  • the distribution of the product is obtained by pressing the disc inside the pot, either by simple sliding according to the example of GB-A-1 050 984, either by setting rotation, in particular via a screw thread formed on the inner wall of the pot, and adapted to cooperate with a corresponding thread formed at the periphery of the disk, according to the example of document DE-A-37 26 729.
  • the overpressure exerted inside the pot it results in a creep movement of the product, and an output of the latter at through the opening (s) of the disc.
  • the disc is imperatively moved strictly parallel to the axis of symmetry of revolution of the pot for not having product leak at the junction between the periphery of the disc and the cylindrical inner walls of the pot. As and when measurement of the product samples, the disc is progressively driven towards the bottom of the pot. The sampling of the product on the lid at the bottom of the tank is less and less easy as and when used.
  • the disk is then provided, as in the example described by the document DE-A-31 00 529, a wall extending in the pot so as to cooperate with a fixed panel of the pot so as to define an interior volume chamber variable depending on the displacement of this wall relative to the fixed panel.
  • the product contained in this chamber can thus be compressed by the approach of the wall relative to the fixed panel.
  • This displacement of the wall is obtained by rotating the disk about an axis of rotation formed by a axis of symmetry of revolution of the pot.
  • the product is then compressed to be distributed at a upper face of the disc, according to a flow parallel to this axis of rotation.
  • the product flows inside the pot in two orthogonal directions, a first direction is given in a plane orthogonal to the axis of rotation, from even this rotation of the wall relative to the fixed panel, and a second direction is given by the position of the outlet orifice in the disc.
  • the product is therefore subject to flows whose different directions can alter its chemical structure.
  • Document US-B-6,422,424 describes a variant of the pot according to the document DE-31 00 529 insofar as the disc has two walls extending orthogonally to the disk inside the pot, so as to cooperate with each with a separate fixed panel inside the pot. So the pot can allow the distribution of two products each singly contained in a defined chamber between one of the walls and one of the fixed panels. These two products are coming out respectively by two holes of the disc. These holes are diametrically opposite, so as to be each arranged in a part of the angular sector operculum for the longest time in communication with the chamber defined in below this angular sector. Such a pot does not offer the possibility of condition two products separately and then allow their distribution simultaneously at one and the same orifice.

Abstract

The device has a wall (3) rotatable relatively to another wall around a rotational axis (7). The wall (3) has a peripheral edge (51) having a portion that is in watertight engagement with an inner surface of a housing, when the wall (3) is rotated around the axis. The wall delimits an outlet orifice (14) for permitting distribution of a cosmetic product in response to a decrease of an angular gap defined between the walls. An independent claim is also included for an assembly including two product distributing devices.

Description

The present invention relates to a dispensing pot for packaging and the distribution of products with a viscous consistency, in particular in the form of cream, paste, ointment, balm or gel. The invention is everything particularly suitable for the packaging and distribution of products cosmetic, dermatological or medical use, such as skincare creams. The invention aims in particular the facilitated distribution of the contents of such pots.

In the field of cosmetics and skincare, the pot has been, and continues to be, widely used. The pot is particularly suitable for packaging of these products to the extent that it allows easy access to product it contains, especially when it comes to taking the product directly with the fingers. Moreover, because of the broad opening that characterizes it, it is possible to completely drain it, which is especially desirable for products whose selling price to the consumer, relative to the weight, is high.

One of the problems that arises with such a mode of conditioning and Distribution is concerned with the protection of its contents, particularly with respect to air ambient, in contact with which, this type of product is likely to deteriorate. A Another problem is the "contamination" of the product that can generate such a mode sampling with the fingers. To solve this last problem, it has been proposed to take the product by means of a spatula. This method of sampling however, has no function of protecting the content with regard to contaminations of the spatula by the fingers or contact with the air.

