The invention relates to a hand tool with a housing in which drive units are arranged, wherein at least one vibration damping device is provided in the housing.
It is proposed that a drive arrangement with at least one drive unit is decoupled by the vibration damping device with respect to the housing in the axial, radial and circumferential directions. Any device vibrations can be intercepted in all three directions of vibration. At the same time it is possible to compensate for an offset of central axes of drive units in the drive assembly. Both mode of action and handling of the power tool remain unaffected.
If the drive arrangement comprises at least one drive motor and / or a transmission and / or a clutch and / or a tool drive along a longitudinal extension, suitable vibration damping units can be selectively placed on different drive units for damping vibration directions specific to the various drive units. Advantageously, a possible offset of central axes of the drive units, which are combined in a rigid drive arrangement, be compensated cost-effectively, since it can be dispensed with additional compensation elements or a complex and expensive inner contour in the housing.
In a preferred embodiment, the handheld power tool has a vibration damping device as specified in claim 1.
If the drive arrangement forms a substantially rigid unit, with a suitable distribution of the vibration damping units of the vibration damping device, an advantageous mounting of the drive arrangement can be realized exclusively by the vibration damping device. The drive assembly can thereby be decoupled practically completely from the housing. Preferably, the drive assembly rests against the housing only via the vibration damping device. Good handling and operation of the power tool is maintained.
The solution according to the invention can be applied to various machine tools that appear appropriate to the person skilled in the art be, but particularly advantageous in electrically powered hand tool machines, such as impact drills, scrapers, saws, screwdrivers and in particular angle grinders, etc., which generally tend to vibrate due to their mostly free mobility and often high input speeds. Very low is the use of such hand tool machines, in which no additional handle or no additional holding options are provided outside the range of the enveloping geometry, but the housing itself is a handle, such as hand-held screwdrivers, industrial screwdrivers with controlled shutdown and the like.
Further advantages emerge from the following description of the drawing.
