Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Trennen einer Materialbahn mit einem zur Materialbahn quer angeordneten bewegbaren Trennelement, das einen Antrieb aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement (2) durch eine Zugkraft in eine Arbeitsform gespannt und aufgehängt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement (2) eine Beschichtung aufweist, die den Trennvorgang unterstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (1) oder (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement (2) als Länge mindestens die Breite der Materialbahn (1) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche (1) bis (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement (2) in einem veränderbaren Winkel zur Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche (1) bis (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Übersetzungselement zwischen Trennelement (2) und Antrieb (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übersetzungselement drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übersetzungselement als Hebel (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge einer ersten Hebelstrecke zwischen einem Lagerpunkt (6) des Hebels (5) und einem Befestigungspunkt (7) des Trennelementes (2) am Hebel (5) größer ist als die Länge einer zweiten Hebelstrecke zwischen dem Lagerpunkt (6) des Hebels (5) und einem Befestigungspunkt (8) des Antriebs (9) am Hebel.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge einer dritten Hebelstrecke zwischen dem Befestigungspunkt (7) des Trennelementes (2) und dem Befestigungspunkt (8) des Antriebs (9) größer ist als die Länge der zweiten Hebelstrecke zwischen dem Befestigungspunkt (8) des Antriebs (9) und dem Lagerpunkt (6) des Hebels (5).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche (7) bis (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (5) als einarmiger Hebel ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche (1) bis (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Trennelement (2) eine Spannvorrichtung (3) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannvorrichtung (3) Federelemente aufweist, die an den Enden des Trennelementes (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche (1) bis (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der dem Übersetzungselement (5) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Trennelements (2) eine Dämpfungseinrichtung (13) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungseinrichtung (13) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche (1) bis (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement (2) mit einem zweiten Antrieb (14) quer zur Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (1) bewegbar ist.