It is also known to protect the product by means of a disc which covers the free surface of the product, which disc is equipped with one or more openings arranged in a plane parallel to the plane of the disk, ie substantially perpendicular to the axis of the pot. In general, the distribution of the product is obtained by pressing the disc inside the pot, either by simple sliding according to the example of GB-A-1 050 984, either by setting rotation, in particular via a screw thread formed on the inner wall of the pot, and adapted to cooperate with a corresponding thread formed at the periphery of the disk, according to the example of document DE-A-37 26 729. The overpressure exerted inside the pot, it results in a creep movement of the product, and an output of the latter at through the opening (s) of the disc.

The disc is imperatively moved strictly parallel to the axis of symmetry of revolution of the pot for not having product leak at the junction between the periphery of the disc and the cylindrical inner walls of the pot. As and when measurement of the product samples, the disc is progressively driven towards the bottom of the pot. The sampling of the product on the lid at the bottom of the tank is less and less easy as and when used.

As a result, there are pots in the state of the art for which the disc remains fixed height relative to the bottom of the pot, but for which the disc remains free in rotation in a groove of the pot. To allow the release of produced, the disk is then provided, as in the example described by the document DE-A-31 00 529, a wall extending in the pot so as to cooperate with a fixed panel of the pot so as to define an interior volume chamber variable depending on the displacement of this wall relative to the fixed panel. The product contained in this chamber can thus be compressed by the approach of the wall relative to the fixed panel. This displacement of the wall is obtained by rotating the disk about an axis of rotation formed by a axis of symmetry of revolution of the pot.

The product is then compressed to be distributed at a upper face of the disc, according to a flow parallel to this axis of rotation. In in particular, the product flows inside the pot in two orthogonal directions, a first direction is given in a plane orthogonal to the axis of rotation, from even this rotation of the wall relative to the fixed panel, and a second direction is given by the position of the outlet orifice in the disc. The product is therefore subject to flows whose different directions can alter its chemical structure.

Document US-B-6,422,424 describes a variant of the pot according to the document DE-31 00 529 insofar as the disc has two walls extending orthogonally to the disk inside the pot, so as to cooperate with each with a separate fixed panel inside the pot.

Also known in the state of the art, the document FR-852,719, a rigid housing for dispensing under pressure a pasty product.

In the state of the art there is a need for jars of form alternative, equipped with a hygienic dispensing system and easy to perform, minimum parts to minimize their cost of ownership. production. In addition, there is also a need for a distribution gesture different from the gestures to be used to manipulate the different pots of the state of the art. There is also a need for this new gesture manipulation does not alter the sometimes unstable physico-chemical structure of the product.

The invention proposes to solve at least one of the problems identified above by proposing a device for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic product, especially a make-up and / or care product, comprising a container forming at least one housing adapted to receive the product, said housing having a first wall defining at least partly an inner surface of said housing, and a second wall movable in rotation relative to the first wall about an axis of rotation, the rotational displacement of the second wall around said axis allowing a decrease of an angular difference defined between these two walls,
  • the second wall having a peripheral edge of which at least a portion is in sealing engagement with the inner surface as it rotates about said axis, and
  • the second wall defining at least one outlet to allow, in response to the decrease of the angular difference, a distribution of the product according to a flow of direction distinct from that of the axis of rotation.

Preferably, the container is designed so that when it rests stably on a surface, the manipulation of the second wall and the Product picking can be done with one hand.

Advantageously, the two walls respectively comprise two faces able to be contiguous at any point when the angular difference is minimal, of to optimize emptying the container.

Moreover, since the product is contained in said housing, the product is preferably accessible only through the outlet, which allows to limit the risks of pollution of the product. When rotating the second wall relative to the first wall, the product is compressed in the housing so as to flow through this outlet to be dispensed out of the device.

For example, the outlet orifice is defined through the second wall to distance from the borders of this wall. Alternatively, it can be level of a free edge of the second wall.

In particular, if we consider an opening of the dwelling delimited by wall edges delimiting said housing, a song of the first wall delimiting for example in part this opening, then the second wall is fit to at least partially close this opening.

