Definitions
- the invention relates to a luminaire, in particular safety or escape sign luminaire, with a housing which has at least one light exit surface, and with a connectable to the housing wall bracket for releasably securing the Luminaire on a particular vertical mounting surface.
- the housing with at least have a lateral light exit surface.
- the light exit surface is for example formed by a disk with a pictogram and at corresponding
- the light can be pictographed as a safety or escape sign light in one Emergency lighting system can be used.
- the housing is usually made Plastic and has appropriate means for releasably securing the lamp to a Ceiling or wall.
- For ceiling mounting is used for example a pendulum suspension and for attachment to a wall or other vertical mounting surface a wall bracket.
- the wall bracket must have some stability so that it can withstand the weight of the Can carry light with all lighting components.
- the wall bracket should do not sag visible. For this reason, such a wall bracket in usually made of a relatively thick, stable material or on another Stabilized, which always translates into increased costs.
- the attachment between the housing and wall bracket is usually done by Screws.
- the invention is based on the object, a lamp of the type mentioned to be improved so that with sufficient stability of the attachment means a wall bracket at the same time to make the assembly faster and easier and to reduce the manufacturing costs.
- the assembly the luminaire housing simplifies and is quickly possible.
- the wall bracket will first attached to the corresponding mounting surface and then the counter-engagement element by corresponding displacement of the housing relative to Wall bracket brought into engagement with the engagement member.
- the dismantling takes place analogously by separation of engagement and counter-engagement element.
- the displacement of the housing takes place relative to Wall bracket especially in the direction of the mounting surface, so that the distance between this and the case can be as small as possible.
- This will be a Excessive load on the wall bracket due to the weight of the housing with corresponding Luminaire components reduced.
- Separate fasteners for example in the form of screws or the like, are not required.
- a special tool for connecting housing and Wall bracket unnecessary.
- the wall bracket can therefore be made of a relatively thin and inexpensive material be without a bending or sagging is to be feared.
- the housing in particular along the wall bracket closer to the mounting surface closer, can Engaging and counter-engagement element between insertion and holding position in the longitudinal direction be the wall boom relative to each other displaced. Further simplified the displacement, when this is substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the Wall boom takes place and not yet motion components vertically and / or occur transversely to the longitudinal direction during the displacement.
- a simple design of the wall bracket can be seen therein, if this a bottom plate releasably secured at one end to the mounting surface is.
- the releasable attachment to the mounting surface can be otherwise usual Way done by screwing, clipping, hanging or the like.
- Such Base plate is easy to produce from a sheet metal or the like.
- the Engagement element formed as in the bottom plate extending engagement recess is.
- a rail-like element is arranged, on which the corresponding counter-engagement element is hung or pushed onto this and then held in the holding position, for example by latching.
- the order a corresponding engagement recess is structurally simpler and a Such recess can already in the production of wall bracket by simple Punching or the like can be produced.
- the engagement recess may be an insertion end to the Insert and have a holding end portion for holding the counter-engagement element and while the counter-engagement element along the engagement recess between Insertion and Craigendabites be displaced.
- the insertion position is by inserting in the insertion end portion and the holding position by sliding into the holding end portion realized.
- the holding end portion may be made smaller in size than the insertion end portion and in particular an edge region of the holding end portion of the Underride counter-engagement element in holding position at least partially.
- the counter-engagement element without difficulty by correspondingly large dimensions the insertion end can be inserted into this and then along the engagement recess is displaceable up to the holding end portion.
- the partial gripping can be realized in one embodiment, characterized that the counter-engagement element is undercut. In this undercut engages the corresponding edge region of the holding end portion, so that a release of the housing is prevented by the wall bracket.
- this can be as be formed by the housing projecting, substantially T-shaped pin. Of the upper T-bar is in this context of the corresponding edge area the Garendabitess under attacked. There is also the possibility that the counter-engagement element is substantially pin-shaped and in the direction of the housing has running, lateral slots, can engage in the edge region.
- the counter-engagement element can be a substantially flat headboard and extending from this towards the housing footboard exhibit.
- the headboard is usually circular or elliptical or otherwise formed oval, wherein the insertion end has a corresponding shape.
- the headboard on all sides protrudes substantially radially outwardly beyond the foot part. That way that can Head part in holding position with appropriate shaping of Garendeabitess also be attacked at its lying in the direction of the front.
- the wall bracket can be a substantially along
- the attachment surface extending bearing limb in particular can also serve for lateral support of the housing.
- the lateral support can be done in this context that the Housing rests against the plant leg.
- the plant leg can only serve, however, on the mounting surface without the direct attachment of the wall bracket over the plant leg done in this area.
- Edge walls at least in places from the bottom plate on the side facing away from the housing Protruding top of the bottom plate.
