Während dieser Bewegung befindet sich das Rangierpersonal auf einem Rangiertritt, der an einem Wagenende angebracht ist, innerhalb des Rangierfreiraumes. Sie reduziert jedoch den Verstellbereich der oberen Ladeebene von insgesamt 500 mm auf lediglich 150 mm und stellt demzufolge eine außergewöhnlich große Einschränkung der Betriebstauglichkeit dar, die einen freizügigen internationalen und wirtschaftlichen Einsatz der Güterwagen verhindert. Somit ist diese Möglichkeit aus Sicht des Betreibers bzw. Die klappbare Abdeckung ist an der Wagenaußenseite mit einem Geländer versehen. Claims (4)
