Claims (9)
- Schrupp-Schleifscheibe, dieaus mittels Bindemittel gebundenem Schleifkorn (11) besteht,jeweils eine benachbart zur Oberseite (13) und zur Unterseite (12) angeordnete Armierung (15, 14) aufweist,weitere in das Schleifkorn (11) eingebettete Armierungen (18, 19) aufweist,eine Mittel-Öffnung (4) aufweist,eine Mittel-Achse (6) aufweist,einen Außenumfang (9) aufweist,einen radial außen liegenden Arbeitsbereich (23) aufweist undeinen Außen-Durchmesser (D1) aufweist, für den im Verhältnis zur Dicke (c) gilt: 10c ≤D1,
dass zwischen einander benachbarten Schichten (16, 17) eine ringförmige, sich bis in die Nähe des Außenumfangs (9) erstreckende Trennschicht (20, 20') mit einem Außen-Durchmesser (D20) und einem Innen-Durchmesser (d20) und einer Dicke (e) angeordnet ist, die die einander benachbarten Schichten (16, 17) voneinander trennt, aber in Richtung der Mittel-Achse (6) gegeneinander abstützt. - Schrupp-Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Trennschicht (20) aus zwei aneinander liegenden Zwischenlagen (21, 22) besteht.
- Schrupp-Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Trennschicht (20') aus einer unter Scherung radial zur Mittel-Achse (6) auf- bzw. abreißenden Zwischenlage (30) besteht.
- Schrupp-Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Dicke (e) der mindestens einen Trennschicht (20, 20') gilt: 0,1 mm ≤e ≤2,0 mm.
- Schrupp-Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein bis drei Trennschichten (20, 20') vorgesehen sind.
- Schrupp-Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Vorhandensein nur einer Trennschicht (20, 20') diese - in Richtung der Mittel-Achse - im mittleren Drittel der Scheibe (1, 1') angeordnet ist.
- Schrupp-Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für den Außen-Durchmesser (D20) der Schleifscheibe (1, 1') gilt: 100 mm ≤D20 ≤300 mm.
- Schrupp-Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Dicke (c) der Schleifscheibe gilt: 4 mm ≤c ≤12 mm.
- Schrupp-Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennschicht (20, 20') sich über den Arbeitsbereich (23) erstreckt, wobei gilt: 0,2 ≤d20/D1 ≤0,65.