Advantageously, the inner surface can be defined at least in part by a continuous surface formed of a plurality of parallel arcs between they whose respective centers belong to the axis of rotation. For example, these arcs can be identical to each other, and can be superimposed on each other other, so as to define with the first wall a volume delimiting a cylinder portion. In this case, both sides of the housing can respectively be defined by continuous surfaces formed of a plurality of connections between at least one point of each of these arcs and the axis of rotation. In particular, at least one of the two walls can be defined by a continuous surface formed of a plurality of spokes whose respective centers belong to the axis of rotation. Thus each connection between a point of an arc of circle and the axis of rotation corresponds to a radius.

In particular, at least one of the two walls, and preferably both walls, can be substantially flat.

According to a first embodiment, the inner surface of the housing defines a sphere portion or spherical portion. In particular, it can be defined in a quarter of a sphere or a half-sphere.

According to a second embodiment, the inner surface of the housing defines a cylinder portion, for example a quarter cylinder.

For example, one of the two walls can be attached to the other of the two walls. For example, they may include means to be mounted in force on each other. For example, ergots presented by the second wall are planned to engage in complementary grooves provided in the container, the axis of rotation of the hinge can pass through these pins.

Alternatively, the two walls can be directly obtained from a only one molding part, in this case an axis of rotation is materialized at the level of a film hinge defined at a junction between these two walls.

For example, the container is obtained by injection. Alternatively, one of the walls is obtained by overmolding a first rigid structure, for example made from polyethylene or polypropylene, with a second elastomer structure, the elastomeric structure delimiting borders of this wall. With such a structure, the housing manufacturing tolerances are absorbed by the elastomeric part which maintains a tight contact and scraping effective rotation of the movable wall relative to the inner surface.

According to a preferred embodiment, the device comprises a suitable support to rest in a stable position on a plane. Preferably, this support has an opening at which the outlet orifice opens, one of which walls being accessible since this opening. The container may for example be clipped into the holder. Alternatively, the support can also be present in the form of a peripheral skirt surrounding the container, this skirt can be obtained simultaneously with the container during the injection of the whole thus formed.

In particular, the subject of the invention is a set comprising two devices as previously described, each device comprising a container, such that the respective containers of these two devices are arranged on both sides of a partition. In this case, and preferably both containers can each cooperate with a separate wing, the two leaves being each rotatably mounted around a clean axis of rotation, but integral with the partition. In particular, these two containers may be symmetrical to each other in relation to a plan passing through that partition. Advantageously, the partition has two flat surfaces vis-à-vis. In this case, and to the extent that two rotary flaps are respectively mounted in cooperation each with a container, the axes of rotation of these wings are then parallel to each other. The two containers can be joined to register in a half sphere. In this case, the flat surfaces on both sides of the partition preferably extend in secant planes, such as the angular difference between these two flat surfaces is of the order of 5 to 15 °, each container having then a volume slightly less than a quarter of a sphere.

La deuxième paroi 3 définit en partie le pourtour extérieur du dispositif 1.FIG. 1 shows a device 1 according to the invention, this device 1 having a container 2 defining a housing 4 adapted to contain a quantity of product to be packaged. An inner surface 5 of the housing 4 is delimited by at least one first wall 6, while a second wall 3 of the device 1 at least partially closes said housing 4 of the container 2. second wall 3 partially defines the outer periphery of the device 1.

The inner surface 5 is defined by a continuous surface formed of a plurality of circular arcs. Each arc has a center arranged on a axis 7 also called centers axis. According to Figures 1 to 3, the arches of circle forming the inner surface 5 are of the same angular aperture, and of same radius. Each arc is furthermore arranged so that both respective ends of each of these arcs align respectively according to two lines 8 and 9. According to Figure 1 lines 8 and 9 are identical and form two straight lines parallel to each other. According to this first embodiment, Figures 1 to 3, an angular opening of these arcs is 90 °.

The first wall 6 is defined by a continuous surface formed of a plurality of links between at least one point of each arc of the circle and the axis of centers 7. Each link is defined in a plane orthogonal to the center axis 7, so that the first wall 6 is also continuous.

