Claims (9)

  1. Une poignée à crémone pour unités de fenêtres, notamment pour unités de fenêtres à ouverture vers l'extérieur, comprenant au moins un châssis fixe (1) et un châssis mobile (2) constitué de montants (3, 4) et de traverses (5, 6) et associé audit châssis fixe de manière à ce qu'au moins une partie dudit châssis mobile (2) puisse s'éloigner et se rapprocher du châssis fixe (1) pour définir des configurations respectives d'ouverture et de fermeture du châssis mobile (2) ; la poignée à crémone comprenant un groupe poignée (8) qui peut être associé à la traverse inférieure (5) du châssis mobile (2) et destiné à permettre l'ouverture et la fermeture dudit châssis mobile (2) ; le groupe poignée (8) comprenant au moins :
    - un corps de poignée (9) qui peut être associé à la traverse inférieure (5) du châssis mobile (2) ;
    - une manette de manoeuvre (10) dépassant d'un côté du corps de poignée (9) et pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de manoeuvre (Z) ;
    - des organes de commande (11) dépassant du côté opposé du corps de poignée (9) par rapport à la manette (10) et pouvant s'accoupler avec des dispositifs de manoeuvre (12) pour obtenir les configurations de fermeture et d'ouverture du châssis mobile (2), ladite poignée (100) étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un élément de raccord à angle (13), interposé entre le corps de poignée (9) et la manette (10), et pouvant s'accoupler d' un côté avec les organes de commande (11), à travers le corps de poignée (9), et présentant de l'autre côté des moyens (14) d'accouplement amovible avec la manette (10), celle-ci pouvant être appliquée de façon réversible, c'est-à-dire à droite ou à gauche du corps de poignée (9), sur l'élément de raccord (13) et pouvant tourner avec ledit élément (13) autour de l'axe de manoeuvre (Z).
  2. La poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de raccord à angle (13) a la forme d'un « L » renversé et présente, sur sa surface d'extrémité (13a), un logement (15) destiné à loger de façon stable un arbre de commande (11c) constituant l'un des organes de commande (11), logé de façon rotative dans le corps de poignée (9) et, sur l'autre surface d'extrémité, les moyens (14) d'accouplement avec la manette (10).
  3. La poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de raccord à angle (13) a la forme d'un « L » renversé et présente, sur sa surface d'extrémité (13b), une cheville en saillie (16), constituant les moyens d'accouplement (14), qui peut être accouplée dans un logement (17) correspondant prévu dans la partie de la manette (10) qui fait face à ladite surface d'extrémité (13b), rendant ainsi l'élément de raccord à angle (13) solidaire de ladite manette (10).
  4. La poignée selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (18) pour bloquer de façon amovible la manette (10) sur l'élément de raccord à angle (13), lesdits moyens étant situés sur la manette (10) elle-même et agissant sur la cheville (16) logée dans le logement (17) de la manette (10).
  5. La poignée selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de blocage (18) comprennent une vis sans tête filetée (18g) qui peut être vissée dans un logement traversant (19) prévu dans la manette (10) de manière à intercepter transversalement la cheville (16) logée dans le logement (17) de ladite manette (10).
  6. La poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de manoeuvre (Z) de la poignée (100) s'étend verticalement et l'élément de raccord à angle (13) définit un axe (X) de déplacement de la manette (10) qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe de manoeuvre (Z) et tel que ladite manette (10) et ledit élément de raccord à angle (13) tournent dans un plan essentiellement horizontal.
  7. La poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il y a, sur l'élément de raccord (13), des organes (20) de blocage et déblocage de la rotation de la poignée (100) qui s'étendent le long d'un axe (Z') parallèle à l'axe de manoeuvre (Z) et à proximité de l'arbre de commande (11c) ; les organes (20) de blocage et déblocage agissant entre l'élément de raccord (13) et le corps de poignée (9) de manière à pouvoir bloquer la rotation de l'élément de raccord (13) et de la manette (10) par rapport au corps de poignée (9).
  8. La poignée selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les organes (20) de blocage et déblocage comprennent un barillet à clé (21) logé dans un logement (22) prévu dans l'élément de raccord (13) ; l'extrémité supérieure du barillet (21) se trouvant au niveau d'une surface supérieure (13c) de l'élément de raccord (13) et l'extrémité inférieure du barillet présentant une cheville (23) qui est mobile entre une première position opérationnelle de déblocage, dans laquelle la cheville (23) est logée à l'intérieur de l'élément de raccord (13) et permet une rotation libre de ce même élément de raccord (13) avec la manette (10), et une deuxième position sortie de blocage, dans laquelle la cheville (23) dépasse et est logée dans un logement (24) prévu dans le corps de poignée (9) de manière à bloquer la rotation de l'élément de raccord (13) et de la manette (10).
  9. La poignée selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le corps de poignée (9) présente deux logements (24) qui sont diamétralement opposés de manière à ce que la poignée (100) puisse être montée avec la manette (10) à gauche ou à droite.
