Definitions

  • the invention relates to a handgun, in particular pistol, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a handgun is from the US 5 216 191 A known.
  • the US 5 216 191 A discloses a handgun which includes a liner, a closure, a barrel, and a control mechanism for controlling the locking of the closure to the barrel.
  • the control mechanism includes one on the insert arranged control and an associated open cam on a control lug of the barrel.
  • the control is executed here as a solid and integral with the insert running connecting web between the side walls of the insert.
  • the object of the invention is to make a handgun of the type mentioned so that their maintenance is more efficient and cheaper to wear.
  • control of the locking and unlocking takes place via an open control cam on the barrel as well as a control shaft interchangeably arranged in receiving bores of an insert.
  • the impetus for the locking or unlocking provides the slide displaceably guided on the insert, which is first moved back by the recoil and then pushed by a closing spring back to the front.
  • the control axis is an uncomplicated component which can be produced in a simple and cost-effective manner as a turned part, which can be easily mounted and quickly and inexpensively replaced in the event of possible wear or destruction.
  • the control axis used in the insert can be quickly and easily replaced without major installation effort and without special expertise. Any wear is compensated by using different diameters of the control axis.
  • control axle has no other functions as a catch lever, disassembly lever or similar.
  • the handgun can also be dismantled easily and quickly.
  • Also provided on the barrel and cooperating with the control axis open cam does not require high production costs and is inexpensive to produce.
  • the control mechanism formed by the open cam and the interchangeable control axis is insensitive to dirt and ensures high reliability.
  • the interchangeable control shaft is inserted in a simple manner in mutually aligned receiving holes on two opposite side cheeks of the insert. This allows a particularly simple assembly and disassembly.
  • the cooperating with the control axis open cam is provided on a control lug on the underside of the barrel. It includes an inclined control surface which, together with the control shaft for tilting the barrel, provides for unlocking the handgun during reverse movement of the shutter.
  • the cam also includes a parallel to the barrel axis locking surface for locking the barrel with the shutter closed.
  • the insert consists of two spaced side cheeks, which are interconnected at their front end via a lower connecting web.
  • the insert is expediently produced as a one-piece stamped and bent part made of a metal sheet, for example steel sheet.
  • FIGS. 1 to 3 is the upper part of a handgun with an insert 1, a slidably guided on the insert 1 closure 2 and a barrel 3 shown schematically.
  • Serving insert 1 is installed in a per se known, not shown handle.
  • insert 1 consists of a rail-shaped curved molding with two upstanding, spaced-apart side walls 4 and 5, which are connected to each other at its front end via a lower connecting web 6.
  • For longitudinal guidance of the closure 2 on the insert 1 are at the top of the two side cheeks 4 and 5 outwardly bent front guide webs 7 for in FIG. 3 shown guide grooves 8 provided on the inside of the closure 2.
  • guide grooves 8 provided on the inside of the closure 2.
  • the two side walls 4 and 5 also aligned openings for various bearing or guide pins are also introduced.
  • circular openings 9 are arranged for the shaft of a Zerleghebels.
  • holes 11 are provided for a trigger shaft. Above the holes 11 are located in the two side walls 4 and 5 of the insert 1 also two aligned circular receiving openings 12 for one explained in more detail below - in the FIGS. 1 to 3 Also shown in detail not described breakthroughs, recesses or approaches for operating or functional elements of the handgun can be provided on the insert 1.
  • the insert 1 described above is in a particularly advantageous manner as a one-piece stamped and bent part made of a metal sheet, preferably sheet steel.
  • FIG. 4 is shown on the insert 1 in the longitudinal direction slidably guided closure 2. It contains an ejection opening 15 with a front closure-side locking surface 16, at the closed closure 2 according to FIG. 2 a running-side locking surface 17 comes to rest.
  • the shutter 2 includes in a conventional manner, in addition to a front barrel opening 18 and an abutment 19 arranged underneath for a closing spring in a FIG. 1 shown rear receiving bore 20 for a firing pin, not shown.
  • the in FIG. 5 individually illustrated barrel 3 contains a designed as a bolt block chamber 21, on the front side, the running-side closure surface 17 is located.
  • a control lug 22 is formed, which includes an open cam with a parallel to the barrel axis extending blocking surface 23 and an inclined control surface 24.
  • the control surface 24 is provided on a helical groove 22 in the control projection 22 extending.
  • the shutter 2 is in its closed position.
  • the executed as a solid block chamber 21 of the barrel 3 is adapted in its shape and dimension to the ejector 15 of the shutter 2, that insert its edges in the ejector 15 and thus provide a firm connection between the shutter 2 and the barrel 3 ,
  • the barrel 3 rests with its lower blocking surface 23 on the control shaft 13, whereby a tilting of the barrel 3 is prevented.
  • the shutter 2 and the barrel 3 move together as a result of the recoil first together a short distance back until the control shaft 13 enters the oblique groove 25 and to rest against the inclined control surface 24. Then the barrel 3 is tilted down, whereby the shutter 2 continues its backward movement unhindered and can be done a reloading.
  • FIG. 3 is the shutter 2 of the handgun in the open or unlocked position.
  • the barrel 3 is tilted down after the returning shutter 2 has first taken the barrel 3 and the barrel 3 was controlled after the immersion of the control shaft 13 in the oblique guide groove 25 down.
