wenigstens einem dem Blendrahmen (12) zugeordneten Schließblech (22), mit einer im Flügelrahmen (14) gelegenen Aufnahmenut (31) zur Aufnahme des Treibstangenbeschlages (18) und einer mittig längs der Aufnahmenut (31) verlaufenden Nutmittenachse (52), wobei der Treibstangenbeschlag (18) wenigstens einen Schließbolzen (20) aufweist, der in das Schließblech (22) eingreifbar ist, und wobei das Schließblech (22) eine Kulissenführung (30) aufweist, die eine erste Verschlussposition (32) für den Schließbolzen (20) für die geschlossene Fensterposition und eine zweite Verschlussposition (34) für den Schließbolzen (20) für die parallel abgestellte Fensterposition aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im geschlossenen Fensterzustand das Schließblech (22) gegenüber der Nutmittenachse (52) des Flügelrahmens (14) derart am Blendrahmen (12) montiert ist, dass der Mittelpunkt (35) der zweiten Verschlussposition (34) bezüglich der Z-Achse (62) auf Höhe auf der Nutmittenachse (52) gelegen ist und der Mittelpunkt (33) der ersten Verschlussposition (32) gegenüber der Z-Achse (62) in negative Z-Achsen-Richtung versetzt angeordnet ist, wobei der Schließbolzen (20) am Treibstangenbeschlag (18) derart angeordnet ist, dass die Schließbolzenmittelachse (64) gegenüber der Nutmittenachse (52) in negative Z-Achsen-Richtung versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügelrahmen (14) gegenüber dem Blendrahmen (12) auf der gesamten Kontaktfläche zwischen Flügelrahmen (14) und Blendrahmen (12) im wesentlichen parallel abstellbar ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schließbolzen (20) eine pilzkopfartige Form aufweisen.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blendrahmen (12) gegenüber dem Flügelrahmen (14) durch eine Dichtung abgedichtet ist.
- Treibstangenbeschlag für Fenster oder Türen, der in eine Aufnahmenut (31) eines Flügelrahmens (14) einbaubar ist, mit wenigstens einem Schließbolzen (20), und einer mittig längs der Aufnahmenut (31) verlaufenden Nutmittenachse (52) sowie mit einer Nutmittenebene, die durch die Nutmittenachse (52) sowie eine senkrecht dazu und parallel zur Flügelrahmenebene verlaufende Nutmittenhochachse gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einer Mantelfläche (66) des Schließbolzens (20) und der Nutmittenebene keine Schnittstellen gebildet sind und dass zwischen dem Schließbolzen (20) und dem Treibstangenbeschlag (18) ein Versatzmittel (56) angeordnet ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versatzmittel (56) aus einem gekröpften Zungenbereich gebildet ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Versatzmittel (57) gegenüber dem Treibstangenbeschlag (18) senkrecht zur Fensterebene orientiert angeordnet ist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maß des Versatzes, der durch das Versatzmittel (56) gebildet ist, zwischen 4 und 10 mm, vorzugsweise 6 mm beträgt.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schließbolzenschaft (58), das Versatzmittel (56) sowie der Schließbolzen (20) gemeinsam eine doppelt L-förmige Kontur aufweisen, wobei das zweite L gegenüber dem ersten L einmal um seine Querachse und einmal um seine Hochachse um jeweils 180 ° gedreht ist und die Basisschenkel des ersten und zweiten L deckungsgleich übereinander liegen.
- Fenster oder Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schließbolzen (20) eine um dessen Hochachse drehbaren Mantelumhüllung aufweist.
- Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mantelumhüllung exzentrisch gegenüber der Hochachse des Schließbolzens (20) angeordnet ist und Rastmittel für bestimmte Winkelstellungen aufweist.