The first wall 6 is then flat and is defined in a passing plane by the axis of the centers 7. According to FIG. 1, this first wall 6 passes through one lines passing through the ends of the arcs, in this case here the right 9.

En variante, la deuxième paroi 3 peut être apte à couvrir un écart angulaire 100 relativement à la première paroi 6 supérieur à l'ouverture angulaire de la surface intérieure 5.The second wall 3 is articulated to the first wall 6 so as to can be rotated around the center axis 7, also called axis of rotation 7. An angular difference 100 defined between these two walls 3 and 6 varies. depending on the rotational displacement of the second wall 3 relative to the other. For example, Figures 1 to 3, the angular deviation 100 is intended to vary in the range defined between 90 ° and 0 °. Alternatively, the second wall 3 can be adapted to cover an angular difference 100 relative to the first upper wall 6 at the angular opening of the inner surface 5.

In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 15, the first wall 6 is integral with and partially forms the inner surface 5, the second wall 3 being rotatable around the axis 7. The second wall 3 comes in sealed engagement with the surface interior 5 of the housing during its displacement in rotation about the axis 7. The second wall 3 thus comprises a linear edge 50 elongated along the axis 7, and a second free peripheral edge 51 at which the second wall 3 at least partially in sealing contact with the inner surface 5. The contour of this second free edge 51 is shaped to cooperate with with the inner surface 5.

The releasable interior volume of the housing 4 is defined by the rotation of the second wall 3 around the axis 7 until the maximum angular aperture of the inner surface 5 has been swept and or until the second wall 3 come into abutment against the first wall 6.

Les deux parois 3 et 6 sont alors rotatives autour de l'axe 7.Alternatively, not shown, the first wall 6 can also be mobile relative to the inner surface 5, being itself also articulated around of the axis 7. Thus, a peripheral edge of this first wall 6 also comes into engagement with the inner surface 5 when engaged in rotation around the axis 7. The two walls 3 and 6 are then rotatable about the axis 7.

The container 2 defines an opening 10. FIG. 2, the opening 10 is delimited between the second straight line passing through the ends of arcs, here the right 8, and the axis of the centers 7. The inner surface 5 further comprises here according to Embodiment, Figures 1 and 2, two side portions 11 and 12 extending orthogonal to the axis of the centers 7 so that the housing 4 define a cavity adapted to retain a product such as a cream. These two side portions 11 and 12 define identical disk portions of angular sector equal to or greater than the angular sector of the arc portions of circle of the inner surface 5. The cavity is then defined as a quarter of cylinder, the height of which is defined along the axis of the centers 7.

The product is placed in the container 2, under this second wall 3. In fact, the second wall 3, in cooperation with the housing 4 defines a volume 16. The second wall 3 is provided with an outlet orifice 14 through which the product contained in the volume 16 of the housing 4 can be distributed. Indeed, volume 16 varies in function of the displacement of the second wall 3 relative to the housing 4 around the axis 7, the product being compressed so as to flow through the orifice of exit 14 out of the device 1. The user presses directly on the surface outside the second wall 3, where the outlet 14 opens

The flow of outgoing product is then orthogonal to the wall having said outlet orifice 14. These walls 3 and 6 being rotatable about the axis 7, the axis 7 is included in the thickness of these walls. The outlet orifice 14 necessarily crossing the thickness of the second wall 3, it thus directs a flow of product through it in a direction distinct from that of axis 7.

La présence de cet orifice de sortie 14 sur la deuxième paroi 3 empêche ladite deuxième paroi 3 d'obturer complètement l'ouverture 10.In this case, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the outlet orifice 14 is defined through the second wall 3. The outlet orifice 14 is defined in the second wall 3 near a hinge 13. The presence of this outlet orifice 14 on the second wall 3 prevents said second wall 3 to completely close the opening 10.

Alternatively, the outlet port 14 may be defined at the edge free device 51 of the second wall 3 configured to not come, at less locally to form this orifice 14, in contact with the inner surface 5, or one of the side portions 11 and 12 where appropriate.

