Abstract

Noise-protection element made of textile-reinforced concrete or another textile-reinforced binding agent is designed as a hollow case filled with sound-absorbent material. The large surface facing the sound has perforations (3). The reinforcement consists of fibers that are resistant to the binding agent. The element comprises longitudinal reinforcement consisting of individual rovings that are at least as long as the element and transverse reinforcement in the form of a textile mat. An independent claim is also included for the production of the above noise-protection element.

Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

In EP 1 152 087 A2 sound-absorbing elements are described on the basis of textile-reinforced concrete, consisting of one or more sound-absorbing mats, which are included without remaining cavity in a concrete shell, which is mostly provided with textile reinforcement, the concrete shell with on the absorption side Punching is provided, through which the sound can enter the absorbent mats, and wherein the sound-absorbing mats distributed at least to areas of the concrete shell and relatively evenly over its surface, connection to the concrete, which protects the mats against displacement.
Among other things, in order to make these elements sufficiently rigid, the thin textile-reinforced concrete shell of the sound-absorbing element has rib edging.
It has been found that the elements described in EP 1 152 087 A2 are not sufficiently resistant to bending with a very thin concrete shell with a lightweight design. The presence of a textile reinforcement and Rippenaufkantungen alone is therefore not enough to run the concrete shell very thin and therefore very easy.
In addition, the position of the textile mats in the concrete is not defined and consistently reproducible.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

The object of the invention is to provide a simple, lightweight noise protection element Specify concrete with sound-absorbing filling, which has a high Dimensional stability, uniformity of quality and durability.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

  • The object is solved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.
For this purpose, the following measures, preferably in combination, are used:
  • 1.) Long fibers such as endless rovings are used as reinforcement, which are prestressed along the noise protection elements.
  • 2.) In addition short fibers are added to the concrete or binder as relatively undirected reinforcement.
  • 3.) There are also textile mats as reinforcement included.
  • 4.) The textile reinforcement in the sound-facing concrete / binder shell (1) is the hole pattern (3) adapted in the same.
Moreover, the invention provides in a preferred embodiment, that the sound side facing away from (2) has a textured surface.

The textile reinforcement consists of alkali-resistant fibers, preferably alkali-resistant glass fibers. Alternatively, it is also possible to use fibers which are not alkali-resistant, but in this case a binder which is not or only slightly alkaline must be used as matrix for embedding.
In the transverse direction to the noise protection elements, the fibers are preferably not biased. A bias is possible in principle. The transverse reinforcement preferably runs circumferentially in the matrix.

Fig. 1 shows in cross section the rough structure of an inventive Element, for the sake of clarity without representation of the invention essential reinforcement therein, but their location in the following is described.

In a preferred method of manufacture, a baffle with nubbed die is used used to produce the perforated, sound-facing side (1). It demountable side molds are used, the via a profile for tongue and groove (4) from the top and bottom of the Noise protection element have. The edge / end formwork are with a Provided device for biasing the longitudinal reinforcement.

The following is more detailed, but only by way of example, the production of a Noise protection element described, which has a length of five meters, a Height of 66 centimeters and a thickness of 12 centimeters. A Noise barrier is made by stacking several such elements built up.

    Schalung:Formwork:

The formwork must be cleaned in advance and sprayed with formwork oil.

    Bewehrung:reinforcement:

The longitudinal and transverse reinforcement is to be prepared in advance for an element. The Transverse reinforcement is mounted on longitudinal strips and wound up. The longitudinal threads are preloaded on the clamping frame and fixed on cross bars. It is important to ensure a uniform tension of the threads.

    Herstellung:production:

The first concrete layer of the front (1) with a height of approx. 3 mm is installed in the prepared formwork. The installation takes place with the metering funnel, so that contamination of the formwork knobs can be largely avoided.
On the first layer concrete of the front side, the transverse reinforcement is first applied. In this case, the longitudinal strips are positioned centrally above the element and the transverse reinforcement unwound on both sides evenly and with slight tension over the element.
The transverse reinforcement required for the webs and rear remains on the longitudinal ledges until further notice and is deposited next to the formwork.
On the transverse reinforcement, the longitudinal reinforcement is clamped. About the two transverse strips, the longitudinal threads are fixed under slight bias in the formwork. The Endabschalelemente be mounted.
The second concrete layer of the front (1) is installed with the hopper. It should be noted that the concrete flows evenly into the formwork and protrudes after installation about one millimeter of the formwork knobs out of the concrete. As a result, a closure of the absorption holes (3) of the noise protection element is avoided. For optimum compacting of the concrete, the table vibrators can be switched on.
Before laying the insulation boards (5) the formwork knobs are pulled off again with a board to remove any existing concrete residue. The insulation boards (5) are placed on the knobs of the formwork and laterally covered with a foam strip to absorb shrinkage deformation of the element when setting the concrete harmless. The insulation boards (5) are chamfered in the longitudinal direction on the top and bottom. In order to avoid floating of the insulation boards when filling the concrete of the side bars, the insulation boards are ballasted. To assemble the side moldings, the transverse reinforcement is folded over and then placed laterally next to the formwork.

The concrete for the side bars is filled up to the upper edge of the insulating board. The adequate filling of the side bars must be checked and, if necessary, ensured by further addition of concrete.
The ballast on the insulation boards (5) is removed. Subsequently, the first layer of concrete back (2) is applied to the insulation boards (5). The longitudinal reinforcement of the back (2) is clamped in the formwork and fixed. The transverse reinforcement is folded over and laid overlapping on the back (2). Abziehleisten are attached to the Endabschalelementen.
The installation of the last concrete layer of the back (2) is timely, so preferably fresh in fresh, carried out. Care must be taken to ensure that sufficient concrete is poured in to avoid reduced thickness of the concrete section.
Finally, the removal of the back (2) of the noise protection element and a desired structuring with brush stroke or Sandeinstreuung takes place.
