Claims (11)
- Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué, comprenant un chariot de fixation (7) qui peut se déplacer sur une glissière de guidage (6) située sur la totalité ou sur une partie du périmètre du pont (2) du remorqueur (1) et à une hauteur approchant le plat-bord (3), ledit chariot de fixation (7) comprenant des moyens d'entraînement sur la glissière de guidage (6) de manière autonome, et ledit chariot de fixation (7) étant relié au moyen d'un circuit de commande (19) à un panneau de commande à distance (13) pour son actionnement automatique ou manuel, caractérisé en ce que le système est adapté pour relier automatiquement et sans l'intervention d'un membre de l'équipage sur le pont, la ligne de câble du remorqueur au câble de remorque de liaison du navire remorqué, et en ce que le chariot de fixation (7) comprend un collier de serrage (12) relié à la ligne de câble pour la liaison dudit câble avec le câble de remorque (4) lancé depuis le navire remorqué.
- Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (7) est constitué d'un cadre (8) comprenant un jeu de roues motrices (24) reliées à un moteur (9) et appliquées sur la glissière de guidage (6) ; et en ce qu'un jeu de poulies motrices et réductrices (27) et de courroies (28) ou similaire, est situé ente le
moteur (9) et les roues motrices (24). - Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (8) comprend un jeu de roues folles (25) appliquées sur la glissière de guidage (6) ; et en ce que ledit jeu de roues folles (25) est disposé face au jeu de roues motrices (24) ; et en ce que ledit jeu de roues folles (25) est disposé dans un socle ou un support de compression (26) ou similaire.
- Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon les revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que la glissière de guidage (6) est constituée d'une paire de rails de préférence cylindriques disposés parallèlement et alignés notamment dans un sens vertical ou incliné ; et en ce que la glissière de guidage (6) est retenue par une série de supports (5) situés sur le pont (2) du remorqueur (1) ; et en ce que le jeu de roues motrices (24) a un profil crénelé correspondant au rail de la glissière de guidage (6) sur lequel il est appliqué ; et en ce que le jeu de roues folles (25) a un profil crénelé correspondant au rail de la glissière de guidage (6) sur lequel il est appliqué.
- Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une batterie (18) fournissant de l'énergie au chariot (7) ; et en ce que le cadre (8) comprend des supports (10) de ladite batterie (18).
- Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon les revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un chargeur (16) de batterie (18) installé dans la zone appropriée de la glissière de guidage (6) qui ne coïncide pas avec la zone de travail classique ; et en ce que le chariot (7) comprend un mécanisme de recharge (17) pour la batterie (18) qui peut être couplé au chargeur (16) avec ou sans contact.
- Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le circuit de commande (19) situé dans le chariot (7) communique avec le tableau de commande (13) au moyen d'une communication de radiotransmission sans fil (15 et 22) ou similaire.
- Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (7) comprend un bras (29) faisant saillie depuis le cadre (8) intégrant un mécanisme de collier de serrage (12) avec un capteur (21) qui détecte la présence du câble de remorque (4) ; et en ce que le mécanisme du collier de serrage (12) comprend deux leviers de manoeuvre en forme de V ouvert (23) du câble de remorque (4) supportés sur le plat-bord (3) vers le
collier de serrage (12). - Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon les revendications 1 et 8, caractérisé en ce que le bras saillant (29) comporte un mécanisme ajustable (11) du mécanisme de collier de serrage (12).
- Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon les revendications 1 et 8, caractérisé en ce que le collier de serrage (12) comprend un solénoïde de verrouillage (20) sur le câble de remorque (4) pour leur connexion et la libération dudit collier de serrage (12).
- Système automatique de récupération et de manipulation d'un câble de remorque de liaison entre un remorqueur et un navire remorqué selon les revendications 1 et 7, caractérisé en ce que le tableau de commande (13) comprend des commandes (14) et des moyens d'actionnement automatiques ou manuel du chariot de fixation (7) ; et en ce que le circuit de commande (19) comprend une commande marche/arrêt de la vitesse et du moteur, un contrôleur du capteur (21) du collier de serrage (12) et un actionneur du solénoïde de verrouillage (20) du collier de serrage (12).