As shown in Figure 2, when a user exerts pressure, using at least one of his fingers directly on the second wall 3, the latter is driven in rotation around the hinge 13, formed around the axis 7, and in the extent to which the peripheral edge 51 scrapes against the inner surface 5, and here also against the lateral portions 11 and 12, the product is then concentrated in the housing 4 until the volume 16 is insufficient in relation to the volume of remaining product. The volume of excess product is then expelled through the orifice of exit 14, where the user can take it directly on the finger. The second wall 3 being accessible from the outer periphery of the device 1, the thrust is exerted on the outer surface of the second wall 3 in the same direction that the displacement obtained from this second wall 3.

The second wall 3 has according to FIGS. 1 and 2 a planar structure, it can thus cooperate effectively with the first wall 6, also flat according to the Figures 1 and 2. In particular for maximum emptying of the container 2, both walls 3 and 6 are applied against each other until no longer that a minute film of product between them to be able to be expelled by the orifice of exit 14. Initially, the second wall 3 is planned to come to contact each of the arcs on the line 8, and then come on all the inner curvature of these arcs in intimate contact to ensure the tightness of this junction. This is why the second wall 3 is articulated around an axis passing through the centers of each of these arcs.

In a variant, as is schematically represented in the view in section of Figure 3, the second wall 3 may not be flat, in which case chooses it so that it can nevertheless cooperate just as effectively with the second wall 6. This second wall 6 is then also shaped not flat and especially complementary to that of the second wall 3. Figure 11 represents a device according to the invention for which the two walls 3 and 6 are corrugated, stackable, and attached at the hinge 13 forming the axis 7. The inner surface 5 has, according to the embodiments of the Figures 3 and 11 a structure forming a cylinder portion and for which the inner surface 5 has lateral portions 11 and 12, these portions being planes and preferably having two corrugated and superimposable edges.

Ainsi il n'existe pas de poche résiduelle entre les deux parois 3 et 6, et tout le produit contenu dans la volume 16 peut être expulsé par l'orifice de sortie 14.Preferably, the structure of the second wall 3 is defined so as to it can come to stick in all points against the first wall 6, and so have an optimal restitution rate. The rate of refund means the proportion product that is delivered by such a device 1 relative to the total quantity of product that is packaged there. Thus there is no residual pocket between two walls 3 and 6, and all the product contained in volume 16 can be expelled through the outlet 14.

For this purpose, and in this case, the second wall 3 as the first wall 6 are formed by a plurality of links, each defined in a plane orthogonal to the axis of the centers 7 such that a connection forming one of these walls 3 or 6, defined in the same plane, are superimposable, as is Figure 3. These links may provide a form of curve.

Figures 4 à 7 et 9, 10, 12 et 13, la deuxième paroi 3 présente un bord libre 51 ne comportant aucun segment orthogonal à l'axe 7, la surface intérieure 5 ne comporte alors pas de portions latérales telles que 11 et 12.Figures 4 to 7 and 9, 10, 12 and 13, the second wall 3 has a free edge 51 having no segment orthogonal to the axis 7, the inner surface 5 does not then has no lateral portions such as 11 and 12.

In this case, the second wall 3 and the first wall 6 are of shape identical, preferably flat and respectively forming respectively a half-disk whose radius corresponds to the radius of the quarter sphere defining this surface 5. The outlet orifice 14 is here presented on the second wall 3. By for example, the two walls 3 and 6 and the inner surface 5 are monobloc and are obtained by injection of a thermoplastic material such as polyethylene or polypropylene. The second wall 3 is then molded in alignment with the first wall 6, so that a linear junction between these two walls 3 and 6 forms a thinning along the axis of the centers 7, thus forming the zone of bending, or hinge 13, allowing rotation of the second wall 3.

Figures 5 and 6, the reservoir 2 has a housing 4 defined in a half sphere. In this case, the inner surface 5 is molded separately in the form of hemispherical cup, and the second wall 6 can be molded with the first wall 3 in the form of a disc such that a half of this disc is welded on the edges of this cup, so that a film hinge delimits the edges of this half-disc welded to the cup. The film hinge is defined along a diameter of this disc so as to form two superimposable half-disks forming respectively each of the walls 3 and 6. The second wall 3 is then rotatable around this hinge and can be rotated within the cup.

