Claims (24)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken und Abgeben von gestapelten Produkten (4), umfassend:
    - ein Gehäuse, umfassend
    - einen ersten Teil (5), insbesondere einen Deckel (5),
    - einen zweiten Teil (6), insbesondere einen Einschub (6), der bezüglich des ersten Teils (6) zwischen einer eingeschobenen und einer ausgezogenen Stellung beweglich ist,
    - einen Stapel (3) dieser Produkte (4), der in dem zweiten Teil (6) angeordnet ist,
    wobei der erste Teil (5) ein Antriebsorgan (10) umfasst, das ausgebildet ist, um auf dem Stapel (3) von Produkten (4) aufzuliegen, wenn der zweite Teil auf die eingeschobene Stellung zu bewegt wird, und um das Produkt (4a) im Kontakt mit ihm bezüglich des Rests des Stapels (3) mitzunehmen, um sein Ergreifen durch den Benutzer zu gestatten,
    wobei der zweite Teil (6) und das Antriebsorgan (10) ferner so ausgebildet sind, dass das Antriebsorgan (10) daran gehindert wird, sich mindestens auf einem Teil des Wegs des zweiten Teils (6) von der eingeschobenen Stellung auf die ausgezogene Stellung zu auf dem Stapel (3) von Produkten (4) aufzuliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil mindestens eine Gleitführung (41) umfasst, wobei die Gleitführung (41) ausgebildet ist, um das Antriebsorgan (10) während mindestens eines Teils des Wegs des zweiten Teils von der eingeschobenen Stellung auf die ausgefahrene Stellung zu von dem Stapel (3) von Produkten zu entfernen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Produkt (4) flach ist,
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Produkt (4) zusammengefaltet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Produkt (4) konkav ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Produkt (4) Reliefs, insbesondere Erhöhungen, umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (10) einen elastisch verformbaren Lappen (15) umfasst, der so ausgebildet ist, dass er dem Antriebsorgan gestattet, auf den Stapel (3) von Produkten (4) einen Kontaktdruck auszuüben.
  7. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lappen (15) durch Formung von Kunststoff einstückig mit dem ersten Teil (5) hergestellt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (6) einen Durchbruch (76) umfasst, durch den sich das Antriebsorgan erstreckt, wenn es mit dem Stapel (3) in Kontakt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (6) zwei Gleitführungen (41) umfasst, die jeweilig zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten (38) des zweiten Teils (6) zugeordnet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan Vorsprünge (18) umfasst, die so ausgebildet sind, dass sie auf den Gleitführungen (41) mindestens während eines Teils des Weges des zweiten Teils (6) von der eingeschobenen Stellung auf die ausgezogene Stellung zu aufliegen, insbesondere Vorsprünge (18), die durch Formung von Kunststoff einstückig mit dem Antriebsorgan (10) hergestellt sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (6) mit einem Rahmen (34) ausgeführt ist, der entgegengesetzte Schenkel (38) besitzt, die jeweils eine der Gleitführungen tragen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (6) mindestens eine Gleitführung (41) umfasst, die einen Endteil (46) besitzt, mit dem das Antriebsorgan (10) in Kontakt tritt, wenn der zweite Teil (6) im Begriff ist, sich von der ausgezogenen Stellung in die eingeschobene Stellung zu bewegen, um ein Produkt abzugeben, und dass der zweite Teil (6) eine Wand (30) umfasst, die ausgebildet ist, um das Antriebsorgan (10) zu zwingen, den Endteil (46) der Gleitführung zu überschreiten, wenn der zweite Teil (6) in die Stellung des vollständigen Verschlusses gebracht ist, so dass das Antriebsorgan dann auf der Gleitführung (41) aufliegt, wenn der zweite Teil (6) wieder auf seine ausgezogene Stellung zu bewegt wird.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kürzeste Abstand (d) zwischen einer Gleitführung (41) und der Wand (30) kleiner ist als der Abstand (r'-r") zwischen einer Fläche (17) des Antriebsorgans, die an der Wand (30) in Anlage kommt, und einer Fläche (18) des Antriebsorgans, die an der Gleitführung in Anlage kommt, wenn das Antriebsorgan auf dieser ohne Kontakt mit dem Stapel (3) von Produkten aufliegt.