Abstract
Description
- Le tambour entraíne le fil de trame par rotation, le fil étant enroulé sur le tambour et se déroulant, à partir de celui-ci, de façon tangentielle.
- On utilise comme second actionneur un servomoteur électrique et on commande ce servomoteur à couple sensiblement constant. Ceci permet d'obtenir une tension sensiblement constante du fil de trame, entre le compensateur et la faucille.
- La commande de la position angulaire du tambour est effectuée de telle sorte que la tension du fil de trame, en aval du donneur et du dispositif de compensation, est sensiblement égale à une valeur pré-déterminée.
- Les moyens de mesure sont aptes à détecter la position d'une partie mobile du second actionneur et à générer un signal électrique de commande de l'actionneur d'entraínement du tambour. Le second actionneur peut être un servomoteur rotatif ou un servomoteur linéaire. De façon avantageuse, le second actionneur est alimenté de façon à générer un couple sensiblement constant.
- L'actionneur électrique peut entraíner plusieurs tambours, alors que les moyens de mesure sont aptes à déterminer la position commune de plusieurs organes mobiles qui définissent la trajectoire des fils de trame entraínés par ces tambours. Dans ce cas, un second actionneur peut être apte à déplacer simultanément les organes mobiles, alors que les moyens précités sont aptes à mesurer la position de se second actionneur et à générer un signal électrique de commande de l'actionneur d'entraínement des tambours.
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématique de principe d'un dispositif conforme à l'invention intégré dans un métier à tisser conforme à l'invention ;

Claims (12)
- Procédé de contrôle de la tension d'alimentation d'au moins un fil de trame, dans un métier à tisser comportant au moins une faucille, à partir d'une réserve de fils, procédé dans lequel au moins un fil est soumis à l'action d'un donneur de trame à tambour et d'un dispositif de compensation de ses accélérations/décélérations qui comprend un organe mobile définissant la trajectoire dudit fil, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape consistant à commander le fonctionnement d'un premier actionneur électrique (17) d'entraínement d'au moins un tambour (15) du donneur de trame (16) en fonction d'un signal (S1) représentatif du fonctionnement d'un second actionneur électrique (22) qui entraíne lui-même ledit organe mobile (20, 21).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit tambour (15) entraíne le fil de trame (3) par rotation, le fil étant enroulé sur le tambour et se déroulant, à partir de celui-ci de façon tangentielle.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme second actionneur un servomoteur électrique (22) et en ce qu'on commande ledit servomoteur à couple sensiblement constant.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la commande de la position angulaire dudit tambour (15) est effectuée de telle sorte que la tension (T) du fil de trame (3) en aval dudit donneur (16) et dudit dispositif de compensation (27) est sensiblement égale à une valeur pré-déterminée.
- Dispositif d'alimentation en fil de trame d'un métier à tisser comportant au moins une faucille, ledit dispositif comprenant une réserve de fils de trame, au moins un tambour d'entraínement de fil de trame et au moins un dispositif de compensation des accélérations/décélérations du fil de trame comportant un organe mobile définissant la trajectoire du fil de trame, caractérisé en ce que ledit tambour (15) est entraíné en rotation par un premier actionneur électrique (17), en ce que ledit organe mobile (20, 21) est déplacé par un second actionneur électrique (22) et en ce que des moyens (25) sont prévus pour mesurer la position () dudit organe mobile (20, 21), alors que des moyens (18) sont également prévus pour commander ledit premier actionneur en fonction du résultat (Si) de la mesure effectuée par lesdits moyens de mesure.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de mesure (25) sont aptes à détecter la position () d'une partie mobile (22a) dudit second actionneur (22) et à générer un signal électrique (S1) de commande du premier actionneur (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit second actionneur (22) est un servomoteur rotatif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit second actionneur est un servomoteur linéaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit second actionneur (22) est alimenté de façon à générer un couple (C2) sensiblement constant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit actionneur électrique (17) entraíne plusieurs tambours (151-15n), alors que lesdits moyens de mesure (25) sont aptes à déterminer la position () de plusieurs organes mobiles (201-20n, 211-21n) définissant la trajectoire des fils (31-3n) entraínés par lesdits tambours.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un second actionneur (22) est apte à déplacer simultanément lesdits organes mobiles (20, 21) et en ce que lesdits moyens (25) sont aptes à mesurer la position () dudit second actionneur et à générer un signal électrique (S1) de commande de l'actionneur (17) d'entraínement des tambours.
- Métier à tisser (M) à faucille (1) équipé d'un dispositif d'alimentation en fil de trame (10-27) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 11.