In particular, the cup may have, on its inner periphery, two diametrically opposite pins to come support the second wall 6 at its placed on the cup formed by the inner surface 5. These two lugs outcrop in the same plane as the edges of the cup. Preferably, has the film hinge resting on these two lugs. In this case, the gap angle can vary from at least 180 ° to 0 ° so as to progressively decrease the hemispheric volume.

Le bord périphérique 51 vient racler le pourtour intérieur de la surface intérieure 5.According to the sectional view of FIG. 6, a thrust exerted according to the arrow 15 causes the second wall 3 in rotation around the hinge film 13 se superimposed with the axis of the centers 7. The compressed product in the housing 4 whose volume 16 decreases is thus pushed through the outlet orifice 14. The peripheral edge 51 scrapes the inner periphery of the inner surface 5.

According to a particular embodiment, at least the second wall 3 is obtained by overmolding a first rigid structure 17, for example into polyethylene or polypropylene, with an elastomeric material 18, this material elastomer preferably constituting the peripheral rim 51 in contact with the inner surface 5. Thus the scraping is done optimally. As represented in FIG. 7, a second wall 3 thus overmoulded capable of being mounted on one of the containers according to Figures 4 to 6 is thus shown.

In particular, this second wall 3, FIG. 7, has two lugs 19 and 20 diametrically opposed and able to cooperate with two throats complementary elements presented by the inner surface 5 or the second wall 6, of to form the hinge 13 around which the second wall 3 can be rotated. The position of the grooves and lugs can be respectively reversed. In all cases, the two complementary grooves are arranged along an axis corresponding to the axis of the centers 7 of the surface inside 5.

Figure 12, an alternative embodiment of a device 1 according to the invention has a second wall 3 such that its peripheral edge 51 defines a irregular curve with no segment extending orthogonally to axis 7. In particular, the irregular curve of Figure 12 has three protuberances respectively 52, 53 and 54 extending orthogonally to the axis 7. In a complementary manner, the inner surface 5 is part of a cup irregular.

As a variant, FIG. 13, the second wall 3 is triangular, the edge peripheral 51 defining two sides of this triangle, the third side forming a base 50 extending along the axis of rotation 7. In this example, the orifice 14 is located at a distance from the axis 7, in the point defined by this triangle. Heights such as 55, orthogonal to axis 7, defining respectively radii for the corresponding circular arcs and forming the inner surface 5.

Cette excroissance a en particulier, et selon une vue en coupe longitudinale, une section triangulaire 21 dépassant d'un bord 22 de la portion de cylindre 23.Figures 8 and 14, an alternative embodiment of a container 2 made according to the the embodiments of the invention is shown, FIG. 8 corresponding to a view of above the container of Figure 14. The inner surface 5 has in this variant a cylinder portion shape, the cylinder portion further comprising a radial outgrowth, forming a rod portion of the same angular aperture than the cylinder portion. This growth has in particular, and according to a view in longitudinal section, a triangular section 21 protruding from an edge 22 of the cylinder portion 23.

In all the examples of device according to the invention represented on the Figures 1 to 6, the container 2 has a wall thickness always substantially identical whether to define the inner surface 5 or the first wall 6. As a result, a container 2 always has at least one wall curved exterior. Therefore, such a device can not necessarily be stably positioned on plans such as shelves, while orienting upwardly the outlet orifice 14 so as to prevent leakage of product by gravity.

To be able to place a device according to the invention stably on a plan, we can choose to propose a container whose wall thickness varies, from in order to propose at least two secant plane faces on the outer periphery of the inner surface 5.