- the production of the wall bracket is further simplified and cheaper if the wall bracket is formed from a one-piece sheet metal material.
- Such Sheet material can be made of a thin metal or of a plastic material be formed.
- the plant leg can at its remote from the bottom plate lower end one of the Attachment surface in the direction of the housing facing support legs have. This serves for lateral support of the housing.
- Abstützschenkel or other devices in addition or also instead of the Abstützschenkels at the lower end along the other longitudinal extent of the plant leg are arranged.
- a simple embodiment of such a support leg can be seen therein be formed when this essentially as lying L-shaped Abwinkelschenkel is. This can be made by having a lower end of the abutment leg is folded over twice so that the longer L-leg towards Housing points and the shorter L-leg at the end of the longer L-leg in Direction bottom plate has and rests on the side of the housing in holding position. The order this Abwinkelschenkels can be chosen so that it is in the holding position extends flush with the bottom of the housing.
- the wall bracket can at least a latching element, with which a counter-latching element of the housing in Holding position is in latching engagement.
- This latching engagement serves on the one hand for identification the production of the holding position by tactile perception when moving out Insertion in holding position and on the other hand, it prevents an automatic or easy leaving the stop position.
- latching and counter-latching elements can be used as parts of engaging and counter-engagement element are formed.
- the locking element as a detent opening in the bottom plate and the counter-locking element are formed as a latching projection on a housing top.
- the electrical supply of the lamp is usually optically invisible or at least clad from an upper side of the housing.
- the bottom plate can at least a further recess for at least one protruding from the housing top
- Anformelement such as suspension element, line feedthrough element or the like, have, along which recess the molding element between insertion position and holding position is displaceable.
- the line feedthrough element is as an existing opening or still to be made opening in the housing top educated.
- the suspension can be an additional element that too a suspension of the lamp regardless of the wall bracket by otherwise known Means, such as screwing or the like, allows.
- the housing top directly to a The underside of the wall boom or the bottom plate rest, so that at this point essentially no gap or gap is formed.
- the pressing of the housing top to the underside of the bottom plate can in this context thereby be achieved, for example, the edge region of the engagement recess in the direction of displacement in the direction of holding position ramp-shaped or diagonally upwards in Towards the mounting surface increases and thereby the housing gradually to the bottom the bottom plate is approximated and pressed against it stronger.
- a stiffening element in the transition from the bottom plate to the plant leg can be arranged.
- An example of such a stiffening element is for example a formed as a notch deformation of base plate and plant leg in this Transition area.
- Other conceivable stiffening elements are rib-like Structures or the like, for example, between bottom of the bottom plate and the exterior of the abutment leg facing the housing.
- the wall bracket can a cover for placing on the bottom plate having edge walls.
- the seating can be done both from above, i. from the Housing opposite side as well as by sliding towards the mounting surface respectively.
- FIG 1 an embodiment of a lamp 1 according to the invention in a perspective View from diagonally above and in front.
- the lamp 1 has a Housing 2 with lateral light exit surface 3 and a wall bracket 4 for releasable Attachment to a mounting surface 5 in the form of, for example, a wall.
- the housing 2 has on the light exit surface 3 opposite side facing away from another analog light exit surface and optionally on a housing bottom 20 also has a light exit surface.
- the lateral light exit surfaces 3 are in particular with a corresponding pictogram suitable for safety or escape sign luminaires.
- the housing 2 has at its bottom of the housing or the lower end 20 opposite Upper housing 33 different, of these protruding elements 7, 35 on.
- the element 7 serves as a counter-engagement element, with one in one substantially flat bottom plate 11 of the wall bracket 4 formed engagement element 6 is engageable.
- Engaging and counter-engagement elements 6, 7 are provided in pairs in the bottom plate 11 and on the housing top 33, respectively.
- molding elements 35 are provided, which are insertable into corresponding recesses 34 in the bottom plate 11.
- Such Anformemia 35 serve for example for fastening the housing 2 to others Facilities as the illustrated wall bracket 4 or for the implementation of Supply lines in the interior of the housing 2.
- Anformmaschine 35 are arranged in pairs.
- the bottom plate 11 is along its longitudinal sides and along at least one transverse side provided with edge walls 22, 23 and 24 extending from an upper surface 25 of the bottom plate 11 up, i. away from the housing 2, extend.
- the edge walls 22 to 24 extend in the illustrated embodiment perpendicular to the bottom plate 11th
- the wall bracket 4 still has a plant leg 21, which is perpendicular extends to the bottom plate 11 along a side surface of the housing 2 and at the attachment surface 5 rests and is releasably secured there.
- the plant leg 21 is connected at the end 12 with the bottom plate 11 and together with this and the corresponding edge walls and recesses in one piece educated.
- a material for the wall bracket 4 is a thin sheet metal or also used plastic material.
