Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Siebvorrichtung bestehend aus wenigstens einem Siebkörper mit einer Siebfläche. Derartige Siebe werden häufig in wasserführenden Haushaltgeräten, insbesondere in Geschirrspülmaschinen, angeordnet.
- Bei herkömmlichen Siebvorrichtungen, z.B. für Geschirrspülmaschinen, ist ein Siebkörper mit einer oder mehreren Siebflächen vorgesehen, wobei die Siebfläche vorzugsweise aus Werkstoffen hergestellt wird, die im wesentlichen korrosionsbeständig gegen in einer verwendeten Reinigungsflüssigkeit gelöste Bestandteile sind. Daher sind die Siebflächen z.B. bei herkömmlichen Geschirrspülmaschinen entweder aus Edelstahl oder einem hochwertigen Kunststoff hergestellt, wobei neben der Materialwahl auch die Oberflächenqualität der Siebfläche entscheidend ist. In der Praxis hat sich gezeigt, dass sich bei einer groben Oberflächengüte in Riefen und Oberflächenrauheiten kleine Schmutzpartikel und/oder Bakterien festsetzen können, so dass sowohl aus hygienischen als auch aus optischen Gesichtspunkten eine Siebfläche als unrein erscheint. Bei Geschirrspülmaschinen ist es bekannt (z.B. siehe
DE-31 14 663 A1 ), zumindest für kurze Zeit die Fließrichtung durch die Siebfläche umzukehren - sogenanntes Wechselpumpen -, womit zwar erreicht werden kann, dass eine gewisse Selbstreinigung der Filtereinrichtungen stattfindet, jedoch bedarf es immer noch von Zeit zu Zeit einer manuellen Reinigung der Siebflächen. - Ein wasser führendes Haushaltgerät gemäß dem oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus
US 3772902 bekannt. - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, ein wasserführendes Haushaltgerät mit einer Siebvorrichtung bereitzustellen, die es ermöglicht, dass eine manuelle Reinigung der Siebfläche seltener stattfinden muss bzw. dass eine Selbstreinigung der Siebfläche erfolgt; sowie ein wasserführendes Haushaltgerät, insbesondere eine Geschirrspülmaschine, bereitzustellen, bei der der beim Wechselpumpen stattfindende Reinigungseffekt noch erhöht wird, so dass, wie schon genannt, eine manuelle Reinigung der Siebfläche seltener stattfinden muss bzw. eine Selbstreinigung der Siebfläche erfolgt.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch des erfindungsgemäße wasserführendes Haushaltgerät mit den Merkmalen gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst. Diese Aufgabe wird für die Geschirrspülmaschine gemäß den Merkmalen der weiteren unabhängigen Ansprüchen gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
- Das erfindungsgemäße wasserführendes Haushaltgerät weist eine Siebvorrichtung, auf, die wenigstens auf der dem zu filternden Stoff zugewandten Seite der Siebfläche eine haftmindernden Schicht auf weist.
- Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen wasserführendes Haushaltgerät mit dieses Siebvorrichtung wird der Vorteil erreicht, dass sowohl Partikel als auch zu filternde Stoffe mit darin gelösten Bestandteilen nur schwer an den Siebflächen anhaften können, so dass Schmutzpartikel und/oder Bakterien und auch in den zu filternden Stoffen gelöste Bestandteile an der Siebfläche nicht anhaften und es somit ermöglicht wird, dass eine manuelle Reinigung der Siebfläche seltener stattfinden muss bzw. dass eine Selbstreinigung der Siebfläche erfolgt.
- Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist auf beiden Seiten der Siebflächen eine haftmindernde Schicht vorgesehen, so dass auch beim oben beschriebenen Wechselpumpen auf beiden Seiten der Siebfläche das Anhaften von Schmutzpartikeln und/oder Bakterien wesentlich reduziert wird.
- In besonders vorteilhafter Weise besteht die haftmindernde Schicht wesentlich aus einer sogenannten Diamond-Light-Carbon-Substanz.
- Die oben genannten Vorteile der erfindungsgemäßen Siebvorrichtung werden natürlich bei der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung wenigstens einer der vorbeschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Siebvorrichtungen in einem wasserführenden Haushaltgerät ebenso in einer erfindungsgemäßen Geschirrspülmaschine genutzt.
- Vorteilhafterweise ist bei der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung einer der vorbeschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Siebvorrichtungen in einer Geschirrspülmaschine die Siebfläche wenigstens auf der einem Spülbehälter der Geschirrspülmaschine zugewandten Seite mit einer haftmindernden Schicht versehen.
- Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Siebvorrichtung wird der Vorteil erreicht, dass sowohl Partikel als auch zu filternde Stoffe mit darin gelösten Bestandteilen nur schwer an den Siebflächen anhaften können, so dass insbesondere bei Verwendung einer Diamond-Light-Carbon-Beschichtung Schmutzpartikel und bei wasserführenden Haushaltgeräten und Geschirrspülmaschinen in der verwendeten Reinigungsflüssigkeit gelöste Bestandteile an der Siebfläche nicht anhaften. Beim oben beschriebenen Wechselpumpen wird bei Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Siebvorrichtung ein besonders hoher Selbstreinigungseffekt erzielt.
- Die haftmindernde Schicht kann bereits auf die Metallfolien, aus denen die Siebflächen hergestellt werden, aufgetragen werden. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, erst nach Fertigstellung der Siebflächen die Beschichtung mit Diamond-Light-Carbon vorzunehmen. Bei der nachträglichen Beschichtung besteht der Vorteil, dass die durch das Ausstanzen der Siebdurchbrüche entstandene Oberflächengüteminderung wesentlich kompensiert werden können, da sich die Diamond-Light-Carbon-Beschichtung auch in die Querschnittsräume der Siebflächenöffnungen auftragen lässt. Demgegenüber kann das Beschichten der Folien vor Einbringen der Sieblöcher weitaus wirtschaftlicher sein.
Claims (5)
- Wasserführendes Haushaltgerät, umfassend- eine Siebvorrichtung,- bestehend aus wenigstens einem Siebkörper mit einer Siebfläche,- gekennzeichnet dass die Siebfläche wenigstens auf der dem zu filternden Stoff zugewandten Seite mit einer haftmindernden Schicht versehen ist.
- Wasserführendes Haushaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Seiten der Siebfläche mit der haftmindernden Schicht versehen sind.
- Wasserführendes Haushaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die haftmindernde Schicht wesentlich aus Diamond light Carbon besteht.
- Wasserführendes Haushaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Geschirrspülmaschine ist.
- Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 4; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebfläche wenigstens auf der einem Spülbehälter der Geschirrspülniaschine zugewandten Seite mit einer haftmindernden Schicht versehen ist.