Alternatively, one can also choose to mount the container 2 in a 24. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the support 24 has a cylindrical structure, having a base 25 on which it can rest from stably. The support 24 further includes an opening 26 through which the container 2 can be inserted into the support 24. The opening 26 is parallel to the 25. It extends orthogonally to a longitudinal axis X of the support 24. By For example, the container 2 has an external flange to cooperate with a complementary relief of the inner periphery of the support 24, in order to be retained in this support 24.

For example this lid is configured to be screwed on a thread 28 presented on the outside perimeter of a collar defining the opening 26.

Les deux récipients peuvent être symétriques l'un de l'autre relativement à un plan passant par la cloison 31.In particular, Figures 9, 10 and 15, a first container 29 and a second container 30 respectively such that 2 are defined on both sides of a partition 31. Each of the two containers 29 and 30 comprises for the occasion a leaf 32 and respectively 33, materializing the second walls such as 3, each flapping cooperating with the inner surface such as 5 of one of the containers. The partition 31 extends orthogonally to the opening planes such as 10 of these two at the opening 26. The two receptacles may be symmetrical, one of them the other in relation to a plane passing through partition 31.

Each container 29 and 30 defines, for example, Figures 9 and 10, a chamber in portion of sphere, and in this case substantially quarter-sphere. The leaves 32 and 33 are then in the form of a half-disk, and are respectively connected by a hinge film 34 and respectively 35 to a central band 36 in length substantially equal to the inside diameter of each of the two containers 29 and 30.

This central strip 36 is intended to cooperate with a portion 37 of the partition 31, so as to ensure the retention of these leaves on their container respective, so that this cooperation is able to resist the constraints which will then be applied to them, especially when the wings will be rotated around their respective hinges in order to make a produced out of said containers. In this case, the two hinges are parallel to each other. Preferably, the central strip 36 has tabs elastically deformable such as 60 adapted to be engaged by snapping in complementary grooves such as 61 provided in the portion 37.

In particular, to reinforce the latching, the portion 37 comprises at less a pinion 62 engaged through a complementary groove 63 formed in the central band 36.

Preferably two different products are packaged in both In particular, there are products whose mixture does not should be realized only a very short time before the application, to prevent them from mutually degrade. Advantageously, and to the extent that these two products are intended to be mixed before application, we have preferably, outlet orifices 38 and 39, respectively, such as 14 for each of the leaves 32 and 33 near the central strip 36. These orifices of output 38 and 39 are for example slightly offset relative to each other so as not to be symmetrical to one another in relation to a passing plane by the partition 31 so as to avoid any involuntary contamination of both containers.

Alternatively, Figure 15, if both products are intended for use well separated, for example one day and one night, both holes can be arranged in more central regions of their respective leaves, in order to limit the risk of product exit in the vicinity of each other.

Selon cet exemple, l'utilisatrice a déjà prélevé du produit disposé sous le battant 33, alors qu'aucun produit n'a encore été prélevé du récipient 29.In all cases, as shown in Figure 10, a user may have taken only one side of the product, pressing only one of the two leaves. Indeed, the two hinges 34 and 35 are independent one of the other. According to this example, the user has already taken from the product placed under the beating 33, while no product has yet been taken from the container 29.

Figure 15, les deux battants 32 et 33 sont en forme de triangle rectangle inscrits dans une ouverture 26 également triangulaire, tel que l'axe de rotation 7 soit orthogonal à une base du triangle isocèle formé par cette ouverture 26.Figure 15, the two leaves 32 and 33 are in the shape of a right triangle inscribed in an opening 26 also triangular, such as the axis of rotation 7 is orthogonal to a base of the isosceles triangle formed by this opening 26.

For the filling of such conditioning devices, either the container is filled before the second wall such as 3, 32 or 33 is folded down on the container, or the housing 4 is filled while the second wall already closes. part the opening such as 10 of this container. In the latter case, the product may be introduced directly via the outlet orifice 14.

Throughout the description, the phrase "with one" must be considered to be synonymous with "having at least one" unless the opposite is specified.

In the examples, the angular aperture of the inner surface 5 is the order of 90 ° or 180 °, but this angular opening can take any value strictly less than 360 °, and preferably less than or equal to 270 °.
