Definitions
- the invention relates to a positive displacement pump with a wing for mutual separation of the two chambers in the housing space of the pump housing, having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a vane pump which has a divided wing, wherein the mutually facing ends of the wing parts have teeth and tooth gaps over which they engage with each other.
- the two wing parts are not adequately supported at their facing ends against tangential forces acting on the wing tips.
- a positive displacement pump in which the wing consists of two wing sections, the tiered facing end faces are formed and the individual stages nut- and spring-like mesh. Although such a wing can be changed in its length, however, the individual wing sections are supported only slightly from each other.
- the object underlying the invention is now to provide a positive displacement pump in which the wing parts are better supported against acting on the wing tips forces.
- the two wing sections abut each other at their mutually facing side surfaces and are thereby secured against tilting. Guiding the two wing sections is provided by the two facing side surfaces having grooves and tongues extending in the longitudinal direction of the wing, i. which are orthogonal to the drive shaft.
- the two wing sections can only slide together in the longitudinal direction and are prevented by the grooves and springs, to shift in the direction of the drive shaft.
- the wing sections are formed symmetrically, have a flat profile and / or that the wing sections are identical. These embodiments have the significant advantage that the wing sections are relatively simple and thus inexpensive to produce and that, in particular, by the identical design of the wing sections, storage is simplified.
- each wing section has, at least in sections, the complete height, length and / or thickness of the wing.
- the grooves and springs are designed to form a labyrinth seal.
- the space between the grooves and springs is dimensioned so that temperature fluctuations of the wing do not lead to jamming or loss of leadership.
- the grooves have a depth which corresponds to 20% to 50%, in particular 25% to 33%, of the thickness of the wing.
- a groove depth of 25% of the thickness of the wing the advantage is achieved that the entire wing has substantially the same wall thickness, so that in injection-molded wings no cavities must be provided so that the stability of the wing is not affected.
- a preferred embodiment provides that the wing sections have uniform wall thicknesses. This creates the possibility that the wing sections can be easily manufactured by injection molding. Die castings made by die casting are also conceivable.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a total of 10 designated positive displacement pump, which a Pump housing 12 and a cylinder head 14 includes, in which a drive shaft 16 is mounted.
- a rotor 18 is mounted, which has a parallel to the axis of the drive shaft 16 recess 20 which extends through the rotor center in the illustrated embodiment, wherein in the recess 20 a generally designated 22 wings is slidably mounted.
- the wing 22 protrudes with its two ends 24 and 26 out of the recess 20 of the rotor 18 and is by means of sealing strips 28 on the inner peripheral wall 30 of the rotor 18 at.
- the sealing strips 28 are pivotally attached to the ends 24 and 26, so that they rest permanently on the inner peripheral wall 30 via two line contacts.
- the ends 24 and 26 may lie directly against the inner peripheral wall 30 of the rotor 18.
- the wing 22 is shown in a perspective view and it is clearly seen that this apart from the two sealing strips 28 consists of two wing sections 32 and 34.
- the two wing sections 32 and 34 are identical and lie with their side surfaces 36 to each other. These side surfaces 36 are provided with grooves 38 and springs 40 which extend in an alternating sequence in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the blade 22, i. orthogonal to the axis of the drive shaft 16 are aligned.
- the cross section of the grooves 38 and springs 40 is substantially rectangular, as is apparent from the cross section V-V in Figure 5.
- each wing section 32 and 34 is offset by a shoulder 42 in its length and height and that the two wing sections 32 and 34 via a paragraph 44 in the Thickness is deposited.
- each wing section 32 and 34 extends over approximately 90% of the overall length of the wing 22, which has the advantage that the wing sections 32 and 34 are supported within the recess 20 at points radially outwardly, ie radially outward Area of the rotor circumference are, so that the tilting moments relatively high counter moments can be met. The tilting tendency is thus reduced to a minimum.
- Figure 3 which shows a section III-III through the center of the wing 22 in the longitudinal direction, shows the engagement of the spring 40 of the wing section 34 in the grooves 38 of the wing section 32 and in particular the over a wide range extending overlap, resulting in a optimal guidance, on the other hand causes a very good seal.
- the springs 40 bear not only with their side surfaces on the side walls of the grooves 38, but are also based with their base at the bottom of the groove 38 from.
- Such a configured wing 22 can be extended by more than 50% of its length, yet provides optimum rigidity and guidance, and does not tend to tilt within the recess 20 of the rotor 18.
- FIG. 5 clearly shows how the wing section 34 completely overlaps the wing section 32 on the upper side shown there, thereby also undergoing support on the opposite side of the recess 20.
- the grooves 38 and springs 40 extend over about 20% of the total thickness of the blade 22, thereby providing the uniform thicknesses of the wing sections 32 and 34 as much as possible.

Description
- Figur 1:
- eine schaubildliche perspektivische Ansicht in den geöffneten Gehäuseraum einer Verdrängerpumpe;
- Figur 2:
- eine perspektivische Darstellung des Pumpenflügels;
- Figur 3:
- einen Schnitt III-III gemäß Figur 4 durch die Längsseite des Flügels;
- Figur 4:
- einen Schnitt IV-IV gemäß Figur 3; und
- Figur 5:
