Claims (21)
- Türblatt (1) auf der Basis von Holzwerkstoffen für eine Schallschutztür mit einer mehrschichtigen Türblatteinlage (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Türblatteinlage (3) in abwechselnder Aufeinanderfolge mehrere Schichten aus relativ weniger dichtem, elastischerem Holzwerkstoff (12, 13) und mehrere Schichten (10, 14) aus relativ dichtem, festerem Holzwerkstoff aufweist. - Türblatt nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine elastische Zwischenschicht (11) aus mineralischen Füllstoffen, die durch Binder zusammengehalten sind, vorgesehen ist. - Türblatt nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine dauerelastische Zwischenschicht (11) Polyurethan als Binder aufweist. - Türblatt nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dauerelastische Zwischenschicht (11) eine Schwerschicht aus Polyurethan mit mineralischen sandhaltigen Füllstoffen aufweist, die wenigstens einseitig, vorzugsweise beidseitig, mit einem Abdeckvlies versehen ist. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine elastische Zwischenschicht eine Dicke von ca. 1 bis 6 mm und/oder eine Dichte von ca. 800 bis 2200 kg/m3 aufweist. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichten weniger dichten, elastischeren Holzwerkstoffen aus, insbesondere stranggepresster, Vollspanplatte (12, 13) bestehen. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichten dichteren, festerem Holzwerkstoff aus hochdichter Faserplatte (10, 14) bestehen. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens drei Schichten (12, 13) des elastischeren Holzwerkstoffes vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen jeweils Schichten (10) aus dem dichteren, festen Holzwerkstoff angeordnet sind. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei äußere Schichten (11, 14) aus dem festeren Holzwerkstoff vorgesehen sind, die einen Schichtverbund (10 - 12 - 10 - 13) aus Schichten aus dem elastischeren Holzwerkstoff mit zwischengelegte(n/r) innere(n/r) Schicht(en) aus dem festeren Holzwerkstoff zwischen sich aufnehmen. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Schichten (12, 13) unterschiedlicher Dicke aus dem elastischeren Holzwerkstoff und/oder mehrere Schichten (10,14, 17) unterschiedlicher Dicke aus dem festeren Holzwerkstoff vorgesehen ist. - Türblatt nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine innere Schicht (13) aus dem elastischeren Holzwerkstoff dicker ist als zwei diese umgebende Schichten (12) aus dem elastischeren Holzwerkstoff. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine innere Spanplattenschicht (13) eine Dicke von 12 bis 22 mm, vorzugsweise 16 bis 17 mm, und wenigstens zwei die wenigstens eine innere Spanplattenschicht (13) unter Zwischenlage von HDF-Schichten (10) zwischen sich aufnehmende äußeren Spanplattenschichten (12) eine Dicke von 8 bis 18 mm, vorzugsweise 11 bis 14 mm aufweisen. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass äußere Schichten (14) festen Holzwerkstoffes dicker als eine oder mehrere weiter innen liegende(n) Schicht(en) (10) festen Holzwerkstoffes sind. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei HDF-Platten (14) von 4 bis 7 mm Dicke wenigstens eine HDF-Platte (10) von 2 bis 5 mm Dicke zwischen sich aufnehmen. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, soweit auf einen der Ansprüche 2 bis 5 zurückbezogen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei der elastischen Zwischenschichten (11) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils zwischen einer außenseitigen Schicht der Türblatteinlage (3) und der nächstinneren Schicht angeordnet sind. - Türblatt nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine dritte der elastischen Zwischenschichten (11) vorgesehen ist, die beidseits durch wenigstens einen festen Holzwerkstoff - elastischer Holzwerkstoff-Verbund von den beiden anderen elastischen Zwischenlagen (11) getrennt ist. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zusätzliche schalldämmende Aufsatzplatte (16) vorgesehen ist. - Türblatt nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufsatzplatte (16) auf einen Türblattverbund (2, 3, 6, 7) mittels Einhängebeschlägen (19) aufgehängt ist. - Türblatt nach einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufsatzplatte (16) zwei Schichten (17) aus dem festen Holzwerkstoff aufweist, die eine elastische Zwischenschicht (11) aus Polyurethan mit Mineralfüllstoffen zwischen sich aufnehmen und mit PU-Kleber mit dieser verleimt sind. - Türblatt nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch einen Türblattrahmen (2) aus Schichtholz, insbesondere Furnierschichtholz. - Türblatt nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichtholzlagen senkrecht zur Türblattfläche verlaufen.
