Claims (8)
- Dosieranlage zum Mischen einer Dispersionfarbe aus mehreren Farbkomponenten in der gewünschten Zusammensetzung, mit einem Mischgefäß (1) und einem Behälter (2, 3) für jede Farbkomponente, wobei jeder Behälter (2, 3) über eine Förderleitung (11, 12) mit einem im Zufuhrbereich zu dem Mischgefäß (1) angeordneten Dosierventil (16, 17) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälter (2, 3) für die wässrigen Farbkomponenten durch wasserdichte Säcke gebildet sind.
- Dosieranlage nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Waage (18) zum Wiegen des Mischgefäß (1).
- Dosiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben der Waage (18) ein Rüttler (19) angeordnet ist.
- Dosiereinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jeder Förderleitung (11, 12) eine Förderpumpe (14, 15) vorgesehen ist.
- Dosiereinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dosierventile (16, 17) mit einer Steuereinrichtung (22) verbunden sind, um die Dosierung der Farbkomponenten nach der gewünschten Zusammensetzung zu steuern.
- Dosiereinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung (22) mit einem Drucker (25) für ein am Mischgefäß (1) anzubringendes Etikett versehen ist.
- Dosiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucker (25) auf das Etikett die Daten zur Abrechnung an der Kasse druckt.
- Verwendung der Anlage nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche zur Abgabe von wässrigen Dispersionsfarben an Endkunden.