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Endteil (46) der Gleitführungen (4) nach vorne dünner wird.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Endteil (46) der Gleitführungen frei ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (6) eine Rampe (30) umfasst, an der das Antriebsorgan (10) zur Anlage kommt, wenn der zweite Teil von der ausgezogenen Stellung auf die eingeschobene Stellung zu bewegt wurde, um ein Produkt (4a) abzugeben, und der zweite Teil (6) nahe der eingeschobenen Stellung ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rampe (30) mit einer Abwinklung (31) nach unten eine Vertiefung (32) bildet, die das Ergreifen des zweiten Teils (6) durch einen Benutzer gestattet, um ihn zwischen seiner eingeschobenen und ausgezogenen Stellung zu bewegen.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (6) mit zwei aneinander angelenkten Teilen (26, 27) ausgeführt ist, die durch ein Gelenk (28), insbesondere ein Folienscharnier, verbunden sind.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil mit einer Rampe (36) ausgeführt ist, die ausgebildet ist, um den Stapel von Produkten schräg zu versetzen, wenn einer (27) der aneinander angelenkten Teile auf den anderen (26) heruntergeklappt wird.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (5) ausgebildet ist, um den beiden aneinander angelenkten Teilen (26, 27) zu gestatten, einen nach vorne offenen Winkel zu bilden, wenn der zweite Teil (6) in ausgezogener Stellung ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (6) mit einer unteren Wand (24) ausgeführt ist, die auf einer Unterseite eine erste Erhebung (23) aufweist, die mit einer zweiten entsprechenden Erhebung (20) des Deckels (5) einen Hubbegrenzungsanschlag des zweiten Teils (6) bildet, wenn dieser in ausgezogener Stellung ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (6) auf seinem vorderen oberen Rand einen Vorsprung (50) aufweist.
  23. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung zur Abgabe von Produkten (4), umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - in einem Einschub (6), der zwei aneinander angelenkte Teile (26, 27) und mindestens eine Gleitführung (41) umfasst, einen Stapel (3) von abzugebenden Produkten anordnen,
    - den Einschub mit dem Deckel (5) zusammenfügen,
    wobei der Deckel (5) ein Antriebsorgan (10) umfasst, das ausgebildet ist, um auf dem Stapel (3) von Produkten (4) aufzuliegen, wenn der Einschub auf seine eingeschobene Stellung zu bewegt wird, und ein Produkt (4a) im Kontakt mit ihm bezüglich des Rests des Stapels (3) mitzunehmen, um sein Ergreifen durch den Benutzer zu gestatten,
    wobei der Einschub (6), die Gleitführung (41) und das Antriebsorgan (10) ferner so ausgebildet sind, dass das Antriebsorgan (10) daran gehindert wird, mindestens auf einem Teil des Wegs des Einschubs von der eingeschobenen Stellung auf die ausgezogene Stellung zu auf dem Stapel (3) von Produkten (4) aufzuliegen.
  24. Verfahren zur Abgabe von Produkten (4), die in einem Einschub (6) enthalten sind, der bezüglich eines Deckels (5) beweglich ist und mindestens eine Gleitführung (41) umfasst,
    wobei die Produkte (4) in dem Einschub (6) einen Stapel (3) bilden,
    wobei der Körper (5) des Gehäuses ein Antriebsorgan (10) umfasst, das ausgebildet ist, um auf dem Stapel (3) von Produkten (4) aufzuliegen, wenn der Einschub auf seine eingeschobene Stellung zu bewegt wird, und ein Produkt (4a) im Kontakt mit ihm bezüglich des Rests des Stapels (3) mitzunehmen, um sein Ergreifen durch den Benutzer zu gestatten,
    wobei der Einschub (6), die Gleitführung (41) und das Antriebsorgan (10) ferner so ausgebildet sind, dass das Antriebsorgan (10) daran gehindert wird, auf mindestens einem Teil des Wegs des Einschubs von der eingeschobenen Stellung auf die ausgezogene Stellung zu auf dem Stapel (3) von Produkten (4) aufzuliegen.
