Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a footwear of a new type for protecting the feet and legs of a user during the practice of an external sport.
  • Such an article of footwear is in particular disclosed in FR-A-2 656 776 or WO-A-01 89335.
  • the invention aims to improve the protection and comfort of users, and increase production volumes of such items.
  • the invention proposes to provide a range of joints having different strength characteristics to adapt to the physiological differences between the users of such footwear and / or the differences between sports for which said footwear can be used.
  • the first shell, to which the joint is linked can be used without technical modification (possibly some aesthetic differences), for multiple sports and for all users whose feet have substantially the same dimensions (ie the same size).
  • the second shell to which the joint is linked, can be used without technical modification. fundamental for all users whose feet have roughly the same dimensions. In other words, one can provide a range of similar second hulls to cover a range of sports. There may exist within the range of second hulls some minor technical differences (slight shortening of the rod in some cases) between the second hulls for the practice of certain sports.
  • the invention relates to an assembly according to claim 1.
  • the mechanical characteristics of the joints will be better adapted to the physiological characteristics (in particular weight and muscular strength) of the users and on the other hand it is possible, without having to design a new product, to cover a wide range of sports such as mountain bikes, snowboarding, mountain biking or rollerblading.
  • the second shell of the first footwear is substantially identical to the second shell of the second footwear item.
  • the articulation is distinct from the first shell and the second shell, and the articulation of the first article of footwear is substitutable for the articulation of the second article of footwear. and vice versa.
  • the articulation of the first article is substitutable for the articulation of the second article, in particular when the space in the first and second shells of the second article of footwear is for the first articulation, and the first articulation coincide with the fixation zones of the first shell and the second shell of the second article of footwear, said fixing zones -aid securing means for maintaining the joint on the first and second shells.
  • the seller to store on the one hand the footwear without articulation and on the other hand the joints, and to perform the assembly according to the physiological characteristics of the client and the sport he wishes to practice, without having to store all possible combinations, which reduces the stock
  • each footwear element allows rotation of the rod relative to the body along two axes of rotation substantially perpendicular to each other and a translation of the axes. joints relative to the body to bring the axes of rotation of the joint substantially in accordance with the axes of rotation of the foot relative to the leg of the user.
  • the boot adapts to the morphology of the user, provides greater mobility and a feeling of greater flexibility by following more accurately the complexity of the movement of the ankle.
  • the ribs of the first article of footwear and the ribs of the second article of footwear are made of different materials.
  • the two elastically deformable elements have different mechanical characteristics.
  • the characteristics of resistance to deformation can be adapted more precisely to the protection requirements of the user, particularly because of the imperfect symmetry of the ball joint connection between the foot and the leg.

  • the rod 4 In the extreme extended position, the rod 4 abuts at the rear on the body 2 and the pivots 24, 26 abut at the lower end 28b, 30b of the grooves 28, 30.
  • the amplitude ⁇ 2 of the extension movement authorized by the articulation device 6 is about 30 degrees with respect to the initial position shown in FIG. 1.
  • the structures 14, 14 'furthermore allow, by their parallelogram geometry, a lateral deformation in a direction substantially parallel to the elongation direction 8, in order to accompany the user's foot in his movements of pronation, supination and his movements. torsion handsets.
  • the upper branches 16a, 18a approach by deformation of the front and rear apex zones 22 of the lower branches 16b, 18b.
  • the pivot 24 approaches the upper end 28a of the groove 28.
  • the upper branches depart from the lower branches by deformation of the front and rear apex zones.
  • the pivot 26 approaches the lower end 26b of the groove 26.
  • the pivot 24 abuts on the upper end 28a of the groove 28 and the pivot 26 abuts on the lower end 26b of the groove 26.
