Abstract

L'invention concerne une nouvelle masse de moulage par injection de poudre métallique contenant a) 40 à 70 % en volume de poudre métallique, dont au moins 50 % en poids, relativement à la quantité totale de métal, d'une poudre à teneur en fer dont les particules d'au moins 90 % en poids, relativement à la quantité de cette poudre à teneur en fer, ont un diamètre effectif d'au moins 40 micromètres, b) 30 à 60 % en volume d'un liant thermoplastique, et c) 0 à 5 % en volume d'auxiliaires de dispersion et/ou d'autres auxiliaires, au choix. Cette masse de moulage est moulée par injection, les pièces ainsi moulées par injection sont débarrassées du liant puis frittées.
